Help Finding Yaoi Manga. Please!

I read a yaoi manga recently about a fox or wolf who is an outcast in his clan. He's treated poorly because they think he's cursed, but he's from a prominent family, so he was kept as a servant to his sister who is awful.  A god who lives underwater who may or may not be a dragon, requests to marry the youngest in this prominent family and everyone assumes its the awful sister,  but the youngest is actually the cursed kid. They just do not fully recognize him as part of the family. He is "sacrificed" and sent to marry the God living underwater. The last thing I remember was that the world on land was having increasingly worse weather and the clan began to blame the awful sister because she refused to marry the water God, so they sent her to the water God to appease him. I think the manga is incomplete because that was the last I read. Can anyone help me find this title?! It may be published, but I am not entirely sure. Can't find it anywhere. I don't even remember where I read it :'(
