Gin-san has been infected with a mysterious disease that has suddenly been spreading around. It is a disease in which the pain in his chest gets worse if he is not told "I love you" regularly. What's more, it is a troublesome disease in which the effect changes depending on who is saying it--?! For some reason, Gin-san quickly recovered with one word from Hijikata. Shinpachi and Kagura saw this and asked him for help, so Hijikata decided to tell Gin-san "I love you" every day.
