Mugshot - drawing service

Hi guys,

Describe a character hair style, eyes, mouth, facial structure ect and i will try my best to interpret it in adrawing. The characters will only be drawn as mugshot style i.e head until upper shoulder face front. You can also give me a rough sketch of how you want the character to look.

I'm always runs out of idea whenever i draw and it frustrates me. So help me and perhaps i can produce something pretty. :hamtaro-005 (4):

The picture is very well drawn, usually I draw dragons, but I suck. You are just as talented as my bf, he can draw well too, but he needs a ton of time to draw as well as you. Keep up the good work. Sorry I don't have anything to describe for you too draw.
