if you scroll down on the steam page it says: Library->患者Sの救済(Right click)->Properties->Local Files->reference->Special_Steam

Ahh. Steam lol. That makes sense. I have the MangaGamer version. I wonder if this would be in the Steam cracked version? I can check if I have the short story in my own files anyways though. I don't see why I wouldn't. I'll update you on what happens!
