Heya! Can someone please help me find this manga?

It's been a long time since I first read it and it seems the scanlation group that was translating the manga drop it so I'm looking for at least the raws ...

This is a screenshot version from Pixiv, and it's missing about two more chapters.

I saw a review on Seamore that said,
"The afterword said it was a 'disappointing ending (=cancellation)'"

I was surprised because it was such a good story to read...

I'm also surprised to know such a thing-
I recently finished another if his works that features multiple couples and the storytelling/ pace of their history was really pleasant to read, at least in my opinion ...
