What I do to relieve them is to sit up straight and breathe evenly and slowly and most of the times they go away...Try doing those, it could help.. @mecayoyen I can understand that...^^; Hmmm...I'm fine, but I woke up with knotted muscles on my back..probably of my bad sitting habits...I've been fine and as the middle of December nears, many things would begin to happen and schedules would start to go busy..ahh, but I'll be fine....I just hope that I'll be able to go online when I take my Christmas break..XD
