Did you check the spelling? I have just tested the password and it still works. I'm not sure what the problem might be but here's some possibilities from previous cases:

1. They included the space so they couldn't open the file cuz there's no space.

2. They had problems with their devices.

3. One letter Caps; they got the wrong letter caps in which the caps is neither the last nor the middle.

But well, if u gave up, then, I'm not gonna tell u to try again. Good effort though.
