They get in a car accident, and the seme only gets light injuries, but the uke suffers memory loss, losing the past 4 years of his life. He goes back to before he met the seme, when he still had a good relationship, and was dating another man. The seme struggles to bring him back, but the doctor tells him not to try to bring everything up at once. Eventually, either the uke remembers him, or just falls in love all over again.
