does anyone recognize this story?

I came across this group of one shots and can only remember one of the stories.

 

This boy's mother was recently remarried and he wanted nothing to do with it. So he would go out and get into trouble and street fights. one night his new step-father finds him and knocks him out. when the boy wakes up he is chained to a wall and the step-father, who turns out to be a big masochist, begs him to beat him up. and so the boy does.

 

Does anyone recognize this story?

The story seems very familiar to me, but I can't recall due to various and random titles popping out on my head. I'll inform you if I remember though
