here the solution:add a shortcut of the file to your folder，then download it from the path hierarchy

It doesn't allow download because too many people have downloaded it. I quoted what error I get in previous comment. 🤗

Thank you for your upload! but unfortunedly drive have really limited amount download so i hope the uploader give us a bit longer days because i tried so many times but still can't download due to Drive limit...Please don't delete this file

Yes  I'm referring to the method for dealing with this error. I tried it a second time and it was still feasible. But I'm just not sure if it's universally applicable.

It's not working for my problem. I can't add a shortcut since I don't get the option for download at all.
