Asians tends to have stereotypes that girls should be slender and pale, and boys should be tall and strong, so we see these a lot even in yaoi mangas, not saying stereotypes are wrong, but this manga tells people we can love and be loved for who we are, and we dun hv to fit in all these stereotypes.
