You can buy KR dramacds in audiocomics,  haeming, yahae. Thought most cds are for novels, but the also have manhwa too

But most of them require a Korean id for adult CDs. I'm not korean so I don't have their id

Actually I'm not sure bout other sites. But audiocomics allows international fans to register and listen to drama cds just like korean fans. Well the registration might differ but you can get in .They have tuts in reddit / X . You can check it!!
