When will Deadlock (manga) be release??

i'm not quite sure what you mean.

is it the chapters by english translation by non-profit scanlators?

or the US manga release of it?

(i don't know for sure if there's a US manga release since i'm not from and living in the US. also, i have no proven news to know from.)
