“Thank you!” Yukie called out as he stood in the closet before putting on his own t shirt and some loose pants. The black shirt and soft blue pants were Yukie’s off day clothes. He rarely wore casual clothes around Kai…well to be honest he only had a few sets. He usually just slept in the nude or wore his work clothes longer so he eventually decided he didn’t need such things since just using work clothes were more practical. Stepping out into the kitchen Yukie could only stare at the coffee and food blushing at the kind act. Fixing himself he took a bagel and bit into it chewing slowly as he scrolled his phone checking his texts and emails. Settling down in a chair to sip his coffee he raised a brow at a message and called the number his voice a bit low as he spoke. ”No, no I’m fine I just got your text. I thought I would call since I read it late. There’s no need to send anyone to pick me up Miskha, I can drive at worst we can take a train. I’ll drop by to pick up my paperwork and medical cards and paycheck before I go. Yeah, I can drop off your stuff to the doctor. I’ll…be in for work once my face has healed a couple of weeks at most.” Yukie stated as he sipped his drink oblivious to everything around him as he spoke. Eventually he had finished his discussion and hung up before thinking for a moment. Finishing his coffee Yukie hummed as he went back the bedroom to grab his wallet searching his duffle bag until he found it. He then searched the outside pocket before pulling out a set of keys. One key was to a small storage locker, and the other to a sport bike that resided in his storage locker. Swinging the keys on his fingers Yukie yelled out to Kai. “Hurry up, I need to make a short stop to get our ride ready. Hopefully you don’t mind learning how I get around when it comes to larger distances.” Yukie yelled out as he smirked and went to go grab his boots and laced them on thinking that Kai maybe just maybe might enjoy the trip. -At the storage locker- (Sport bike that Yukie owns)
