Weird, sorry about that! A few things before I can come home from work and try and help better- Do you have your system locale set to Japanese? Can you try changing the compatibility settings? (Right click the exe > Properties > Compatibility tab > then do "Windows 7" for compatibility, run as admin, disable fullscreen optimization) I'll try and test it myself when I get home. EDIT: OK, I tested it on my compy since I'm home now. Worked just fine for me, so I'm curious what will happen on your end if you do the above/if something else goes wrong.
