Their stance is that the original uploader—the rightful owner of the data—must personally claim ownership and prove that the files were stolen. If they recognize the claim, there is a possibility that the specific content may be removed.

However, proving ownership is not simple. Those who choose not to include watermarks in good faith can have that trust exploited, and the effort put into removing watermarks and modifying images clearly shows determination. Since the site itself is built upon non-official content, raising the issue of unauthorized reproduction alone would likely be dismissed outright.

To prevent future unauthorized reposts, one would have to either embed highly intrusive watermarks across entire pages—making removal extremely difficult—or provide undeniable proof that the files belong solely to them.

They will not take action against accounts. Even if ownership is proven, only the specific files that are clearly verified as stolen may be removed. Considering the amount of effort required to prove ownership, it is understandable why some uploaders might choose not to post content there at all rather than constantly fight to protect their work.
