Any good man boy anime with the boy starting the relationship?

I asked in another site and they recommended that I try here.

 

I am looking for an anime where the boy is the one in love.

 

The closest I could find was Miyagi and Shinobu from junjou romantica

but the story was not focused on them.

 

I know I might not find this because I am very particular about what I want but please try :

- I would like a big age gap , the boy is teen and the man is above 20

- The man is serious, discrete and a bit controlling.

- It takes him time to accept the boy’s feeling.

- No violence ! I cannot tolerate it

- Absence of women or very weak appearance

- Beautiful art and handsome characters , somehow close to junjou romantica
