STORY

"In a world of men and women, there are three types of genders (births): α (alpha), β (beta), and Ω (omega).
Mizuki, a high school student, is an Ω (omega). He's been sexually bullied during his school days.
Since then, he has been living with hiding the fact that he is an Ω (omega).
One day, Mizuki's result of the birth inspection is seen by the son of a wealthy man, Shiragami, an α (alpha).
Mizuki is threatened by Shiragami and establishes a physical relationship.
A few days later, Mizuki, who has been struck with heat, rushed to the nurse's office.
Mizuki's childhood friend, Kurosawa, a β (beta), had skipped class to check in on him.
When Kurosawa catches up to Mizuki, he is hit by Mizuki's heat and asks for Mizuki's body.
Then, Shiragami appears some time after..."

(As of posting this, there is no immediate official English translation for the description on DLsite. I had run the story description through Google Translate and freely edited it from there. If you know actual Japanese, please feel free to add a legitimate description below as I am not fluent by any means. There are two voice actors who I do not know of and assumed their respective characters based off of what information DLsite provides. Hopefully the main point of the story and the characters can be understood!)
