「 Our uke hero Suri has an English father and Japanese mother so he has blond hair and blue eyes which he gets bullied for.

His parents died so at the beginning he is working as a servant at a brothel where he is beaten, starved and overworked.

He catches the eye of Tatsumi, the owner of a infamous male brothel called Hanabishi, who buys him over.

Once he gets to the brothel, he gets a nice kimono, a nice room of his own, and nice food for the first time in his life.

He meets various other characters and that's when the real story (and sex) starts. 」

I'm honestly not sure if I'm able to reupload this, as the original thread for this game is locked.

But... I saw for other games that were locked like Enzai and Absolute Obedience, it was understandably because they're licensed/had official English translations.

However, Hanamachi is still in Japanese and hasn't been picked up... so I don't really know.

Either way, if the jannies wanted to get rid of this post, that'd be alright! I don't want to accidentally do something wrong lol.

Well, anyhow. For the installation, if you guys grab the files... the instructions are already bundled in!

I'll respond here so other people can see if they need this too!

If you are using Windows' built in virtual drive/mounter, it would usually yield this error. I use mainly use WinCDEmu. Or if a game throws a fit with it, I use PowerISO.

To use WinCDEmu:

♡ Download the installation exe. Follow the installation instructions on the download page. (1. Ensure that you have Administrator rights on your computer. 2. Download and run the installer file. 3. Click the "install" button)

♡ When it's done, it should pop up. Exit for now.... for tutorial purposes. Lol

♡ Right click the Hanamachi Monogatari img file, and hover over 'Open with'. Then, select 'WinCDEmu mounter'. It will come up with this:

♡ Click 'OK', then it should either open the F: drive (well, that's for me, it'll be whatever letter yours is) in a new tab, new window, or as the F: drive under drives listed in 'This PC'. It will also come up with a notification in the corner asking what you want to do with the disk. You can either choose to run the exe that installs the game, or you could just open the F: drive and run it manually there. 

♡ Follow the installation instructions that were included in the zip.

 

To use PowerISO:

I've put instructions here before for Maid Hajimemashita, so I'll put those. lol

♡ Right click the Hanamachi Monogatari .img file. Hover over PowerISO, then 'Set number of drives'. Click '1 drives'.

♡ Right click your virtual drive that's appeared (will say CD Drive (whatever letter):) under your 'This PC' tab on the left side of your file explorer, and select PowerISO.

♡ Choose 'Mount Image to Drive [whatev:] <No media>'. Browse and find the .img file, wherever you put it. Or, if you have the .img file in front of you, right click it and do the 'Mount Image to...' thing.

♡ Follow the installation instructions that were included in the zip.
