Atsuko Nakajima is a Japanese animator, character designer, and illustrator who works with Prince Animage which is a magazine published especially for otaku girls. The image you posted is one of her works. I can't tell you, unfortunately bec I'd like to know too , which manga they belong to, what I can tell you is that it doesn't belong to any anime. Sorry
