Help finding a manga title

Hello been trying to find this yaoi manga for sometime
It's a pretty old one if i remember right. Bit hazy since read it many years back
Main character(or i think he was) is next door neighbor or lived in apartment block with seme.
Seme is like big brother/onii-chan next door and they both known each other since the main character was much younger.Seme is older than the main .
Main character is in love with the seme.
Seme is however sleeping with another man, a prostitute/call boy he has been paying for some time. I think seme is actually helping the prostitute as well, that's why he buys him. The one seme has been sleeping with mentions he is thinking that he wants to stop selling himself and possibly has some feeling for the seme.
unsure if the sure seme ends up with the other man and the main character love is unrequited.
