A new window would open. - In order to accept the private chat, you have to click on 'To Everyone' as well and type the name of the user who invited you to private chat. - When you want to go back to the main shoutbox, just change the tabs. -In order to report a shout, Click on Shoutbox, Archive and in you will see a Report Shout button near each shout.
