You're welcome! I love this story. It's short and very good. I bought it on the Tapas app, but now that they're shutting down, I'm in a race to save the storys I bought there before it all disappears. The problem is that it takes time and is quite tiring. I was able to save this one faster because it only has 30 episodes. I'm now on a mission to save Hold Me Tight. The problem is that there are almost 200 episodes and I've only managed to save 40 so far. If I still have time after that, I want to try to save Under the Greenlight as well, but I don't know if I'll have time. Anyway, as soon as I manage to save them, I'll share them all here. It's completely unfair how nowadays nothing you buy is truly yours. Even if I buy these works with my own money, they'll simply disappear if I don't save them. I'm tired of this, and now I want to save all of them within easy reach, so I'm never without them again.

I know exactly what you mean - I'm in the same exact boat. I have SO MUCH that I bought on Tapas, over almost 7 years of loyal readership. Literally thousands of chapters for different series. The shut-down date is the end of March, next year, and I've been (slowly) working on getting the things I spent money on saved to my computer so that I don't lose out. But because they don't offer an easy way to do it, it's VERY time consuming.

I understand that it costs money to host an online library, but I feel like Tapas could have come to some kind of compromise. Offering to continue to host our (PURCHASED) libraries for like, a service fee of $5 or $10 a month to cover the cost of keeping the servers alive. Not offering new titles, but at least allowing us to keep what we've already paid for. Closing their doors and covering their ears they way they are is leaving a lot of people very bitter, and with valid reason.

As a side note, I don't know if you've ever used Manta, but they have a "bring your library over" event that they're hosting - there aren't a ton of titles, but there are some. It's not super speedy, but you record a vid showing your Tapas account, your Manta account, and the eligible, unlocked titles you purchased on Tapas, and they'll make them available to you on Manta. It's not a lot, but it's something, and I really appreciate Manta attempting to step up and try.
