Dark Eden Posted January 22, 2014 Share Posted January 22, 2014 I always looked to young so when i started clubbing at 17 there was no way i could make myself look older (still ogt a small build) so I'd put some eyeliner and nail polish on, brush my hair closer to my face and get in the line with the girls (I had long hair and was a bit of a mosher/goth back then) as the girls were almost never checked for ID. Its funny to look back as the things you did then you were younger. Oh I remember them days. The younger ones always trying to huddle up in the middle of the group as you thought they "just would not see you" there. When most likely it made you stand out 100 times more. I always tried to push my boobs out more as I thought it made me look older having more curves. When all it did was made me look like a duck waddling in, slapped up to the brim with make-up and hair hanging all over the place (I also did the brush my hair closer to my face thing). I must admit that I still try and look older, a couple of years ago I grew a beard (the Please Register/ Sign In, in order to see the links. - but not as far up my jaw) because I was sick of been asked for ID and not having any. Oh, I remember telling my ex that liked beards so he asked if he should grow one like that and I agreed it most likely look good. What I did not know was that his facial hair grew in a prefect black ball of fuzz. So when I rolled over in the morning, half asleep and looking sideways on, I swear down it took me a few moments to remember it was him and not a 70's porno muff on the pillow next to me. It was darn right scary at times lol. I can no longer tell what ages people are now either, unless I go into a nightclub where they all seem to be 13 or younger. You sit there, if I can't sit down in a club or bar I'm not going there, and think to yourself "how the hell did you get in here?!" and "did I look like that! I hope not" My last girlfriend and probably THE last (just men for me now lol) - who'd mainly been out with women before me- said I was pretty and would of made a beautiful woman and all my friends said I looked like a 12yr old boy, one of the reasons I grew the beard 2yrs ago. I can't tell you how happy I was when I turned 18. I was all like "I'm adult and I can do what I want!" I flipped when I bought a yaoi at a convention for the first time (though I've been buying yaoi before, but my parents didn't know it was yaoi...shhh) It was Crimson Spell, an 18+ manga!
