Yuchikiwi Posted October 24, 2014 Posted October 24, 2014 I've not read or watch this manga yet, I'm curious honnestly but I don't know If I will be able to do this x) I'm not very attracted by this genre ...
HiroRu Posted October 30, 2014 Posted October 30, 2014 I don't feel guilty tho watching Boku No Pico It's rather an interesting yaoi for me And the characters are cute too :D
banOn Posted October 30, 2014 Posted October 30, 2014 I watched Boku no Pico out of curiosity and well, it was.. interesting. It has some really eeww moments, and sometimes I felt utterly disgusted, but I don't regret watching it.
Yakun Posted November 2, 2014 Posted November 2, 2014 At first i thought it's yuri But then i got it wrong, i was suprise how they turn to be , It's shota , i never expectd they were males I ddn't finish watching it maybe because of the art And the story, Though i'm not against it, just not suitable for very young audiences .
gin Posted November 2, 2014 Posted November 2, 2014 I'd already steer clear from Boku no Pico. My curiosity would never prevail. I'm torn between looking at it or not.
hkkh Posted November 4, 2014 Posted November 4, 2014 I know this question is old but I'd like to share my experience I'm not sure how heard about Boku no Pico, but I distinctly remember watching the warning videos about not to watch it and so I did. At first I was apprehensive because I knew it was bad (read the wiki-page) and shota is a big NO for me, but I wanted to see what the hype was about. On the surface level it really bad: voice acting, meh animation, pastel and no plot. But really the biggest reason I just couldn't bring myself to finish it was knowing it was shota.
無用 Posted December 1, 2014 Posted December 1, 2014 while shota is definitely not my favorite gener i don't feel guilty at all to watch or read it. it's not real and it's not encouraging anyone to do something like that. i hadn't heard anything about yaoi or shota when i watched boku no pico and i hadn't heard anything bad about bnp at that time too. and honestly i just considered it another porn nothing more or less. gv is a different story though. but i still watch them sometimes! :_red_fox 11
Sasu_Chan Posted December 1, 2014 Posted December 1, 2014 I'm not really into shota tbh, but I have done both anyways.... And I sound like Pico as well.
Usagi-chan Posted December 8, 2014 Posted December 8, 2014 I didn't felt guilty, i just enjoy the art of expression of the creator, yes, it is so disgusting when you just look on its sexual sides but I think the creator is trying to show something that most of the bashers forgot to see and look into more deeply. BNP (Boku No Pico) is a symbolic yaoi anime , we just have to learn how to look and accept things like this differently and artistically.
Guest アヤ Posted December 14, 2014 Posted December 14, 2014 I watched ove 2 and 3 of boku no pico but I don't feel guilty I found them cute onionn7 :cuteonion26:
alexia__ Posted December 28, 2014 Posted December 28, 2014 Well the first 2 minutes should've warned away the curious members but if you're like me, who doesn't take no for an answer, you kept watching. I won't comment on the feeling I had towards this... But uh yeah my reaction exactly.
Virdian* Posted February 4, 2015 Posted February 4, 2015 I personally found it disgusting to see such young children having adult sex. I don't know how or from whom this Shotacon hype comes, but it really turns me off...
AobaxClear Posted April 11, 2015 Posted April 11, 2015 I really like it personally. The problem is that it was only entertaining for me the first time, after that I was bored with it.
NatsuPantsu Posted May 17, 2015 Posted May 17, 2015 Did i feel guilty??...nah, i'm a shotacon addict(i'm a sucker for cute things) but i only liked the first ova because pico looks more a boy than in the other ovas. But yea it is not everyone's cup of tea. Also watched boku no natsuyasumi but once again too girly for my taste :/
Virdian* Posted May 20, 2015 Posted May 20, 2015 In my opinion, it was pretty disgusting.. I'm really not into Shotacon stuff :-/
STARRK Posted May 20, 2015 Posted May 20, 2015 It was okay.. but later on I cannot stand to watch it XD
AnimeRob1337 Posted August 1, 2015 Posted August 1, 2015 I share a lot of the same sentiments, perhaps not as strongly. Then again, I was exposed with an open mind and open resources [internet, computer] to explore and /find/ these things at a younger than normal age. [i think 11 - 13 for me.] So a certain level of desensitzation may be there. However this brings me right back to words I typed just a few hours ago [in a discussion / exploring for unseen media thread] -- I'm really only attracted at most towards the youngest age at which I discovered these things, began to explore introspective fantasy, etc. So I really do share the majority of the OP's sentiments, however, I must admit teenage BL is not something I'm a naysayer of. Even BL such as this: Please Register/ Sign In, in order to see the links. I don't find anything particularly wrong with it, even conceptually, age wise. Nordeez, Texas would be another good example, I think, of where I draw the line. Anyone else feel that's about where it's fair? Or to each is own? As I said I am open minded so don't expect hate or biggotry just incase. You never know with people on the net these days. xP
Kastor Posted January 26, 2016 Posted January 26, 2016 I've seen it, but I prefer the manga, because it doesn't make Pico look like a woman.
