* Neng-nim (died July 19, 2025)

• A popular South Korean manhwa artist known for the series Genres are Melodramatic. Her sudden passing was announced by her publisher, shocking the international reader community.

 

* Zhen Nan / Nan Gwa (died 2024)

• A well-known Chinese danmei (BL) author, best known for the story The Heart of a Smith. She passed away following a period of illness.

 

* Chiung Yao (died December 4, 2024)
