I was really curious about this work because out of other works from this

it seemed to have a bit more context(?) I'm not sure if anyone can tell what I'm trying to convey but this work seemed to have a little bit of plot compared to other works (not saying that the other works from this circle suck!) I liked the sample video and was contemplating if I want to buy it or not and in the end, I bought it! No regrets whatsoever

lolll no, but you're kinda close !! There should be an audio file too and that includes the part where the baby is already born, and the top and bottom care for it (there's also a spicy scene in there)
