Ps. I think the people in the site got it wrong? The uke voice is Netoru's, he even calls the other character "Tomoaki" 

🤔  I was expecting seme Netoru and I got uke Netoru! 

(Not complaining, Netoru's uke voice is delicious too )

The  voice actors are 2 different people. It just the web info and the cover picture mistakenly got their names swapped.

you wasn't mistaken. netoru play as tomoaki( seme) and play as suzu (uke)- with different stage name lol 🤣🤣

Now that you say it, wao you are right 

There is a game called nu carnival and there is a scene where he role plays with another character and makes a deeper voice 

Not so deep because his seme voice in that game is not that different from his uke voice 

 

But waaaaao  that's the power of seiyuus, I had to hear it again and pay attention to find it out! Thank you for letting me know
