Here is the thread for the Rp ^^

The carriage he was in bounced as it went over a pothole in the gravelly trail they were following. Eiji looked over to his right discreetly noting his twin brother sat next to him. The uncomfortable wood of the carriage dug into his back with splinters, it commonly used to transport hay and farm essentials so not in the best condition for carrying people. Only two of their brothers were sat at the front of the carriage, the two eldest Ichira and Tsuji. They were whispering away under their breath ignoring both the boys sat shivering in the back.

The wind was biting and Eiji along with his brother Kenji had been dragged out not long after the sun has set and shoved in the back of the carriage. Their brothers had set off at a quick pace, telling them very little.

"We have an idea of where sister has been taken. You two are unfortunately our only hope to save her" Both of them grinned maliciously. "You need to get into the parties that Prince Darius holds... they are very suspicious parties but you two should be more than able to handle it. First we will be selling you off to people that can get in, then its your job to find her. Oh and if you comeback without her... we will kill you."

Even remembering the words made rage burn within him, why did they need to go rescue that outrageous and horrible being they called a sister. Eiji at the very least hated her with a burning passion and didn't want to be here. He found himself glaring at the backs of his brothers, needing to squint as the sun started to rise on the horizon, outlining the city they were being taken to. The city was a trade capital for the neighbouring kingdom and human trade was exceedingly common.

It wasn't long before they pulled to a halt and their brothers jumped down from the front and started calling out, yelling sales pitches for the twins. All Eiji continued to do was glare at anyone who walked past, or appeared to show interest in either one of them.

Why did this always happen to them? He wondered a few times in his short life what he and his twin had done to deserve such abuse? Grumbling he shifted on the floor of the carriage. Giving the other brothers such a hard time they had to bind his hands behind his back and wrapped a clothe gag into his mouth to muffle him at least.

He was the firecracker and usually the first to lash out. He trusted no one and didn't even like being touched. Touching equalled pain unless it was his twin Eiji. huffing around the gag he shifted to his knees and leaned against his twin to look out over the crowd that walked by. His leg was prepared to kick at the person who got closest but the brothers knew that and kept everyone back a bit.

The only reason he was playing along was to help his twin, to be honest he cared less about his own well-being and focused on his twins. He worried about him constantly and hated being too far away from him. He was his safety blanket, the only person he could have real iterations with.

Amongst the faceless crowd, a pair of bright blue eyes watched the twins sitting uncomfortably in the cart, and their brothers shouting at the top of their lungs, negotiating with interested buyers. Yuu stood unmoved from where he was, casually smoking his pipe. The crowd continued to grow as more people gathered, mostly curious souls.

Yuu did not find either of the two particularly attractive in appearance, but appearance was not the single factor that he was looking for for the "children" of his inn - attitude, behaviour, and of utmost importance, a unique quality. And in the case of the twins, Yuu saw their reluctance, their circumstances, their emotional burden as something unique.

The corner of his lips curled as the thought formed in his shrewd mind. For the first time after minutes of standing still in the crowd, he made a move towards the cart, the pipe sitting silently in his hand. He had made sure that the brothers were busy entertaining some dark-faced, fat and sweaty interested customers when he stepped close to the cart where the two were sitting together, trying to protect each other in futile - their destinies were inevitable.

Yuu bent slightly forward, closer towards the two young men. "Well, well, what do we have here?" said he, a smirk stretched across his face, bright blue eyes glowing like the blood of a queen.

"You wouldn't want to get stuck to any of them lot," he continued with a tilt of his head towards the obese, greasy man with saliva dripping from the sides of his mouth, "And you're bound to be attached to someone, and since I'm here, you might want to think about taking the chance with me."

"What do you say, hm?" asked Yuu with a smirk.

Darius, the Prince of the country. The only one he had to answer to was his father and the old king together with his queen let their son do as he wanted and gave him anything he wished for.

Even if Darius was spoiled to no end, he still knew that the only thing he couldn't bring back or use the way he truly wanted; was the life of another human. If he wanted someone to do as he pleased he had to either give the person something they wished for, or cut of any other options if the wish didn't suit him.

Darius sat by himself in one of the many rooms, in the great castle at the coast that his parents built for him as he wished for it at his 18th birthday. That was 9 years ago and during that time rumors of the prince had grown though out the country and into the counties that had their boarders next to it and even beyond that.

He stretched in the chair and pulled back his brown hair from his shoulders. He was taking a short break from the preparations of the coming dance he would be holding, once again.

Sometimes he held it once or twice a week or once a month, but never more than three months in between.

"Charles!" He called out and turned toward the dark wooden door that led out to the hallway on the other side of the blood red walls.

Almost directly the door was carefully opened by an elderly man with short white hair in a black suit.

"Yes your majesty?" The man asked and bowed for the prince and stopped with his head down.

"How are my new wares?" Darius asked as he got up from the black armchair.

"They are still being prepared and in training, your majesty." Charles answered and still stood with his head down.

"Bring me the most promising one." Darius said with a playful smile on his lips.

The preparations were boring at the moment and he felt like he could have som fun for a little while.

"A man or a woman, your majesty?" Charles asked without moving.

"Why not both, I feel like watching today." The prince said with a smirk as he walked up to Charles and stopped in front of the elderly man.

"As you wish, your majesty." Charles answered and swallowed as he obviously feared the prince when he was that close.

"Thank you Charles." Darius said and gave his servant a pat on the head as he opened the door. "Bring them to the toy room."

Darius then left the room and the elderly servant let go of a sigh of relief as his fear left the room.

Lyall leans against the door to his shop looking out over the crowds and graces everyone with either a smile or greeting of some sort while thinking about his last visit to the prince's home and party. While it was certainly enjoyable to partake of the prince's... generosity, he's not sure how much longer he cares to share or use pets that have been touched by another being's hands. To say the potentially cleanest parts that have touched the wares.

Straightening he turns to head back inside where various luxurious, exotic and more than a fair share of uncommon or rare fabrics are on display along with sample items made from such finery. On the surface it looks much like a standard, though very high class and well respected, textile shop. However, a good portion of his patrons know they can ask him to provide much less publicly sought after merchandise. Medicines, drugs, certain clothing requests and, the ever most popular after the drugs or besides along side them, are training items and other pet supplies. That is to say, human pets of course.

Speaking of he idly wonders how his long time associate Yuu is doing and if he might be able to guide him towards something that would suit his needs. He's been pondering the thought of getting his own pet and ware for a time now, but realizes he can't be as flippant about his pet and their sole function as the prince can be. While the prince can have them solely for his amusement, for one such as Lyall it is not as acceptable to be so indulgent.

So he would need one in the guise as a helper in the shop that would also work as part of his rent payment for staying with him, but whose main purpose would be to see to his more carnal needs. That is where Yuu would be helpful. He would be able to either pick one from his own wares that would suit his needs or be able to direct him to a place he might find one. With a faint sigh he resolves to contact the other and see if he would be available and willing to help Lyall in his search. Quickly he writes out a slightly encrypted message stating he wants to see the other with a hint to what his visit is about before hailing a messenger and having them deliver the letter.

Eiji stared in dismay at the people the crowded his brother. The only ones they talked to were the revolting ones, It wasn't like they had a choice what was going to happen to them, well sure they didn't need to actually go through with what they were told but either way their brothers were still planning on selling them. Eiji sighed mentally with a roll of his eyes, what better way to get rid of stigmatized family than to sell them.

The voice startled him despite the speaker being right in front of them and quite close considering how attentive his brothers were to keeping people away from the... merchandise. With anther dark glare at his brother's backs he turned his eyes to meet the bright blue in front of him. Listening to the man speak he looked over at the current prospect courtesy of his brothers and shivered in disgust, holding back his retching. If that pig was to buy him he would run before the man even got him home. Once again he turned back to the man in front who was now offering them another option. He was tall, at the very least taller than Eiji and Kenji were, his two tone hair fell down his back and the write on top of the black was exceedingly eye catching. How exactly did he sneak past their brothers again.

Eiji didn't respond straight away, instead he thought. He would rather stay with Kenji if he could, and the Strange man in front of them seemed well off. At the very least he had decent hygiene. All it took to decide was a glance at his bound twin and he gave a silent nod to the offer. No idea what he had signed them up for... but surely it had to be better than what ever their brothers were signing them up for, probably interrogating each and every potential buyer to find the one who would beat them the most.

If this guy ended up taking them to the parties then they could just hope their long haired sister wasn't there. If he didn't then all the better for them. He snaked his arm around Kenji's shoulder and looked straight at into the man's eyes, his voice barely above a whisper. "Can you get us out of here without them knowing.... or at least as quickly as possible."

((Sorry I've been absent, I usually don't just fall off the planet. Too many things have happened and the funeral for my grandma was the other day. Also moving across the country on a very unexpected business move for my hubby. Sorry for the delay))

Looking to his twin he knew this was their best option even though it wasn't his favorite option. His mixed matched mop of hair moved about his head as he tried to sit up more but ended up leaning against his twin. Saliva was dripping down the corner of his mouth and muffled groans came from him. The poor twin was irritated and exhausted by now.

Glancing at the man who came by he now knew that man might be their best option. It wasn't his favorite one, he really hoped to help his twin get out of this but it looked like they were both stuck still.

Sitting up finally he was able to crawl on his knees to look at him brothers through the crowd wanting to see how this was going to go down. Wiggling his head a bit and moving his mouth he was finally able to push the gag out of his mouth and wiped his lips against his shoulder before turning to Eiji, "that might be our best option." Looking back to the man who offered them a fairly good opportunity giving their options.

Pleased by the looks and responses of the twins, Yuu flashed the two a broad smile.

"Well, lefty," he started, referring to Eiji by the side of his hair parting, "I don't steal. So, despite your desire to run away, I will have to purchase both of you legally."

There was a brief pause, and in an arrogant tone, he added "I know how to handle this. And it'll be best for you, and me, in the long run." His eyes had begun to glow like crystals, burning with soulful passion.

"Trust me..." The words that escaped from between his slightly-parted lips were almost inaudible, but the fervour, the egotism, the superiority were felt...almost physically.

Yuu straightened up. It was as if he had control over the perception of others for the distasteful faces of the repulsive crowd turned towards him immediately, even the dark faces of the two brothers. For a moment silence fell upon the appalling scene, so silent that one could almost hear the soft rustling of the trees, and grass, and flowers. A clear of his throat, and addressing the two brothers, he began, "My dear friends, I am Ueda Yuu, the proud owner of Yuuyake Inn, and I hereby claim ownership of these two lovely children. Now how much shall I pay for them both?"

There was a moment of stillness as the crowd watched the tall man, and he too remained silent with them, letting his words sink into the thick skulls of the disgusting creatures. The response following the silence was quick; the brothers showed immediate interest in making the transaction with Yuu. The reasons were clear: money, and fame, which comes with it access to the Prince's palace.

Seeing the brothers' reaction, he winked at the two before turning towards the brothers. He had rules that he abide to during transactions, and if no such rules were present, as is the present case that he was dealing with, he would force upon them what he wants, force upon them the way he knew how to, and that is of course not by force. He was cunning. He knew the legal system of the city. He knew what he needed. He knew how to use people. A smug smile was carved upon his face the entire time.

Presently, the fat, drooling customer had become upset at being abandoned, and on top of that, for someone way more attractive than he is. He stepped forward towards Yuu, his fat finger pointing at his pleasing features. The voice was loud, and it shook the earth from under everyone's feet, "Stop you! I was here first! They are mine!" Saliva came splashing out of his mouth as he spoke, and Yuu had to step backwards to keep himself away from the sickening act. He flashed the fat man a look of abhorrence, and that made the fat man even angrier than he was. The blood had rushed to his face, and smoke could almost be seen steaming out of his ears. "Jose!" he shouted for his guard, who promptly stepped from behind him. Towering over the slender figure of the inn-owner, the huge, steroid-injected guard pointed his spear menacingly. Yuu, however, had not inched a muscle, and glanced at the guard with a bored look. The fat man was offended by his behaviour, and shouted once again with saliva splatting out of his huge mouth, "Get the boys!"

At this, the bulky guard moved towards the cart where the two were sitting huddled up together. But almost immediately, he stopped. Yuu had stepped between the guard and the twins, his sword drawn from its sheath, the blade glowing with bloodthirsty desire. "Touch a single hair, and I'll slit your throat," hissed the inn-owner, eyes now burning with fury. To the fat man's annoyance, the guard had froze where he stood like a puppy with his tail between his legs. Unfortunately, the fat man had to leave, the guard trailing behind him, his manhood shattered, and his job lost.

Turning back to business, Yuu made the brothers sign papers that he had prepared before arriving at the scene. The crowd watched the tall man in horror, and slowly they dispersed.

The morning was clear when everything was settled. Yuu had instructed his carriage boy to help the two back to his carriage where he took them back to his inn. Just before they set off, the carriage boy handed Yuu a piece of paper, and told him that it had arrived from a messenger while he was doing business. The familiar handwriting sparked a flame in his blue eyes, and a smile came to his pale face. Having read the note, he neatly folded it and kept it safely in his tobacco case.

"Let's go home boys," said he as he boarded the carriage.

The Prince was back at his desk, alone in the room he sat with his legs over the armrest on the armchair and spinning a feather pencil between his fingers. He smirked for himself after the show he made his wares act out in front of him. The male had been a bit hesitant, but that wasn't anything that soon was wiped out from the fact that it was the prince, Darius himself that watched them.

Amused by the thought Darius knew that they probably heard the rumors about him. The fact that if anything didn't please him, he would take matter into his own hands. It didn't scare him if people in advance would know of his nature, for him it only made it easier if they already feared him.

Darius chuckled as he corrected himself in the chair and looked down on the papers in front of him. It was proposals on how the next dance would turn out to be. But as he already decided for a masquerade he didn't rush things and simply looked through the papers for fun.

The most amusingly paper he even found was placed with them. The proposal that he would hold a dance where we would choose his future wife. He was the prince, why would he have to choose someone and only one just to make an heir? He could just take anyone he liked and make them bear his child? It would still be made from his seed, right?

Darius showed the paper to the side and gathered the rest into a neat pile on the desk. With a sigh he looked on the "getting a wife" proposal and frowned annoyed at it. Somehow he figured that his parents was involved in it, last he saw the king and the queen they both had dared to ask for a grandchild.

The proposal didn't amuse him anymore. He grabbed it from the desk and started to wrinkle it but stopped half way. He opened the paper again and gave it a smirk. What if he just proved that it wasn't needed? Anyway the next dance were coming up and Darius were now looking forward to this masquerade. He would simply ad his own twist to it, like he always did.

Without a word he got up from the chair and looked out the window on the surroundings. Maybe he could hold the next dance in the gardens?

Lyall sits on a lounging couch near the front of the shop to watch his current patrons fawn over his wares and the outfits they've picked up and paid for. Simpletons, the lot of them. While he enjoys his occupation to an extent, the lack of creativity and the monotony is wearing thin. That's what finally prompted him to attend one or two of the Prince's parties, but ultimately has led him to asking Yuu for a companion of his own.

It's no lie that he could use a helping hand during his work hours. His business has grown far beyond what he'd anticipated in the short amount of time. Thankfully the other side of his business kept him entertained and gave him a twist from the mundane patrons. Tapping a finger he slowly gets up to greet and take care of customers entering the store while hoping that he hears back from Yuu soon. It's not so much that he's impatient or in a hurry to see the other and get a start on his pet, but he needs to get away from the hordes of swooning and clucking women that keep trying to thrust themselves at him. However, he can't deny having sampled some of the men that have come his way and having given them minor trinkets for their services if they were especially good or eye catching.

Eiji blinked confused at Yuu who they had just agreed to take help from... Lefty... Why the hell was he being given a stupid nickname. Rather than bother fighting and losing their chance he sighed and lowered his head slightly, he could always question it later, when they were away from their brothers. Though he had no initial desire to trust to Yuu, especially after hearing his name and the obvious rank which he had from the reactions his name brought. It just meant they could be traced if they wanted to disobey.

Watching Yuu handle the pig their brothers had been considering was almost enough to change his mind. Yes he was obviously important and skilled at what he does but what surprised Eiji most was the fact he drew his swrd to keep the guard away from them rather than getting his own guard. The rest of the process went quickly and smoothly. The only distate left in Eiji's mouth as they were helped to Yuu's carriage was the fact they had been bought and paid for like cattle. Nothing new but still degrading, especially with so many people having been present... so many people who saw it as a normal activity to buy and sell slaves.

As the carriage pulled away Eiji spoke up, just above a whisper. "I hope there was a clause in there that prevents them ever seeing us again.... otherwise..." He paused before finishing the sentence in a whisper while shutting his eyes "otherwise we can't escape their plan..."

Kenji raised a brow when Yuu called his brother lefty. Looking over at his twin he smirked and shook his head. To be honest he found it a little funny. This man, however proud, seemed like he could be trusted as far as he could throw him, which wasn't far. Leaning back in the carriage he waited to be taken away just glad to be free of their family.

Looking to his twin as he spoke he sighed softly, "who knows... we'll find out now won't we." Sitting up a little he kept his voice low. "We'll need to figure out a way out. Either find someone nice who might takes us home or escape this place somehow. I'm sick of being stuck in chains." He wiggled around a bit causing the chains to jingle more then the ride was causing.

"Sir, we're hungry and in desperate need of a bath," Kenji was a bit bold with his words unlike most people sold in slavery. He didn't care if it got him a beating he was used to his caregivers forgetting to take care of him so a friendly reminder sometimes seemed to help.

Sitting across the two brothers, Yuu watched the two with his sharp eyes. They looked very alike, yet they acted very differently; lefty was more reserved, and righty more bold. He glanced down at the contract and searched for the names and the notes that he had made from the brothers; lefty was Eiji and righty was Kenji. He had wished that people would not name their children way too similarly simply because they were twins. A sigh.

It was halfway through their journey when Eiji spoke of the contract. Yuu eyed the younger male. Just before he decided to return a reply to Eiji, his attention was diverted towards Kenji who spoke up in his bold manner, asking for food and a bath.

"Well, well, Kenji," he said, "I don't suppose you can have food and a bath in this carriage, can you? There isn't any around." He flashed the younger male a smile, which slowly turned into a smirk, "Be patient, my love."

The carriage carried on its slow journey towards the inn, the rattling of the chains around Kenji's legs being the only sound in the carriage. The inn was situated a little away from the crowd of the city to avoid the hustle and bustle of the dark activities of the city. He had preferred it that way, even though the activities within the four walls of his inn were not any more favourable than that he was avoiding. Silently he sat with his long fingers wrapped around the tobacco case where the letter lay hidden safely.

Lyall could perhaps do with one of these boys, but he was sure the two would be very reluctant to be separated from one another, especially the more outspoken of the two. Yuu was certain that Kenji would not sit still with the idea. The thought made him chuckle. It would amuse him to see Kenji work in his inn, while his brother was taken away from him to live with an affluent and handsome male. That reminded him that he had not seen Lyall for quite some time now; the attractive image of the man that was burned into his memory had somewhat begun to fade. Again, he chuckled. He could not deny being attracted to the male - for that matter, who could?

The carriage pulled to a halt in front of the inn, and Yuu promptly stepped out of the carriage. Immediately, a line of males and females lined to greet him, and he gave them orders to help the two brothers to be fed and cleaned, and be dressed in the best attires. He had also instructed one of his boys to send a note to Lyall to come to his place as soon as he could. He had decided that he would let Lyall choose which of the two boys he wanted, or if he wanted any of his other children, he could have them too. He could have anyone, if he wanted.

Slowly, Yuu strolled aimlessly in the garden that stretched quite a distance in front of his inn. His pipe was lit, and a trail of smoke escaped his slightly parted lips. Thoughts were filling up every crease of his mind. He wondered when the Prince would hold the next party, and he wondered whom he would take with him this time. Sometimes the Prince would take his companion from him, so he should be strategic about whom he takes with him to the parties. He had lost Mira, one of his favourite children, and he could not afford to lose anyone else like her. He sighed. For now, he had something else to think about. In a while, Lyall would arrive.

  • 2 weeks later...

Darius waved one of the closer servants to him as he sat down at the wast dinner table that had his end covered with food on it.

"yes, your majesty?" the servant asked as she stepped up beside the prince.

"Is it all done and prepared?" Darius asked and fixed his gaze on the food in front of him.

"Yes, your majesty." she answered again and gave the prince a curious and uneasy look.

"The invitation to my regulars are sent in the usual order?"

"Yes, your majesty..." the servant were getting nervous, because she knew how the prince's temper could change in the blink of an eye.

"And the answers to the requests I denied?"

"Yes... your majesty." The servant girl started to wonder why he asked these questions.

"it's all ready in other words?" he asked and looked up to meet the surprised servant's eyes.

"yes... yes, yes they are your majesty." She answered, as in a hurry to get away from the smiling prince.

"Good." was all the prince had to say to it and then gave to food in front of him the attention it were meant to be given. "Then it means I'll have something to look forward to soon."

The servant stepped back as the prince waved her away from the table.

The preparations for the next dance were all set and ready. Darius knew that, but he just felt like being sure. All of his servants knew about the dances and Darius liked to tease them from time to time. The fear they showed amused him.

Having finally finished up with the last of his customers for the day and the necessary closing procedures, he finally goes to clean up and ready himself to go visit Yuu having finally received the go ahead to stop by. Dressing in an outfit he knows flatters him without being too over the top, he goes to leave but gets stopped by a messenger with an invitation to the Prince's next dance. Sucking in a sharp breath he dismisses the messenger and tucks the invite away inside his shirt before continuing on his way.

Getting into a small rider he tells the driver where to go and leans back thinking about the dance and Yuu. At one time he'd thought about pursuing the other but could never tell if the other was genuinely interested in him or just thought of him as a brief romp to be had and so never did anything with his thought though he'd let the friendship continue. Which makes him wonder just what or who Yuu has in mind for him to look at and potentially take home with him.

Upon arriving at Yuu's place he pays the driver and goes in to see if his friend has arrived yet from his business in town. Seeing that he isn't, Lyall sits down to wait and accepts refreshments while waiting. As he sips at his drink he looks at the current 'children' of his friend and notes absently that they all look well taken care of. Hearing the sounds signaling Yuu's arrival a small smile forms as he stands to go and welcome the other back. As well as tease him good naturedly about arriving after his guest of course.

When they arrived at the destination there was a flurry of activity and before Eiji had time to to think he found himself in a tub of warm water. A couple of boys were scrubbing him and in some places it was making his skin red raw. He knew that he wasn't exactly clean but he didn't really need to be washed. With a sigh he let them continue with their job, separated from Kenji when they were taken for the baths he could only imagine how his Twin was doing. The perfumed water splashed around as a small tub of clean water was poured over him washing the suds away, the faint smell of roses wafting to his nostrils.

Eiji was throughly fed up of being manhandled by the time the boys decided he was clean enough to leave the bath and he almost jumped to his feet only to find they planned to dress him aswell. From the moment he felt the fabric he was mesmerised, he had never felt any thing so soft and he was going to be wearing it. Running his hands over the deep blue material he smiled, they may have traded life in for another form of slavery, but at least this man treated them better than their own family had. As the boys tried to take the clothing from his hand to dress him Eiji finally snapped.

"Enough! I can dress myself you know." Pushing the nearer boy away from him gently he took the clothing back and began to dress himself. When he had finished he went to look for his brother, one of the boys from earlier guiding him to kitchen with a small table in it. There was some food on the table, just basic bread, some butter and a rich looking soup in two bowls which was still steaming.

"Your brother will be bought here when he finishes getting ready, enjoy the food." Eiji cautiously moved up to the table and took a seat at the simple chair. He started eating and within minutes had finished his portion, the soft fresh bread being used to mop up the remains of the soup in his bowl. He wondered what Yuu planned to have them do, why had they caught his attention?

Snarky... their new owner was that and he wasn't excited about it. Of course he was too but that was no excuse for another being to behave that way! Sighing he knew he was thinking in a child-like fashion but he couldn't help it. It was hard to keep from reaching out for the things he felt they deserved and worried that one day he would realize he'd never get it.

Once at the establishment he glared at the boys touching him and leading him into the bath area. Once in the warm water he sighed heavily and just let them work at scrubbing him. Their rough handling of him was almost a relief. Whenever he had a chance to shower he would scrub and scrub until his whole body was pink. He always felt dirty and could never get clean. That was also a time when he could let his other side show, but not right now there were people about.

After the bath they dried him and dressed him in a deep green soft material that made him scrunch his nose up too. It was way too soft and felt uncomfortable. He really wanted something more... cotton. Or perhaps thicker. This just felt odd and slippery. Once he was lead into the dinning hall he walked quickly to his brother about to ask him if he was alright but saw the mound of food. Diving head first into it he was almost going to need another bath after eating the whole plate in just a couple seconds. They really needed a few good feeds to get their ribs showing less.

It was a couple of hours after midday when Yuu finally returned to the inn from his stroll; he had lost track of time from the brooding, and was somewhat embarrassed by the thought of making the two boys wait for him. He wondered if Lyall had arrived, and if he had, it would make him feel even more flustered. Quickly he hurried back into the spacious hallway of the inn, his children politely greeting him as he entered. Seated in one of the expensive antique guest seats, the graceful figure of the familiar male was as beautiful as he had last seen it; in fact, the time that had carved a distance between the two had made Lyall looked even more stunning than the image that was burned in Yuu’s memory. A warm smile crept up to his face. Yuu glided towards Lyall, who had noticed his return and stood up to welcome him. Instinctively, he puckered his lips, and greeted Lyall with a peck on the cheek. Lyall’s good natured teasing turned his cheeks pink in embarrassment, and Yuu could not help but murmured soft apologies, at which point he wondered to himself if he regretted not pursuing the handsome man in front of him whom he had known since ages ago. The thought, however, was quickly pushed back when a boy walked up to the two with an envelope on a silver tray. The quality of the paper and the elegant print of his name on the front of the envelope immediately revealed to him the sender of the letter. Yuu opened the envelope, revealing a parchment with beautiful calligraphy writing on it. It was the invitation. Quickly his bright blue eyes flitted across the letter and found the date. 07th of April; that was tonight. He looked up from the letter and met Lyall’s dark eyes, and he knew at once that he had received a similar piece. Yuu let out a sigh.

“Well,” he started, “The Prince’s the Prince.” He let out another sigh. The Prince seemed very keen on having the party, leaving not much time for preparation; Yuu was especially tight with the preparation of his company. Whom should he take to the party this time? He needed to make the choice now. Yet another sigh. “Lyall,” the tone of his voice was compassionate when he mentioned the name, “Would you spend the night here at my place after the party? I’ll get my children to prepare a room for you.” He watched the charming face of his companion with a smile carved across his anxious face. The party was constantly bothering him. Whom shall he take with him?

“And, oh! The children!” Yuu chirped, the thought of which suddenly changed his mood for the brighter, “I’ve got loads, but I thought I’d show you the two that I’ve just brought home this morning. Thought you might fancy either of them.” Yuu was now giggling, and muttering some incomprehensible string of words about the two boys that he had just acquired that very morning, and quickly he gestured to two of his children to escort the now-presentable twins into the room.

Moments later, the twins were brought into the room where the two tall men were waiting. Suddenly a thought struck Yuu, if Lyall were to choose from either of the boys, maybe he would take the other to the party tonight. If he was to be taken from him, maybe he would try to worm his way around the Prince and attempt to take him back. Well, he had not known the boys too well, and would not want to lose them in a twinkle of the eye. He had gone out of his way to get them anyway; he was not going to let them go that easily. At least, not yet. Maybe if the Prince would like to have a night or two with them, maybe he would consider that. Maybe not…No, he could not think straight at the moment…

Yuu eyed the twins, his hands crossed across his chest, his fingers tapping his arm to the rhythm playing in his head. Well, well. It was set then. All he had to do was wait for Lyall to make his choice, then off they go – prepare for the party, attend it, and hopefully the Prince caught a fancy to some other male.

The night was drawing close. Yuu, all dressed up in his best kimono, seated himself in the carriage waiting for the other three to join him. It would be a long night, and hopefully everything went well – that is, hopefully the Prince did not take fancy to his boy. He crossed his fingers, and hoped for the best.

Darius let the guests arrive before he would do his grand entrance like he always did to all the dances he ever had.

Ha sat in one of the upper windows of the tower that were above the main gates to the castle and watched down on the guests that arrived in a steady stream.

It were a regular dance this time, maybe he would scare them and tell everyone it were supposed to be a masquerade? Dressed as such?

Nah... Not this time, it were an old joke and it probably would been seen though by some of his older regulars that attended the party.

He laughed for himself as he could see one of the regular's carriages arrive. He could never remember the name of the man, but he knew that he always had special treats with him. He knew the man didn't like when he wanted a sample of who ever he brought, but he couldn't help it. It was like stealing candy from a classy well breed man - anything that could upset another amused Darius.

"Charles?" Darius asked and turned inwards the room and looked at his servant that silently stood at the door watching him.

"Yes your majesty?" he asked in the regular manner and gave the prince an uneasy gaze.

"Try and figure out how many that arrived so far. I'm curious on what he brought this time." Darius said with a smirk on his lips as Charles without a word nodded and then left the room to check it up.

Darius got a sudden idea and smoothly jumped down from the window and walked up to the mirror and looked at himself in his fancy cloths.

"What if...?" he asked himself and tilted his head looking curious. "Yes~!" he then said nodding at his own mirror image. "That! Might be one fine surprise." Darius said and smirked as he moved over to the door as if he were dancing.

He then opened the door and pulled one of the servant's arm outside the door as if he were a child - asking him for candy.

"I need you." he said to the surprised servant and pulled him into the room in front of the other surprised servants' eyes.

"M-my... my prince." the servant stuttered as Darius sneaked around him looking down on him, inspecting every inch of the man.

"Nice, very nice." Darius said, completely ignoring the poor man's scared state. "Take off your cloths." Darius simply ordered as he stopped in front of his servant that didn't dare do anything else but to follow order.

As the servant started to undress, so did Darius and that confused the servant.

"My prince?" the servant asked and stopped as he took of his shirt.

"Just take off your cloths and give them to me." Darius commanded and handed parts of his own cloths over to the servant. "We are going to switch places." The prince said happily and the servant quietly followed the seemingly happy prince's orders.

This were going to be a different kind of entrance to the dance. He would already be on the dance floor as he arrived - well, not him, but the servant dressed as him. Without a word he had sneaked out another door and down to the main floor to mix into the crowd that filled the dance floor up. In his servant's cloths he would easily be mistaken for a servant as he stepped out on the floor with a empty tray in his hand.

He hadn't really thought this through, but he figured it could be fun to see his performance for himself instead of being the one doing it all the time. The servant better be doing a good impression of him.

Lyall chuckles at Yuu's discomfort before seeing the letters being delivered to the other. Hearing what it was about he nods with a sigh. "He is that. And as the Prince he cannot be ignored when his summons may be inconvenient." He murmurs as irritation lightly colors his tone. Hearing Yuu's question he blinks a bit surprised before smiling almost shyly at the invite. "If it wouldn't trouble you I would enjoy staying here after the party." He says softly.

Even as he accepts the invite he wonders if he can stand knowing that the man he'd pined after as a teenager is right down the way and yet out of his reach. Perhaps this new companion can help distract him or at least make the night easier to bare. "Before that, however, I will need to gather things from my place for the party and my stay. And find someone to take with me of course. Did you have anyone in mind for me?"

--------

Once ready Lyall gets into the carriage to join Yuu wearing an outfit of his own design and of only the finest materials he owns of course. Settling himself down he smooths out his outfit before smiling faintly at the other while his bag is sent back to the room Yuu has had prepared for him. "What do you think? Too much?" He asks holding his arms out to showcase the new and almost scandalously styled outfit. It shows cases a bit more skin than is normally seen, but it also teases and entices others to look at him.

He smiled as his brother made fast work of the food remaining on the table, barely a crumb was left from the bread. His brother had been dressed in a similar outfit, the main difference being the colouring of the cloth, both deep and subdued colours.

"Did you find it weird too.... the boys cleaning us?" Pausing he propped his chin up on his hand watching Kenji carefully. "I couldn't stand them dressing me, in the end I did it myself..." The summons fron Yuu interrupted him and he looked up at the two boys who were picking them up. Slowly he stood up, pushing the chair out with his feet and standing before wrapping his right arm around his brothers left arm holding it close and keeping his head up as they walked down the corridors.

As they stepping into the entrance Yuu and an unfamiliar man stood talking and looking happily. Eiji briefly stopped in his movements, the action tugging gentlely of Kenji's arm as his eyes widened slightly. It was brief and was soon over as they continued walking coming to a halt in front of Yuu. The unfamiliar guest was soon introduced as Lyall a good friend of Yuu, other than being informed they would be accompanying the two men to the next party the Prince was hosting. That very night.

His grip tightened and he felt his teeth grit, did he want to find his sister already? If they got her back would their brother's let them go or try and keep them and exploit them again.... Unline before he didn't voice any of these thoughts, nor any others. While they were in the carriage despite his eyes being drawn to Lyall and the man's exotic outfit he said nothing only gripped his brothers arm tighter.

When they arrived at the palace he found himself looking in all directions, his heart pounding and jumping each time he saw white or silver hair. sighing in both relief and fear each time his sister wasn't the owner of the shoulder length silver hair, or the short bob of white.

Kenji was fed up with all of this. He didn't care who these people were or who they wanted. He just wanted out. Above all of this this was terrible to him, he hated his brother worrying and clinging to him. Even if he wanted he couldn't protect him from everything, but he tried. Did he ever try. Reaching his free hand over he gently gripped his brother's hand on his arm and whispered to him, "it's alright..."

A formal party already? They didn't even know if they were behaving slaves yet. Kenji couldn't stop his eyebrow from raising as he listened to this man and the prince before his snarky comment left his lips, "you don't even know us."

But he didn't know these men either. This was all happening in such a strange way. This prince, whoever he was, did even blip onto Kenji's radar, neither did the owner. Even if they beat him he would just glare his defiance. Leaning a long time ago how to hide within his own mind. Constant pain broke him down to where pleasure was a distant thing for him since he never received it.

Looking to the men he dared them to get mad at him for speaking to them, especially the prince. He wouldn't push it to where he got his brother in trouble but right now he was testing the waters.

Read the stuff hidden in the spoiler tab please. lol

Sorry for OCC in RP thread but I need to write this before we all spiral out of control into a huge mess. Since the RP's been dragging on for quite some time, we might have lost track of what was happening. So, here's a quick summary, and what we might want to think about doing presently.

Everyone's at the Prince's palace. The Prince is dressed as one of the servants, mingling in the crowd. At this point, the twins are stuck with Yuu and Lyall. Neither have chosen which of the twins they'll take.

I think this is my last post till my return in 3 weeks. So yea, skip me turn until then :D

At the grand palace, Yuu stood at the entrance looking into the spacious hall that was crowded with high ranking individuals, each dressed in their best outfits, albeit ones that were jarring and outright appalling. He supposed it was just the way they compete to stand out from the rest, and yet, ironically, in their attempt to be different, they were all quite the same - as awful as one another.

Yuu turned around towards Lyall and the twins, and regarded them for a moment. There was someone he had to look for, someone who could help him reduce the risk of having his newly acquired boys from being taken away by the greedy Prince...speaking of which, it was quite unusual that the Prince had not made his entrance yet. Almost all the guests was already present, chattering away like monkeys in their dreadful costumes, faces painted with layers and layers of colours, strong aroma of roses, jasmines, and wisterias reeking from their figures.

Thoughtfully he rubbed his chin, an idea forming in his mind.

"Lyall," he started, "Could you look after the boys just for a moment? I will be back soon."

Turning towards the twins, he bent slightly forward and said, "Please do behave yourselves. We don't want to have you taken into possession by people you are not too keen of." And with that Yuu blew a kiss at the two, winked at Lyall, and glided into the crowd, where his tall figure quickly disappeared amongst the horde of people.

Darius stood there with a smile on his lips looking at the stairs were the servant dressed as him should appear.

He held the tray with both his hands against his chest, almost looking like small boy waiting for a treat. But as he stood there his eye caught a glimpse of something white. He didn't remember inviting anyone truly old to this party...

Slightly confused he looked to his right and could see two young males with white hair next to each other. The next thing that caught his eyes was the distinctive figure of the innkeeper Ueda Yuu - a man he always found interesting. Not only for his personality, but also for the wares he brought to the party.

The next person to caught his eye were Yuu's friend, the man Darius never bothered to remember the name of.

Just as he was about to sneak closer to them a more sturdy servant put a hand on his shoulder and turned him around to face him. At first Darius were ready to bring out his wrath on the man, but stopped himself to not blow his own cover.

"what are you lazing around for? Gather the empty glasses and get to the kitchen. The prince wouldn't like to have a slacker like you in his staff." the other servant said and he crossed his arms over his chest as he waited for Darius to fulfill the task given to him.

"Yes~." Darius answered in a slightly poisonous way and slipped away before the other one could scold him for being rude. Quickly he gathered some glasses towards the wares that Yuu left behind. But before he could reach to them an other servant stepped out on the stairs and called for the guests attention. The performance were about to start?

"Welcome my dear gentlemen and ladies to the prince's dance. Today we have a slightly different performance as the prince is already among you." the servant said and bowed deeply. "Lets see if you can find him."

Most of the crowd was surprised, the other half clapped their hands amused by the newly invented game by the prince.

Darius sneared at what the servant on the stairs just had said and done. But he couldn't help but like the idea.

Well played Charles. he thought.

Lyall nods at Yuu's request even as a frown forms. His only hope is that the prince doesn't find him and the twins before Yuu can return as there's nothing he can really do to stop the twins from being taken if he does. Looking down at the two newest additions to his friend's place he sighs. "I'll do my best Yuu, but try to hurry back before the prince finds us." Shifting he motions for the twins to follow him, unaware the prince has already caught sight of them.

"Come along you two. We might as well look around a little, see if anyone of interest is here or if something interesting is going on." Snagging a drink off of a passing servant's tray he glances back at them. "Feel free to have as much water, juice or snacks as you like but don't get sick or have anything alcoholic. And make sure you stay in either my sight or Yuu's at all times. Understood?" It's not really a question so much as a command, but it's soon forgotten as his attention is made by Charles, the prince's closest servant. Swearing softly under his breath he ushers the two to a small seating area and lightly flops down onto the couch. "Yuu had best hurry up before I just leave, damn the consequences." He mutters to himself.
