Depends on if you have set your PC in Japanese, if you use win7 or vista.

What Operation system you're having? cause I had the same problem as well, do you have set your PC System Locale to Japanese?

 

because it needs to play on a Japanese Unicode Locale system or else it doesn't work,

and modify all and still does not open

Mm, then you might install applocale, but have you reboot your system? or else it doesn't work.

 

I can't help you that much with Applocale sine I cannot install it in my PC,

Mmm, I can't help you since xp is also a old OS I don't use. Because I know this game doesn't work if the system locale isn't set as Japanese. But I have no idea about applocale since my OS wont even let me install that

Sorry for questioning... but I want to ask if there's an error after using Applocale, how can I solve this problem ;_;?

I already used appocale and selected the exe file, but setup file does not work;;

I'm using Windows 7..
