It has happened to me before to upload gif on Tinypic and the file to lose motion and get converted to jpg. Try Imgur or Photobucket (you need an account for this one) instead. And in case you 'can't' do that for whatever reason, check if you have some extensions installed that could cause that. The problem is on your end nevertheless. Also, check if you are viewing the page with no zoom-out. P.S. When you have some additional question which differs from the topic you've asked in the beginning, open a new thread.
