Says part 3 and 4 are unavailable when I click on them, do you think you can upload them again, or is there someone else I can download this game?

Also, anyone know if this game is in english, or has been translated (patched)? If not doesn't matter, if I get the game I can translate it unofficially myself, maybe even upload a patch for people to use
