Nessa No Rakuen - How to install v.v"

I have Daemon tool to mount and it work on kichiku megane to what I have been playing .... so got a bit problem when I try to add Nessa No Rakuen and try to play it.

do anyone can give me a hand here since the first CD didn't show the same icon like CD 2 - CD 4 got me confused and scared to wat may happen T^T
