The game is in Japanese and doesn't have a English patch unfortunately But you can use Visual Novel Reader to get multiple rough machine translations for this and any other japanese bl visual novel! The translations may not be perfect but they are close and hey! you can get a rough idea of what they are talking about XD plus u can learn some jap in the process hehe~ Here is the guide which i used to download VNR myself! I'd like to ask you how to make the machine translates itself. It's still difficult for me to use VNR and I can't get translation without internet. I only get Russian...
