We are currently having some issues and all staff is trying their best to fix them the fast as they can. However, it takes quite some time and for that we ask for everyone's patience and understanding. We'll be having a server move so all these errors are finally resolved, but yes, unfortunately, the upload of images to signatures, avatars and profile pictures, might still not work.
