Akira_Skye Posted November 3, 2013 Author Posted November 3, 2013 Akira quickly sneaked his way out of the castle and into town. He found the person he was supposed to meet up with. "I'm sorry I'm late. I had... Er... Nevermind that. Do you have what I need in order to persuade my country that my living is not wrong in any way?" Akira looked almost concerned at the person in the cloak before him. When the cloaked figure suddenly decided to turn a dagger to him. Akira took out his staff and prepared to fight for his life.
jahero Posted November 3, 2013 Posted November 3, 2013 Tsume had Lost Akira a few time in the crowd of people with in town but was about to find him in the end. It was a good thing he did, because the prince was in trouble. He could do one of two things, he could run and kill the man like that. But then everyone would know it was the prince, which in its own right would kill him. Tsume could also wait to see what was going down.
Akira_Skye Posted November 3, 2013 Author Posted November 3, 2013 The cloaked figure lunged at Akira with intent to kill. Shouting that he was impure and needed to die for the sake of humanity. Akira simply shouted that the figure was wrong and did a quick and sounding thawp with his staff. The figure fell over unconscious. Akira quickly ran from the scene and back to the castle.

Akira_Skye Posted November 3, 2013 Author Posted November 3, 2013 Akira quickly made it to the grounds of the castle and stopped running. He seemed breathless so he sat down and waited for no one to show up. It was normal for him.

Akira let out a sigh and started to cry a little. "It's too hard... I have to live in the shadows of my brothers for as long as I shall live..."

Akira_Skye Posted November 5, 2013 Author Posted November 5, 2013 Akira wanted to actually give Tsume a lead to work from, but hearing Tsume's question proved for Akira to be a harder point to prove than possible. He racked his brain for a few moments and then quickly shook his head in denial. He knew that his cause was lost on everyone in his country. He suddenly started to sob openly and on Tsume's shoulder. He didn't know why he did it; it just happened to him. He wanted to sob and weep openly for once. Just for the life he could never live. "Sir Tsume... I just want to be able to live my life as I so see fit... But my people will not allow it for anything... Not even to see their own prince choose one of his own and live life happily... He will not produce an heir... He will have to go outside of the bloodline..."

Akira_Skye Posted November 6, 2013 Author Posted November 6, 2013 Akira shook his head and sighed. "I'm safer behind the walls of this castle than I am out in the public eye... Sad fact as it is. People hate me. And my father offers his protection to his son; knowing not what it causes outside the walls." He sighed again and sat down on the grass.

Akira_Skye Posted November 6, 2013 Author Posted November 6, 2013 "Sir Tsume... That's no reason for you to go with me. You must stay behind and defend the rest of them. My life means very little to them anyway..." Akira smiled and his eyes looked sad. Almost as if he were looking ahead to dying.
