Story (from what I understand(and translated from Japanese)): 

I'm afraid of having contact with others because of my past trauma.
I thought that I shouldn't stay like this, so I decided to go to the "ninety-nine mental clinic."

"I don't mind talking to people. If I don't have be in contact,"

If it's you, doctor, I don't think I'll feel unpleasant even if we make contact ... Rather--

"I feel very relieved when  my hands are wrapped in yours."
"These are... your lips .... wow, more than relieved, i'm calm..."

However, the past trauma revives --- And I refuse.

"Huh ... Ah! No, ah! I don't like it ... no ... let go!"

But still ---

"I like you, so I want to connect deeply with you... I want you like this ... Is it sly of me to ask for this?"

TLDR: Traumatic experience with in person contact, ends up falling for you, the doctor, however the trauma resurfaces, he freaks out, but still wants you. 

Character : Myojin Tatsuki

24 year old engineer

He was molested on the train back in college. 

Because of this trauma, he has a fear of being touched by others.

He decided to go to the "ninety-nine mental clinic" because he wanted to change himself.
