    Hi there this is kinda of off topic but I was wanting to know if blogs use WYSIWYG editors or if you have to manually code with HTML. I'm starting a blog soon but have no coding expertise so I wanted to get guidance from someone with experience. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Alexander didn't answer right away. He slowed his steps just enough to listen to the forest, to the weight in Alistair's voice, to the question that wasn't really a question at all. It was an accusation shaped like doubt, sharpened by self-loathing and resignation. Why didn't I killed him? Why didn’t HE then? For a moment, Alex was genuinely confused by it. Not because he didn't understand the doctrine which he knew it by heart, but because the idea of killing Alistair had never truly landed inside him the way it was supposed to. It was as if his mind simply slid around it, refusing to accept it as a real option. He watched Alistair from the corner of his eye as they walked: the distance he kept, the way his shoulders stayed tense, the guarded way he spoke. Like someone bracing for a blow he'd already decided he deserved. Alex's fingers fidgeted in his sleeves, an unconscious habit when he was thinking too hard. “I… didn't realize you expected me to,” he admitted softly. Alistair's steps folded for half a second. Alex went on, still quiet, still honest. "I knew what you were. From the beginning. Your energy … it's unmistakable. And yes… everything I've been taught says I should have treated you as a threat." He swallowed. “My father would have.” That truth settled heavily between them. “But when I looked at you,” Alex continued, voice steady despite the conflict behind it, “I didn't see a monster. I saw someone in pain. Someone pushing himself far past what was safe just to… be seen.” He looked at Alistair then, openly now, without judgment. “That matters to me.” They walked a few more steps in silence, leaves crunching softly beneath their feet. “You asked why I didn't kill you,” Alex said, thoughtfully. “I suppose I could ask you the same thing.” Alistair frowned slightly. "You followed me. You revealed your name. You came back here even knowing how dangerous this place is for you." His brow creased faintly, not accusing, just genuinely curious. “If you believed you were beyond saving… why would you do any of that?” Alex's voice softened. “I don't believe souls are ruined beyond repair,” he said simply. "Not yours. Not anyone's. Light isn't meant to destroy by default, it's meant to understand first." He paused, then added, almost shyly: "And not everything is what it seems at first glance. I've learned that from spirits... and from people." The grin on Alistair's face didn't bother him. Alex wasn't naive about bitterness; he just refused to let it decide things for him. "You say it's my job to kill monsters," Alex said gently, "but I don't think you're one. And even if you were..." His lips curved faintly, a quiet, stubborn kindness there. “I don’t think killing should be the first answer.” He hesitated, then spoke the last truth plainly: “I agreed to see you again because I wanted to know you. Because you mattered enough to come back for.” A beat. “And because something in me told me that walking away would have been the wrong choice.” He looked ahead again, calm and unafraid. “If that makes me a poor priest,” Alex said softly, “then I’ll accept that.” They continued walking, the forest opening gently in front of them, neither of them quite ready to look at the other, but both unwilling to stop walking side by side. Alexander let the silence stretch for a moment after his last words. The forest seemed to listen to them, the wind slipping through leaves, the distant call of birds just waking. He folded his hands into his sleeves, grounding himself, and continued walking at Alistair's pace. He didn't want to corner him with his thoughts. He only wanted to share them. “My father…” Alex began quietly, the words alone carried weight. “If you had met him instead of me,” he said, eyes fixed on the path ahead, “you wouldn't have made it past the first ward.” There was no bitterness in his voice. No anger, just truth. "He wouldn't have waited for you to speak. Or breathe. He would have struck the moment he sensed you." Alex paused, then added honestly, “If not killed outright… then bound, burned, or torn apart by ritual.” He swallowed; the image too familiar. He had watched his father's work since childhood—precise, unflinching, merciless in the name of preservation. “I love him,” Alex said softly. "And I respect him. Everything he believes, he believes because he truly thinks it keeps the world safe." His fingers tightened briefly in his sleeves. “But I don’t believe the same way.” He finally looked at Alistair enough for the demon to see the sincerity there. "My father sees demons as errors that must be erased. Threats that will always choose destruction if allowed to exist." Alex exhaled slowly. "I don't." They stepped over a fallen branch, the forest opening into a small clearing scattered with soft grass and filtered sunlight. Alex slowed, not stopping, just letting the moment breathe. “I've seen too much suffering to think evil is something people, or demons, are born with,” he continued. "Spirits don't start twisted. They're shaped that way. By fear. By pain. By being abandoned or hunted or told they're irredeemable long enough that they start to believe it." His voice lowered, thoughtful. “I think evil is made.” The words felt heavy but right. "And if that's true," Alex said, "then understanding has to come before judgment. Compassion before punishment. Otherwise we're just... continuing the same cycle." He hesitated, then added something more vulnerable: "That's why I couldn't see you as a monster. Because monsters don't struggle the way you do. They don't hesitate. They don't run because they're afraid of hurting someone—or being hurt." He glanced at Alistair again, gentler this time. "You ran because you were overwhelmed. Because being seen frightened you." A faint, rueful smile touched his lips. "That doesn't make you beyond saving. It makes you... very much still a soul." Alex looked away again, embarrassed by his own honesty. "I know my beliefs are... inconvenient. Dangerous, even. If my father knew I was saying this to you, he would be furious." A quiet breath. “But I can't pretend otherwise. Not anymore.” They reached the edge of the clearing, where sunlight warmed the ground and the mountain's pressure finally felt distant. Alex stopped there—not blocking Alistair's path, not looming—just standing next to him. “So if you're wondering why I didn't kill you,” he said gently, “it's because I don't believe that's what light is meant for. I believe it's meant to give people a chance to choose differently.” He hesitated, then added, softer: “And I believe you deserve that chance… even if you don’t think you do.” The words weren't a challenge. They were an offering, and Alex stood there, calm and open, waiting. Not to judge or to strike, but to understand.

    Entanglement { Sosuke0549 & Yukonwolfspirt }

    The harsh 'fuck you' that was hurled at him like hatches to a wall brought his lips together. Falling silent again as Haruhi laid into his failures and shortcomings even harder. Unmoved by his excuses. Unfazed by his tone or apologizes. Unforgiven. He slapped his hand away, putting distance between them. [ ”In those fucking six long….loooooong…ass years did you ever think to ask hey! maybe I should see what he wants! Maybe, he would want me instead of that life.] " N..no.." [ "Maybe He fucking dreads going home….maybe….he would have thrown it all away if he was asked….”] He sighed avoiding Haruhi’s gaze, his head low as he stared at the ground. A bitter laugh, followed by tears took ahold of Haruhi. His emotions overwhelming as you tried to advocate for himself. Put his pain into words. Sett didn't realize the magnitude of it all, of how Haruhi perceived him, how he waited to be rescued by him. He didn't know how hard Haruhi fought for him, how deeply he loved him. The sacrifices he had made, the tears he had shed, the agony of waiting. He had no idea that the redhead had wishes for him to fulfill. How he wanted him to be a hero. He simply....Just didn't know. A horrible excuse. But layered in the truth. On the outside Haruhi's life seemed to improve without him, all he could do was observe from a distance and from the outside ( since he didn't have an inside source) Haruhi looked...happy. As if he had moved on from dating the 'bad boy.' And when Sett finally learned about the mistreatment from Harhui's parents, and attempted to take matters into his own hands, he had hurt Haruhi in the process, reconfirming his belief that he should of stayed away. That the redhead was safer without him. He was a high ranking member of the yakuza, all he knew how to do was manipulate, beat, kill, and destroy. Men like that never get a happy ending or find love. Especially gay ones. [ ”….Why…Why didn’t you ask.”] His question was heartbreaking, his body reacting to the stress of it all. This wasn't the Haruhi he knew...wasnt the bight eyed, naive, and full of life high schooler that he dated years ago. "It's not...that simple," he whispered, clenching his hands into fists. He didn't have the right to comfort him. So he kept his hands to himself. Just as life progressed and changed for Haruhi, Setts life was no exception. He still couldn't remember how many lashings he got from starting a terf war, and getting revenge on guys who jumped Harhui. The serpents hold on him was now so tight. that there is no escape, no chance at a normal life. Not that Sett wanted one. In six years Sett became the youngest Serpant member to climb the ranks, mastered Muay Thai and jujutsu within three years, branded himself with the serpent's crest, and killed for his "family." He had fully immersed himself, ingrained himself into the Yakuza. His name carried so much weight and fear.... his hands having the blood of nearly 4 people, one being a innocent bystander. A simple case of a woman being at the wrong place at the wrong time. He didn't have a choice. He sighed again. " This is pointless, you're not going to remember anything I say...." He slowly stood up, his gaze softening ever so slightly when his eyes met Haruhi’s. " Feel free to hate me, hell, I wouldn't be surprised if you tried to kill me... but unfortunately, like it or not, we'll be seeing each other more often. You work for Mishka. And he works with the serpents.... " He turned his back to Haruhi, heading for the door. " Do me a favor and stay out of my way. Play doctor and babysit Mishka's "bunny", " He reached for the door handle, turning back to look at Haru one more time. His eyes stern. His tone was more like an order, but there was a hint of concern and slight jealousy. " And don't do anything stupid, if I find out you start selling your body here, or you let that piece of shit, fuck you," ( referring to Mishka) " A nasty frown crossed his lips. "....tch....you'll piss me off." ( I don't have time to worry about you. ) Since Haruhi was under Mishkas thumb...his protection and authority was limited. Sett wouldn't show it, but having Harhui entangled with Mishka and the dark underworld not only pissed him off, but it also terrified him. He was practically helpless once again. He had climbed the ranks and for what? Only for Haruhi to be in danger once again. The redhead didn't know he was swimming with sharks! Was he not aware of the danger he was in?! And deep down Sett knew, he knew he was the catalyst for the redhead's downfall. He couldn't even begin to atone. He couldn't even ask for Haruhi's forgiveness. If they had never met, if they had never fallen in love. Then Haruhi's life...would of been completely different. He had failed to protect him 6 years ago and he continued to fail... Perhaps he could make a deal with Mishka to terminate Haruhi contract?

    Alistair felt a sudden shift in the atmosphere around him. His body tensed recognizing this presence, this person. ( He's here.) He turned his gaze towards the mountain, it was getting closer. When alexander emerged down the mountain and the demon had saw the humans smile, it stirred something deep inside him. His smile almost disarming. [ “…Alistair. You showed up,”] He blinked at him, surprised that he'd say his name so easily. He stayed quiet, but his eyed the priest intensely. Hesitant to let his guard down as he drew closer. The priest continued to try and conversate with him. Acting as if this was a normal encounter. As if there they were friends. Saying he was glad to see him, and ask if he was in any pain. [ “It must have been excruciating. The mountain’s holy pressure can be… harsh.”] " I'm fine. " He muttered, slightly irritated by the priests concern and disbelief in his own supernatural abilities and skills. " Im not a chi--" He didn't even get to finish his sentence before he felt a hand on his shoulder. He immediately smacked the hand away, reflexes over rationality. It felt like someone had touched his soul, it was alarming and extremely uncomfortable. Like light peeking through curtains into a dark room. " do you have a death wish," he hissed, taking a step away from him. [ “I’m sorry! I … I didn’t mean to …” ] He glared at him, unsure if he was telling the truth. His eyes, mannerisms, even tone of voice hinted at being apologetic, but with no threads. He just couldn't believe it. Alexander apologized again, but Alistair simply rolled his eyes, shrugging the awkward moment and tension aside. " whatever...Just keep your hands to yourself. " [ “Thank you though… for coming back. I’m glad to see you’re feeling better”.] He stared at alexander with confusion. He titled his head to the side ever so slightly, he couldn't help but wonder if alexander was dropped as a kid. If he was right in the head. If he really was a priest and blessed by the gods. If he was insanely confident about his abilities or extremely stupid. He was alone with a demon, wasn't he concerned? [ “If you’re feeling well enough(...)would you like to walk with me? Down the forest path. Or… even into the city, if you want. I thought it might be less suffocating than staying still here.”] Alistair was a little surprised by Alexander's tone. The way he fiddle with his fingers, acting unsure and slightly nervous and how he had so much concern for him. A demon of all people. He spoke up again, adding that he wouldn't mind sitting somewhere as long as he's away from the temple and the main path. He sighed moving his feet. "fine.." He started to walk, and it didn't take long for Alexander to walk beside him and follow in his footsteps / pace. Despite walking side by side, Alistair remained vigilant and kept his distance. " What's with you..." he started, avoiding eye contact. " Why didn't you kill me when you had the chance, why agree to see me again... You know what I am... Isn't it your job to kill monsters like me? " He smirked a little, not because anything was funny, but because of the hypocrisy of it all. Some people are born demons, others become them... Alistair was once human...but he lost all of his memories when he became a demon. He couldn't recall his past life or what drove him into darkness. Regardless it didn't really matter now, and he didn't care to find out, because he knew his soul was forever tainted. He accepted the fact that he was beyond saving. All he did remember was feeling forsaken, and selling his soul for the powers he had now. @mik3la
