Sammuel fixed his work and handed the papers to Takano with a smile.

"The rest of these are fine." Takano said, taking the papers.

Sammuel nodded and picked his dog up and left scurried away to get to work on his next peice.

Ritsu sat there, dazed. He was still thinking about Yakano's touch. It felt familiar, but he could've sworn he had never met Takano before, much less been touched by him.

Takano stood from were he had been sitting and headed back to the elevator.

Ritsu silently followed Takano into the elevator, standing as far away from him as possible.

Takano glanced at Ritsu trying to remember where he had seen the other before.

"What are you looking at?" Ritsu asked, ruder than intended.

"Have we meet before?" Takano asked, no able to place where he had seen the other.

"No," Ritsu said stubbornly, looking away.

"I'm sure I've seen you somewhere before." Takano insisted.

Ritsu shook his head. "If anything, you saw me here yesterday when I was applying. But we've never, ever met before, Takano."

"No, I wasn't here yesterday... where did you go to school?" Takano asked.

"O-Oikawa High..." Ritsu answered hesitantly.

"I went there." Takano said standing a little straighter.

"Well then we probably passed in the hall a few times. I never knew anyone named Takano," Rotsu said.

"Well my name was Saga but it changed after my parents divorced." Takano said looking at the other.

Ritsu's eyes widened. 'S-Saga...' he thought. 'He was...' "I'm sorry, we've never met before,' he said quietly, hurrying off the elevator.

 

'Damnit!' he thought. 'Why'd I have to end up working with him, of all people?'

Takano tilted his head some then just shoke it lightly, stepping of the elevator.

Ritsu walked to his desk, and began frantically looking at manga storyboards, trying to get Sa-- Takano, out of his head.

Takano walked through the hall pausing to lean on the doorframe of their office to look at Ritsu.

Ritsu noticed Takano looking at him. "What?!" he asked rudely. "I already told you, we've never met before!"

Ritsu shook his head vigorously. "I think I would remember!" he said. 'Goddamn you, Takano!' he thought. 'Why did you have to remember?!'

Takano walked forward and planted a hand on the desk on each side of Ritsu, pinning him there.

"We did." He insisted.

[Xianghua]

"No, we didn't!" Ritsu shrunk slightly in his chair.

"We did, you told me you loved me." Takano said, leaning in.
