[PLAY THIS BEFORE READING FURTHER OR DIE!]

Class 2-C of Shiratomi Highschool seems to be just like any other classes. The bully type, the out-and-open gay type, the prince type and all other kinds of people are mixed evenly in the class just like any others. However, everything changed when the whole class received a message from [King] which orders a command each day, each more extreme and daring from the previous. Disobedience results to punishment which usually means death. How will the class survive the [King's Game]?

xyCiFiL.jpg?1

1. Everyone in the class is forced to participate.

2. One must obey the command sent by the King within 24 hours.

3. Those who do not obey will be punished.

4. There is absolutely no way to quit the King's game before it ends.

Personality:

Frivolous, Easy-going and friendly. Kazu befriends almost everyone in the class and almost never really had fights with them. However, in spite of this, he never truly trust someone else, and never had someone close.

Bio:

Kazu had experienced a troubling past which made him what he is now. He was betrayed by someone close, someone he could consider a blood brother. Because of that, he never trust someone else. All he need is himself and himself alone. However, he doesn't act gloomy like what he thought he would be doing. Instead, he had friends more than what he ever had. He laughed, he flirted *and he did crazy stuff with a lot of people he could consider friends. But he never trusted them. It was like in his eyes, these people he's enjoying the moment with could betray him any moment later. And because of that, he always put up his defenses and never let someone close to him. It was fine, and that's how it's going from now on. Because all he needs is himself

Others:

Kazu is somewhat a Narcissist.

Personality

He's practically a loner, not because he doesn't like to socialize nor does he hate his classmates, it's just that; it's not like he needed it, he didn't need to interact with anyone, what's the point? He's kind of emotionless since he doesn't react a lot, looking as if bored with his life. He's a daydreamer and is kinda slow when called while doing so or procrastinating. He's a bit sluggish. Though when he concentrates and gets serious, he's entirely different.

Blunt. Cryptic. Monochrome. An intellectual student with a way of words. The 'cool kid'.

Bio

His family is rich; his father is the vice-president of a famous company while his mother works as a secretary for the President of Japan and an only child. They're always busy ever since he was a kid but they try to at least have free time to spend time with him. Life for him is a bit dull, nothing exciting happening and everyday so boring. He puts a distance between him and the people around him because he really doesn't try to fit in, why would you change yourself just for these strangers? Those kinds of people annoy him, trying to hide their real selfish self.

Others

He reads books to pass the time, his favorite genre is mystery. Half of books he read are all about detective novels. Not picky when it comes to food as long as it's edible. He really doesn't like people at all.

Name: (Last) Arakara, (First) Ren

Seat Number: 19

Age: 18

Sex: Male

Orientation: Gay, but not openly

Seme/Uke: Uke

Personality: Ren is fairly new to the class, but on majority he fit right in, being able to flit around to different groups of people without trouble. He is extremely intelligent; both in book-work and (usually) some common sense, however he has a fairly carefree, easy-going attitude. He is curious, a trait which often overrides his easy-going nature, which proves as useful as it can be harmful. One would think that he was brave in the face of adversity; and he is, however can be spooked and scared with some prodding.

Bio: Having moved to town the previous year to the storyline, Ren is fairly unknown in comparison to other students. However, his happy, easy-smiling attitude swayed nearly everyone; and he is greatly liked among his peers, and will do anything for someone else’s happiness, or so he thought. His father works as a local fisherman, while his mother is a housewife, who looks after his three year old sister, Akiko. He has been hiding his sexuality; it is one of the few things he is not particularly open about.

Others: Virgin, and hates bullying of any kind. He is the class tutor in histories and languages.

Kyouya Nishijo

Seat Number:

22

Age:

19

Sex:

Male

Orientation:

Known to be gay, but he doesn't care.

Seme/Uke:

Seke

Personality:

If you would ask for the types in a school, you would easily be able to distinguish Kyou to be so called 'bad boy'. He doesn't care for others much and usually hates to talk to his classmates. He just sees school to be a pain in the butt and would love to skip but alas he knew that he needed his graduation from school. Though he hates to learn for school, he is listening to the lessons and getting medium based scores. If he would try, he would easily get better scores but he didn't care. Kyouya is part of the local gang and is easily pissed off. No matter if he is to small for his age, he certainly doesn't lack in strength. He does have a soft spot for girls and cats though.

Bio:

Kyouya grew up without parents. As long as he can remember, he had been living in the local orphanage. Just nobody wanted to adoped him. He didn't know the reason but it's to late now anyway. Until his 18 birthday he had been living in the orphanage and didn't care much about school. He rather joined the local gang and tried to create an image so that others didn't get to close to him. After growing up around so much guys, he somehow developed a feeling towards the same gender. He didn't hate girls but he couldn't imagine doing something with them. Guys were so much easier to seduce and easier going at one point. After reaching the legal age, he started living in a run down apartment managed by an old widow. She took care of Kyouya till now and she sees him as a son and Kyouya is grateful towards her so he often helps around the house and such.

Others:

Kyouya is a heavy smoker and his ears are littered with different piercings. Even a tattoo is decorating his back. His whitish hair is because of a genetic defect.

Sex:

Male

Orientation:

Oddly Bisexual

Seme/Uke:

Seke

Personality:

Sweet, Kind, carefree, smart, is somewhat a tsundere but it's not that noticeable, selfless and always puts the people he love instead of him which makes it a bad point. His other side is somewhat sinister. If you hurt one of his special people, he might just kill you. He is also determined.

Bio:

The Himura family is a prosperous family with most of the family members being really successful. The reason why I said 'most' is because his mother failed to do so. His father is also successful but no one is his entire family including his mom but excluding his dad accept him or even understand him. Known as the 'black sheep' of the family, Sora was long ago thrown away by the family. Things aren't that bad as his father gives him full support and will accept whatever decision Sora takes. But the problem lies with his mother.

Ever since Sora was born, his mother has gone into depression and is currently admitted in the hospital. She is getting recovered but the family who already shunned them out refuse to accept this. His mother wishes Sora to become a doctor but Sora wishes to be a photographer instead. This clash resulted in him moving out of his home and living alone in a house with no one except him. He has an elder brother, 2 younger twin brothers and a younger sister. Happy life? probably. But, he is one complicated case. I'm talking about his mental issues. He is his mother's son.

Others:

Sora is also called 'Sky' by his other friends online. Online gamer and a person who knows how to hack. Huge gamer as well but nothing can beat his obsessions for photography.

Day 01: Monday

There was nothing unusual for the day. Kazuya spent his day off hanging out with his circle and later dropped by to a music store to buy a new single of his favorite band on his way home. Well, actually there was one odd thing that happened. It was when he was about to sleep, around midnight, when his phone suddenly rang.

"I guess I'm just too busy of a man to sleep quietly huh... Just who e-mailed me anyway?" Kazu flipped open his folded phone. It came from an address unknown to him, but the sender itself is not just the mystery. The message caught his attention.

*Command 1: Student Number 14 Masamune, Takao(M) and Student Number 23 Watanabe Kousaka(M)—the two of you will kiss

END]

Kazu laughed really loud that his parents banged the thin wall next to him and the only thin wall that separates his room from his parents. However, he just can't help it. Takao is a widely popular homophobic. There was a rumor about him puking when a gay guy suddenly flirted with him. Kousaka on the other hand is an out and open gay guy in class. He's the sort of the guy who's good with women. He always hang out with them buying too much fancy dresses that he could be mistaken as an overly decorated Christmas tree. Really, Kazu was very much excited what would happen the following day.

Well, Kazu had actually forgotten about the matter when he woke up. The thing he remembered was the quizzes they'd have for the day. He didn't study, but he was confident with the stocked knowledge he built up while listening in classes. Opening the door in the rear side of the room, he found a group of people forming a big circle. He was interested to know what was going on. He walked closer to the circle and saw two people at the center.

"Ahh... so it's them!" Kazu grinned as he joined the crowd. It looked like the crowd was urging them to kiss. Of course Takao refused no matter how persuasive his classmates were. Kousaka was rather enjoying the heat of the moment, stealing glances to Takao while blushing. The poor guy Takao, was shivering when he saw Kousaka winking at him.

"No way~!" The guy suddenly ran away, with the rest of the class, including him, laughing their asses of.

"So who sent the message? That was the next craziest idea of the century!!" Kazu asked, still laughing but calmed enough to talk. And yet, silence followed after. It seemed no one present in the class did it. Weird.

When the e-mail had come through, Ren had been lying on his belly in his room, his nose buried in this new historical novel a friend of his had recommended. Rock music pumped out of his headphones as he turned another page, so engrossed in his novel that he nearly missed the intense buzzing of his phone on the bed out of the corner of his reading glasses. He hadn't though. He grabbed it and sat up a little on one elbow, blinking as he saw the time.

Who would have been e-mailing him at this time of night? There weren't any history essays due tomorrow that he knew of... their English work had been due that day and had yet to be marked yet. Ren opened his phone with quick movements and stared at the message, his bright blue eyes blinking as he read it.

"Eh?!" He said as he sat up sharply, a sharp red blush coming to his cheeks at the message. 'What the-? What kind of joke was this? They couldn't be serious!' The blonde thought to himself as he flicked back up to look at the sender. What? No sender? This couldn't be right. It was near impossible not to leave some kind of trace for an IP address, it would take some serious hacking. Ren hadn't even bothered to close his book before he'd flipped onto his back, his fingers flying over his phone as he looked over the e-mail, wide periwinkle eyes blinking from behind his Ray-bans (which he rarely wore). This couldn't be right. Even as a joke, this was a bit...weird.

Ren wasn't particularly fussed about the idea of two guys kissing; in fact, that would be a bit hypocritical considering how he viewed males himself. He was attracted to guys, not that anybody knew it, really. He wasn't open about it; no way. He didn't wanna have to face that kind of criticism again; or even the idea of people judging him for that. It had been bad enough at his old school. The blonde was a little bit sceptical about the e-mail, because really, the people in it...they were opposites. It was going to be really weird... and not only that, but one of them was a homophobe. Ren had fallen asleep a little while later, not bothering to close his book before he dropped off to sleep; he didn't know what to expect the next morning.

So when he finally did get to school, he had joined the crowd, if a bit to the back, staying clear generally of the people who would be ill-mannered about it and instead just mumbled with a few other people. Takao was well known for his aversion of anyone remotely homosexual, anyone with a different kind of hairdo even (it was a weird extent, but true) so the fact that he fled from the room was nothing they hadn't thought was going to happen. Talk got on about the message itself, and Ren couldn't help but laugh a bit with his class, coming back to his own as he looked around. It had been funny, he had to admit; seeming Takao run scared-shitless from the classroom. Despite the weirdness about it, it was just a joke...right?

"Oh come on, guys; who sent it? It was funny, right? What's the problem?" He said, leaning back against his desk, his hands flat behind him as he did so. He flipped his fringe back a little, still smiling from the laughter.

Chihiro was startled from sleep by the buzzing of his phone. “Strange,” he thought as he reached over to pick it up. “Who could be messaging me at this hour?” He frowned as he read the message.

Seriously? Someone was sending stupid messages in the middle of the night? Judging by the sender and content, the person was playing a prank. Chihiro wondered if the rest of the class saw the text. Lots of teasing would probably happen in the morning if they did. It wasn't likely that much would be made of it, though. Takao was severely judgement when it came to homosexuals, and overly dramatic. Kousaka was pretty dramatic as well, though, almost flaunting others with his flamboyancy. Chihiro snickered for a moment over a mental picture of Takao's horrified reaction. Kousaka was likely to laugh it off, and maybe even pretend to go for it. The brunette yawned, shaking his head at the silly message. More importantly, he had to get up early to prepare bentos. Chihiro placed his phone back on the bedside drawer and turned over before going back to sleep.

The morning saw Chihiro up and out the door a little later than usual. He smacked his cheeks lightly in order to get himself to refocus and briskly walked into the school. His thoughts were on how to get his little brother to eat more greens when his attention was drawn to the commotion inside the classroom.

Sure enough, there was a crowd around Takao and Kousaka, encouraging the boys to kiss. Chihiro rolled his eyes and joined some classmates on the edge who were watching or ignoring the goings on. There was no need to make a big deal over things, though it was amusing to see Takao shivering in horror when Kousaka winked at him. He was a bit surprised when Takao ran off, though. It seemed the other boy was more sensitive to the peer pressure than he thought. Or maybe it was simply overwhelming disgust. There had been that puking incident before...

Then Kazu asked about the message. Tension quickly mounted as the awkwardness of the silence increased. Chihiro looked around at his classmates, who were all looking at each other. Ren's question only made it worse.

“Um, shouldn't someone make sure Takao-kun is alright?” he asked, trying change the subject. “It wouldn't do if he threw up again. It's really not funny to upset someone to the point of making them sick just for a prank.”

And another body fell to the ground in the dark alleyway. Amongst the five unconcious bodys stood Kyouya with scratches on his face and a few blood droplets on his jacket and more on his fists. They seriously thought they could take him on and rob him. If it wasn't for the warning that his gang member, Sven, gave him they might have been able to surprise him but not like this. Purposly he lured them into the alley. Their gang had been on his 'To-do-List', now he got the place they were staying at.

After shaking his jacket a bit more and cleaning his fists at the nearby rain water barrel. After that he left the bodies in the alley and continued his way towards his apartment. Before he was able to stick the key into the key hole however, his phone vibrated. With interest on who it was he opened the mail.

"....is that a joke?" he asked rhetorically. Who was the sender anyway? If he got his hands on him he would first be asking where he got his number and then he would 'teach' him a bit about messing with a gang member or the Mione gang. After deleting the message with a few clicks he stepped into his apartment and went to sleep.

The next day didn't wait long and soon it was early morning. Kyouya continued his way towards school after getting a sandwich from the nearby super market. Though he would rather stay home, Kyouya knew that he needed to go school. He might be a delinquent but he still knew that he should visit school if he didn't want to end up to be a dumb thug. So relucantly he made his way towards the classroom and leaned on the wall after entering it.

He noticed the commotion and didn't want to sit down so he watched from afar. Though he deleted the message, he still knew the content. The homo Kousaka was actually pretty excited about this whole thing. Though Kyouya didn't hate gays, since he was obviously one himself, couldn't understand flamboyant gays. They were just...weird and not even Kyouya wanted to befriend them.....Well he technically didn't want to befriend any of his classmates. So without saying anything he watched the scene. Takao run away as predicted, right past Kyouya. The young lad could still see the horror in the others eyes.

Still, the question 'Who was it?' still hung in the air. Kyouya was interested actually, he still had to pick a bone with a certain someone after all. Kyouya wouldn't be surprised if people started to suspect him, he was after all the bully of their class. Nobody could be called bully in this kind of class, Kyouya can be though. He was a delinquent, spotted more scratches and wounds than any other and often had this 'Talk to me and your dead' look on his face.

(Sorry if the post seems weird, i guess i am having a bit of writers block too. :I )

It was another boring day for a certain apathetic teen. Just like everyday boring life with nothing new but this and that. All he did was walk around, lost in daydreaming and then went to the bookstore to get buy books for him to read or borrow from the local library. He went home exactly at 8:00 pm, his curfew was at 9:00 pm but what was he supposed to do with the only thing to do is read? Or play games (at his home).

Besides that, the maids and butlers would only fuss over him if he doesn't return early. They were the ones who mostly raise him to this age, both parents were too busy with their jobs to take care of him.

"Welcome home, Botchan." All of them were lined up as they bowed. Jun, who was already used to this, dipped his head in recognition and walked straight to the stairs, one maid automatically walked behind him.

"Jun-sama, your father has good news." She said in a soft polite tone. "Kiryu-sama will be the next President. It seems the current President will retire after a few weeks, says that he is getting old and he does not have any successors, thus, the position is given to your father. Kiryu-sama will return very late." The maids and butlers dispersed after the young master and his personal maid went out of sight.

'Ehh, so Inari-oji is retiring?' Jun thought. He knew his father's boss, how many times did he visit their home? Inari was like a family member to the Nagamine family, especially to his father who thought of Inari as his father, making Inari a Grandfather to Nagamine Jun. Because Kiryu did not know his biological father; Jun's biological Grandfather.

"Thanks." Taking it as a sign for being dismissed, his personal maid bowed as he entered his room that was too big, twice the room of a bedroom. He went straight to his PS3 console.

Time passed, the teen went to his bed at one second before Midnight at the exact time the sound of his phone beeped. He raised an eyebrow at his phone wondering who knew his number; it wasn't his father who was getting busy with the news of being the next president. It wasn't his mother either, she already sent a message hours ago.

In fact, only his parents and the driver knew his phone number, he didn't have any friends because he didn't befriend anyone. Why would the driver send him a message when he's the one doing the sending? Which is rarely.

Opening his phone and the text message, he blinked,

Jun stared and stared. The teen took a look at the sender address but none. Error, nadda, nothing. The sender must be a genius at this kind of thing, leaving no hint or clue as to who this was. Besides that, kiss? Between two guys? Really? No, he wasn't disgusted and he was sure not going to mock this. It wasn't that he was straight or gay, in fact, he was totally indifferent. And is not sure if he was between, he really didn't put a thought to it, it wasn't important either.

But...

He smirked.

Interesting.

It seems the boredom called life is taking a turn upside down.

And then the day of the first command of the Ousama game came in the early morning of school. The teen yawned sleepily, looking like he was ready to doze off, nearing his classroom, only to snap out of it when someone ran from the room then past with a look that was crossed between wanting to go to the bathroom and as if a devil was chasing him from hell.

Wasn't that one of his classmate? Oh right, now that he remembers it; wasn't it Takao who was mentioned in the message? The Takao who had a high homophobia? It looked like he missed an interesting show but he could tell Takao didn't do the order. The other was Kousaka, after all, the flirtatious male who would flirt with everything that moved with his flamboyance. Or so his classmates gossip. They were really loud about it too.

He entered the silent classroom with an uncaring gaze and straight to his seat. He laid his head down in his folded arms on the desk. It was too early for class to start, they still had 30 minutes.

Here, Jun thought that there was going to be something interesting but all fails to meet his expectant. Now the boredom returned.

Oh well. It was always like this.

11:57 p.m

Monday.

The day had gone like any other day; hanging out with his friends, coming back home and preparing lunch, studying and then staying up till 3 a.m since today was gaming night.

"Hey Hey Hey... That's pretty sneaky you know." He remarked his friend who was talking through the net. They were playing a horror game called 'Ghosts at night' and it just got released with a multiplayer function in it. The only sound that filled the house was his and his friend's talks. He kept his speakers on instead of shifting to a headphone.

"Sneaky? Yeah right Sky, you are prett--" His friend got cut off for a few milliseconds only to return with a manly scream, "THE HECK WHAT WAS THAT!?!?!" A ghost came out of no where while these two were exploring the so called mansion.

"Oh for pete's sake!! You wuss!! calm yourself down!!" Sora shouted at his friend while running somewhere in the game; trying to escape the ghost. He turned around for a moment in the game while his friend threw curse words at him, saying that he was crazy and must not turn back in any horror game. "Why hello, beautiful lady. I know you adore us but we seriously need to leave." He said jokingly, "Now she's gonna be after ya!" His friend remarked, still escaping for his life. The two laughed while they were having fun but the sound of the Insidious song 'Tip Toe' sent Sora falling down from his chair.

"Are you okay Mate?! Hope you didn't die!" His friend's voice was picked up by his ear only for him to throw an angry comment back, "You better believe I'm alive you piece of trash!" He threw back at him, trying to reach out for his cell and check for the mysterious messenger who just made him fall.

"A friend?" His friend asked, still trying to run away from the ghost. "I didn't even check, idiot." Sora said, unlocking his phone and selecting the messages button. "Huh? The heck?" His eye brows twitched as he read the message.

"What happened?" His friend asked, concerned about the pause. "Nothing much, just some weird message." Sora said as he rose up and shrugged infront of the camera assuring his friend that everything is alright.

"Now... where is that little witch?" Sora smirked, getting back up on his chair and ignoring the message. Though it was burnt into his memory, he was interested in gaming at the moment; not the message.

Time passed and morning came. These 2 had been up all night without a wink of sleep. It's probably because Sora slept from 6 p.m to 11 p.m. Lazy Sora, right? You bet. Sora got up and left his room by saying goodbye to his friend and saying good morning to his uniform. Quickly and smoothly, he wore his uniform and took some money as he took off to school with his school bag and shoes.

Sora was walking down the hall and entering his class when he heard the noises from inside. 'Hmm? Oh... it must be about that command....' Sora wondered. The homophobic cry baby and flirtatious idiot; now that's a scene you don't see everyday.

A light bulb suddenly lit in Sora's brain; why, who was the sender? on top of that, it is a command; what does that mean? He took the phone swiftly out of his pocket and searched for the mail or message; he was getting too many messages that he decided to put emails in that category as well. Sora was too engrossed in his message searching that he forgot about the scene going on in the class but was snapped out of it by Takao running away in fear and disgust.

"So who sent the message? That was the next craziest idea of the century!!" Kazuya said after the poor guy left crying.

"Oh come on, guys; who sent it? It was funny, right? What's the problem?" Ren added which made me turn around to see what more comments are gonna pop up.

There was one however, which was pretty sweet. “It wouldn't do if he threw up again. It's really not funny to upset someone to the point of making them sick just for a prank.” Chihiro said in a concerned voice.

Sora who caught something really interesting called everyone out. "Hey guys! Hear me out!" Several heads turned around to look at the student who just called them out. Sora lifted his mobile in the air gesturing that they should check their mobiles as well, "It says 'The king's command is absolute and must be done within 24 hours', Must and it is absolute. It's like the king is telling to us indirectly that if we don't follow the command or disobey the rules, we are gonna get punished." Sora said. Direct as ever. This type of game occurred when he was in middle school as well, but in that game, the student sends a wish to the king in a free period of the day and the king chooses one and it will be carried out no matter what. This was a very peculiar one though... Sora wondered what must be going around the students' heads when he announced that.

Body: 5 Minutes Left.

END]

Five minutes before the next day, to say, before midnight, Kazu received a message from the person named [King]. It said there was five minutes left. What was? Was it about his order? Well, several hours ago...

"Takao skipped classes?", Kazu asked when a classmate told him the guy went home. Well, he guessed it can't be helped. The guy was a certified homophobic. Even a mere winking made him shiver, what could happen if he kissed a gay? He might faint in disgust. The thought made Kazu sad, well, of course since he's not straight himself. Well, he's not gay... but a bi. He thinks there's nothing wrong with it. He didn't change preferences. In fact he just added one whole category to his preferences. That is to say, he only expanded his horizons for a better catch.

Well, back to the topic, the class went on with Takao skipping with Kousaka looking disappointed together with most of the class. The matter died down when they had a test for Japanese, their first class of the day. The topic came back when someone mentioned it, but it seemed people were not as interested as they were before, not with Takao being absent.

Classes ended and they went home and five minute before midnight, he received the message.

Takao wondered what would happen. The [King]'s order was supposed to be absolute. Who was [King] anyway? It seemed he was good with computer stuff with the class unable to identify the sender. Also, how did this [King] collect the E-mail address of everyone? Even Kazu who is popular only had about three-fourths of his classmates.

His phone rang again. When Kazu opened the message, he correctly guessed the sender.

"Is this a countdown? Then....fifty, forty-nine, forty-eight, forty-seven... " Kazu begun a countdown after he read the message. He was thrilled what could happen. Well, it's not like there's going to be something horrible right? There's nothing horrible going on the whole time right?

"five, four, three, two, one" Kazu gulped as he continued, "zero"

"Hey! even if this is a joke.. this is too much!?" he yelled loudly, enough for his parents to yell back at him. After apologizing quickly, he pondered about the message. It couldn't be true right? It's too much of a joke. Kazu thought he needed to talk the matter with the class, to stop this joke once and for all. And yet, when he thought about what to do, another message came... from the [King]

"And this!? Fuck yourself you homo-pervert!!", he yelled again despite his parents' warning a while ago. He just couldn't take it. This [King] is such a creepy homo pervert!!! Angry, he slept.

The normal flow of the day resumed, driving away the awkwardness from earlier. Chihiro threw himself into his classes. He wasn't exactly the best student, so he had to work hard to keep up. Vaguely, he noted that Takao had not come back to class. Perhaps he was in the infirmary? The brunette frowned slightly. As a big brother, he was always mindful of excessive bullying and could not approve of actions that intentionally caused someone grief. Also, Sora's comment about punishment nagged at the back of his mind.

Luckily, Kousaka seemed fine if put out.

When he realized Takao had spent the entire day skipping class, Chihiro went around and asked the other boy's friends if they had seen or heard from Takao. He felt more relieved when they laughed and said Takao had probably gone home with the excuse of a stomach bug before running off to the cooking club. He had been dying to try his hand at handmade puff pastry for a while.

It turned out to be a late night for Chihiro, as he had put tomorrow's bentos together before getting in the bath. He was drying off his hair when a text came in. The message was from the King person who had sent the order last night. Five minutes? With a start, he realized there was indeed only five minutes before midnight, 24 hours after the command or whatever had been sent. He set his phone back down and got ready for bed feeling tense. It was strange that this person had all the numbers for everyone in the class, though if one really wanted to know, all you had to do was ask someone else if they had the information. It wouldn't always be necessary to ask directly.

The buzz of the second text startled him. 60 seconds. What was with this person? They were taking this time limit thing pretty seriously. It couldn't be that Sora-kun was right about the punishment, right?

The next text chilled him despite the warmth of the bath and his bed. Death? By strangulation? What in the world? Whoever was sending these messages was going too far. Strangling people wasn't something to joke about.

Another text followed at a pace that left Chihiro reeling. Immediately after reading it, he blushed hard enough to resemble a tomato. Seriously, this “King” was ludicrous. What possessed them to demand such... things, and proclaim death as punishment? What about the punishment for Kazuya and Jun's command? Was it really only a prank? Chihiro wanted to believe this was all just a silly joke someone devised out of boredom to make people uncomfortable and freak them out. He still couldn't help feeling worried. Briefly, he considered texting Takao, Kousaka, Kazuya and Jun, but then he would probably find out in the morning if his unease had any weight to it. Better to wait. Still, Chihiro didn't think he was going to sleep well.

The brunette entered the classroom the next morning nervous about what he might hear. Already people were buzzing about the newest texts from the mysterious “King.” Chihiro seemed to have gotten to class before any of the named four. Unable to contain his anxiety, he wound his way towards the windows.

“Ren-kun, what do you think is happening with this whole King's Game thing?” he asked. Chihiro liked Ren, who was cheerful and easy to get along with. “I'm a little worried, but I hope I'm just overreacting to all of this. Seriously, what's the point of telling two guys to kiss and, uh, do other stuff, and sending the message to everyone?” He toyed with a coin in his pocket nervously.

Sora's words had stuck in his head for the rest of the day. Not long after, after a bit of squabbling between the class, their sensei had entered and class had started. Yet still; Ren had not been able to concentrate. Takao hadn't returned to class, but that was expected, the student supposed. He was beginning to feel bad really, it wasn't the nicest thing in the world. Even if it was a joke...but was it? For the rest of the day, Ren had sat there, fiddling with his pen in between taking his usual notes, if with a little less enthusiasm. Not even history could gauge his usual excitement.

"It says 'The king's command is absolute and must be done within 24 hours', Must and it is absolute. It's like the king is telling to us indirectly that if we don't follow the command or disobey the rules, we are gonna get punished."

That night, Ren sat at his desk thinking on those words. They couldn't be serious, could they? He knew what the message had said, but...it had to be a joke. No one would be that serious. Ren took off his glasses and rubbed his eyes with the palms of his hands, shaking his head. Usually he wore contacts, but they were getting worn down and he'd need to get some new ones eventually. He sighed and leant back in his chair, looking down at the nearly bare page of his maths textbook. Really, what was the use in worrying about all of this? It would only get him behind in his studies.

Ren ran a hand through his blonde hair and rent to pick up his pen again before the sound of his phone going off made him jump. He blinked and hurriedly pulled on his glasses and grabbed it off the desk, hurrying to check the text. His mouth dropped open. A warning text. He sat up straighter and once again checked the IP address. None. This was getting weird. Warning? This had to be a joke; what kind of punishment could be given? This was meant to be a joke...

The blonde gave a small, hesitant chuckle and set his phone down again, but watched the clock from behind his glasses, his hands clutched together nervously. After the sixty second text, he swallowed thickly and watched his wall clock with sharp eyes. It shocked him when his phone went off again, and he jumped again, grabbing it and nearly having it slide off the desk as he frantically checked it. He was nervous now- what was going on? What were they going to-?

-strangulation? Was this for real?

He sat there, his mouth hanging open as he thought of it. Takao and Kousaka...it was just...

His phone went off again and he gave a sharp gasp, taking up his phone again and sliding it open with swift fingers. Ren blinked and breathed in sharply as he took in the sheer horror that was on the screen. He dropped the phone like it'd burned him, and he gave a gasp, covering his mouth with a pale hand. "What the-"

Jun? What was going to happen? Why Jun of all people!? If Takao and Kousaka had been punished...what was going to happen?

Ren was jittery to say the least the next morning. So much so that he had forgotten his contacts and had come to school with his dark rimmed glasses still perched on his face. He had arrived early, just in case Jun had shown up for once in his life before he had... but no, that wasn't the case. He was startled so bad he jumped for the third time in as many hours before he put a hand on his desk and looked up at Chihiro. "I-I don't know...I'm worried; I mean, it's weird. And the punishment... this can't be real right? Death by stra-" He couldn't even say it, it just seemed to catch in his throat. He shifted his glasses up his nose, feeling decidedly nervous as he looked around the room. Still no Jun. "I just don't know, Chi."

Kyouya didn't care much about Takao or Kousaka for that matter. They were just merely some annoying bugs trying to survive in school. The delinquent didn't want to have anything to do with them, or anyone else for that matter. 'The King's orders' what a joke. Someone just got a bit to much free time and boredom to spent on others. With a deep sigh he made his way towards his seat in the middle of the classroom. It was funny on how the secludest of the class needed to sit in the middle of the classroom. Either way the teacher soon arrived and yet another boring day of classes started.

After school Kyouya met with some of his buddies. It was time for the monthly round of playing poker and sipping a bit of alcohol. The night continued on with equal losses and wins for Kyouya. Until his phone suddenly vibrated again. With an anoying grunt and a 'Just a minute' he excused himself from his peers and walked towards the toilet of the casino they were staying at. With a flip of his wrist he opened his phone and stared at the message. "Again?! Oh he is so going to get some if i get that migdet. 'King' hmph! " he cursed under his breath and went towards the toilet booth. Not long after though and some sort of countdown started. Every time that fucking vibrating went off you could see his patience snipping. What he saw after the last message though left him stunned. Apart from the whole punishment thing, the 'order' that came was even more stunning. The rest of the 'night' you could hear Kyouyas loud laughting the whole time.

The next morning he made his way towards school again. He still couldn't believe the new order. As if both of them, that Nagamine Jun the rich prince and that Sugiyama Kazuya would even think about doing something like that. Never. Kyouya was still interested to see what both of them had planned to evade this order. Without saying anything as always he sat down on his chair and let his vision glide accross the classroom. Jun and Kazuya didn't seem to be here yet. The delinquent was excited to see what they would do after they came to class. Would the start yelling or even blushing? The fact though was that it was fun to see for Kyouya. If he ever got a command from that 'King' he would went berserk around school to find that ass.

It didn't come out of a surprise for Takao to skip classes, it wasn't also surprising for the class (save for some) to be disappointed about it. To them, it was entertaining and would laugh about it because it wasn't them in the 'humiliating' situation, as long as it wasn't them, they'll only laugh their hearts off. How selfish, how irritating.

School went by without problem, the same as everyday but they were more focused on the so called 'dare', half of the class were complaining about how disappointing that there was no show. Disgusting. This is why Jun didn't like hanging out with them. He was at least thankful that Minami, his next seat neighbor, wasn't like that; she too shy to make friends, she was too kind to be like them, the both were acquaintances at best.

After class, he did his daily routine, getting more books and read them in the weekends or tonight. At exact 8:00pm, he went home and played a game with his PSP all night until the silence (with the exception of the noise the PSP was spouting) were ruined by his phone. Confused, he lowered his PSP and took his phone in his hand.

He stared at the message. 60 seconds? Oh right, the 24 hour limit was closely near and the fact that the two who were dared didn't do it, was this countdown even needed? He ignored it, nothing was going to happen. Maybe the King just wanted to mess with his class or something. But then he thought about what Sora said before...

Another message was sent after the countdown, Jun looked at his phone before checking the message again.

Huh? What kind of punishment was this? This couldn't happen, right? This prank was too much no matter how interesting it was. Was the 'King' messing with their heads? He stared at it before another (was this no end?) message was sent. What next?

Jun didn't know weather he should be amused or shock but settled in between, he took back what he thought before. This was...

Seriously? Seriously? Kazuya and him? Oral sex—what the fu—? The teen stared some more, the 'King' was either nuts or an idiot. This? He huffed a laugh, tried to hold his chuckle but failed.

"Heh... hehe... hehe-hahaha!" He slumped back on the head of his computer chair, a hand on his forehead that was half covering his eyes, laughed and laughed until he was breathing a little hard.

The corner of his curled into a shaky grin, "What a messed up order, interesting." It was the first time someone made him act like this, the King no less. What the hell, what the hell indeed.

Jun wonders what Kazuya was thinking about this right now.

.

.

He was late the next day, the teacher of their first subject was about to go in before she saw him. Jun wondered what happened, she was slightly pale and looked sad that made him blink. Because he knew Saotome-sensei was a happy woman despite divorced for 3 years so what happened to make her this way?

He went in and she followed after, he could feel the stares with mixed expressions at him, he could hear whispers as well. All he did was ignore it, making way to his sit, nodding in acknowledgement at Minami's quiet greeting who looked really worried, his eyes could see that Ren, the one seating in front of him (they too, were only acquaintances), was fidgeting. Maybe because of the messages they received?

"Class." The 2-C students turned their full attention at their Japanese subject teacher, he could feel their confusion and concern because they could see Saotome-sensei's condition and the solemn tone in her voice. "I'm afraid I have bad news." The atmosphere went tense. It was obvious the punishment message flitted to their minds. "Masamune Takao and Watanabe Kousaka died yesterday night."

All was silent, too shocked to even react. Sensei continued, "I don't know what happened, the police are investigating it right now but they said what caused their deaths." Saotome-sensei paused, the tension skyrocket you could cut the tension with a knife, she looked ready to cry.

"Strangulation."

Today's classes were cancelled.

Sora was getting onto something. And it wasn't something with a pretty ending.

11:58 p.m

2 minutes to go till midnight.

Sora stayed up even though he was supposed to be sleeping. Daily studies were over and today wasn't a gaming night either. It all seemed too weird and too similar. What was too weird and too similar? Well, You must have already guessed it. The clock's ticking meant everything to this student. With every tick, his eyes scanned the computer screen which was displaying information of some sort faster and faster. With every tock, his hand which was on his mouse, pulled the scroll to his side making the screen scroll down. His fingers pushing the keyboard's buttons down many times; trying to manipulate his way through the net. The young man was so concentrated on his work and about the time that he opened his messages folder just a second before the [King] messaged.

'60 Seconds?! you got be to kidding me!' Those thoughts invaded his mind making him lose his calm posture which he had a couple of seconds ago. At that instant, Sora got a brilliant idea. If the [King] were to send his email on time, he would have already made them before hand. No, that's not the lead that Sora got. The lead that Sora got was to get the [King]'s IP address on the exact same moment that the [King] will message them.

'It happened once... it isn't happening twice!' Sora thought to himself as flashbacks came to his mind. People might just call him a psycho or what not but he couldn't let even a hint of suspicion slip out. If this [King] was as intelligent as his previous king in middle school, then this is definitely the real deal.

'5....4....' He began to count down with his right hand's index finger hovering over the enter button, '3...2...' His fingerhand was less than a nanometer above the said button. '1... 0!!!' He shouted in his mind and pressed the button at the exact moment of the text arriving his mobile.

"I've got you now....!" He said to himself but a moment of pause was given right after he got the results. He scrolled down in disbelief and when he saw the country, he had to think this was too stupid.

IP address's country and city: New York, U.S.A

'No way...' He thought and swung 180 degrees to get his mobile and check whether it was from the [King] or not. To his horror it was... and another thing was that, the punishment was already decided.

Strangulation.

It was too harsh and cruel of a punishment. But Sora had only one thing on his mind; was this punishment even carried out? It seems like a story from a movie. But he couldn't confirm it unless he called the boys who were given the punishment. He immediately went to dialing Takao's number but there was no answer. Sora grew worried and decided to call Kousaka. Fortunately, Kousaka picked up the phone.

"Moshi Moshi! Oi, Sora? What's with the late call?" Kousaka's voice was heard through the speakers of the phone. Sora sighed in relief, "Oh thank god! I thought you died back there. Sora said with a light chuckle; he was friends with almost everyone in class. What he knows was that he wasn't on anyone's bad side, so he could just relax.

"Why would I die, stupid?!" Kousaka said with a laugh and decided to call it a night since it was getting late. "See ya tomorrow Dude!" and with that, Kousaka hanged up and Sora sat down with a calm aura; knowing that the [King] was stupid after all. He returned and looked at the screen to dismiss the topic and head to his soft pillow to sleep. Since he is such a busy man as always, he got interrupted in his thoughts by an incoming message.

"Huh? Again? Okay, Now that is just sick. Is he a peeping perverted homo or something? Sora said with his 'is-he-stupid-or-is-he-stupid' expression and dismissed the message.

The next morning came like any other night which gave him sleep; the sun burning light into his eyes, the cold water sending him shivers and the pillow telling him not to leave. It was a normal morning. He ate his breakfast, tidied his uniform, got his bento made today, took his cellphone and bag, put on his shoes and ran off to school with a 'I'm going!' to the house.

He reached school after Jun who was now the talk of the class reached. Fortunately or unfortunately, the teacher had also reached. Sora didn't want to disturb the already weird the atmosphere that was formed and decided to stay out for a while but he didn't know that a few people already saw him and knew he was outside but they just didn't say anything.

"Masamune Takao and Watanabe Kousaka died yesterday night." The teacher said which caused Sora to immediately turn to the wall to hear more. He just couldn't believe it... he even called Kousaka! What just happened?!

"I don't know what happened, the police are investigating it right now but they said what caused their deaths was...." The teacher stopped for a brief moment which gave shivers down Sora's spine.

".....Strangulation." The teacher finished.

Time froze at that moment and Sora couldn't think anything through. The [King] is real? how can that be? It seemed all too impossible. On top of that, the city and country were off by a huge scale! 'How could he have? when? How could this even be--' Sora stopped his thoughts for a second, 'H-he... The [King] knew that someone might be after him?! No way... the only solution is that he might have told someone in America to send the message in his stead... but wait, isn't that way too risky? what if he was cau--' Sora stopped his thoughts yet another time, 'Unless... he knew that this move wouldn't be so big that it could risk his identity...' Sora's thought made him smirk.

Yes. It was happening again. The game was started again. But with a twist. The said boy walked inside with a smile and greeted his teacher who looked suprised. "Good morning Ma'am, is anything the matter?" The teacher looked to her left to notice Sora who came in late.

"H-Himura-kun?" She stuttered, as if Sora was peeping on her. But in reality, he was. Well. Nothing can change this 'Sky'.

"What!!?" Kazu just couldn't believe it. A short while after their Japanese Languange sensei arrived, she had announced the death of their two classmates, and the cause of their death. There was just no way? Though he received the message the previous day, no way in hell would he take that seriously. Is the game real? More than that, if he and Jun refuse to do the [King]'s order, will they die?

Kazu looked at Jun. Well, the classes were suspended for the day. But before they could go home, a police would come to investigate and talk with them. Did they knew the existence of the game? Even if they knew, would they believe it? Of course, Kazu doesn't want to die. But how could he make Jun blow him? After all, if Jun blows him, he will be punished. Kazu was thinking for an idea.. when he thought of one. He grabbed his phone and started texting Jun.

Body: Jun!! We need to meet and do something about the order. I've got an idea. How about we take turns in blowing? You see, the punishment was death because Takao and Kousaka refused to do the King's order. What if we two does it? It said we will be punished, but it didn't say it will be death. If we both do it, I think we'll be punished, but something other that death since we actually complied to the King's order. What do you think?]

Then he sent it. Of course he wasn't sure. But there was no other way. And just the night before, before he slept, he searched similar instances to what the class is experiencing. It seemed like there had been previous occurrence of the game before them. But more than that, he found out that the punishments weren't always death. Waiting for a response from Jun, he sighed as he leaned his head to his desk.

Chihiro was stunned by the news. Here it was, confirmation that the ominous feeling was correct. What would happen with Jun and Kazuya?

The police, a horse-faced man and his junior lieutenant, arrived shortly and began calling in the students one-by-one. Chihiro felt nervous walking in and sat down perched on the edge of his chair. Would the officers believe him if he said Takao and Kousaka's deaths were connected to a series of texts?

The horse-man tapped a pen against the tabletop between them. “Alright, let's get this over with. No need to be nervous, it's just routine questioning.” The man's tone was not unkind. The boy's distress was clearly evident, so it was highly unlikely he had a hand in anything to do with the deaths. “Now, you are Koizumi Chihiro, seat 16, is that correct?”

“Mm” Chihiro nodded in agreement.

“And where were you at around 1 am and 1:30 am?”

“I was asleep in bed at home.”

“Good lad. What can you tell us about the two deceased?”

“Takao-kun was a renowned homophobe and Kousaka-kun was a renowned homosexual.” Chihiro's lips trembled. He wanted to laugh at the silly way he described the other boys, but felt like he might cry instead. Or simply break out into hysterics. He took a deep breath. “Yesterday, a lot of our classmates were egging them on to kiss because of a text the entire class received at midnight. I couldn't tell who the sender might be. Anyways, Takao-kun would get sick just at the thought of anything to do with gays, so he ran away before classes started and ended up skipping school altogether.”

“Most of the students so far have mentioned this text, and a few others from the same sender. Do you mind if we verify that the other's received the same messages?” Chihiro shook his head as he rummaged for his phone and opened up the first text from the “King.” The two policemen spent a few minutes comparing the messages on his phone to their notes.

“Um,” Chihiro began, “Do you think this “King's Game” might have anything to do with their deaths? It did say they would be strangled. And I'm worried that Jun and Kazuya might also die since they were given a command.”

The lieutenant gave back the phone to Chihiro as the other man studied the boy. “Honestly, this just seems like a prank with a strange coincidence. There's no need to take it so seriously. Kids do strange things all the time, and Takao in particular seemed to be acting strange.” The officer smiled encouragingly. “Go outside and enjoy the fresh air and sunshine. It will do you good.”

Recognizing the dismissal, Chihiro nodded to the policemen and left the room. The distressed lines of his eyebrows and mouth made it clear that he still wasn't completely reassured. Even if the King's Game didn't have a physical hand in their deaths, it still could have caused enough distress that the boy's could have taken their own lives. However, they weren't the types to suicide. And was it feasible that someone would strangle himself? Strangulation wasn't exactly a method one usually employed on himself. He really hoped someone would put his fears to rest and this weird situation would be resolved.

Ren sat in his seat in shock for some time after the announcement, his mind practically spinning. You could nearly see the gears whirring from behind his glasses. Strangulation? That couldn't just be a coincidence. The email from the King, it had said they would be punished for not carrying out the order. It had said they would be punished by strangulation. This couldn't just be some coincidence, that both of the students given the order had...died in the same way expressed in that email. There was no way...

Suddenly, Ren looked up, realising then that Jun was indeed sitting in the seat behind him. He brought a hand up to his parched throat, which had gone dry at the news, and gulped thickly. Jun...that meant that if the two of them didn't go through with the order, then... The blonde turned sharply in his chair, standing so he could look down at Jun, his blue eyes bright from behind the tortoiseshell rims of his prescription ray bans. "Nagamine-kun," He murmured quietly, pushing his glasses up his nose. "What're you gonna do?" He asked quietly, turning his head back over his shoulder for a moment to see the police arriving.

Ren went pale, and placed a hand on Jun's desk, breathing in deeply. They were here. They were gonna question everyone, and that meant him too. God, he hated the police, ever since... He stopped his train of thought. Now was not the time to get into that. "Jun," He said, deciding to just drop the formality. "Seriously, I mean...this is weird stuff going on here, it's... people dying at an order from an email?" He murmured in a hushed tone. "There's no other way to explain their deaths, as stupid as it sounds." He hesitated for a moment, looking down at the black haired student from beneath his glasses. "What're you thinking? There has to be some way out of it."

Deep down, Ren knew the feeling that was welling up. Since the start of the year, he'd been aware of Jun's presence. It was a dangerous thing for him; the last time he'd had that kind of feeling it hadn't ended well. He wasn't even openly...and he wasn't sure if Jun either... But he was concerned, he knew he was, he just couldn't spit it out.

Kyouya lazily looked towards the front of their classroom, not interested to join the chatter that is going on. Jun and Kazuya came to school but the other two, from the first dare didn't. Was the message really true? Death through strangulation. It was just a joke right? I mean the message or rather the starting of the [King's Game] just started randomly. Could someone just be holding a grugde or is there a real psychopath behind it? Either way, Kyouya just stared at their chairs now and then but nobody claimed them as their own so both of them didn't come to school. Jun and Kazuya did though. It didn't seem as if they talked about the 'order' yet but they would probably. The first lesson started through and Kyouya's forebodding feeling seemed to come true. Death through stragulation, it was really. Both of them were found dead, hanging from the ceiling probably. So the [King's Orders] need to be executed, it was not joke or else there would be punishment or rather death waiting for them. A cold shudder ran down his spine. Kyouya didn't find it as amusing as before but he didn't show it. If he ever needs to do an order, he will execute it no matter what. It's still better than dying but he would also start to search for that bastard.

Deep in his thoughts, he didn't notice the arriving police until a fist slammed down on his desk. "So there ya are Nishijo. I guess we have a prime suspect here or ya deny ya beat up all those people in the alley?" one of the cops, a rather fatter one said. "Well you know my affiltration, gang wars are normal are they not, Officer?" he gave back with a snide remark. "Ya litte-" the fat cop started only to be interrupted by his counterpart. "Stop it, as it is though you are suspect so i would advise you to behave." the higher ranked cop said and started asking the basic questions. Like where he was, what he was doing here and there, if he knew the victims and so on. The charade continued until the cop was sure that Kyouya said the truth. "Well, better take care Nishijo." he said and both of them continued their rounds. //Damm cops.// he thought with a long sigh. Some of his 'classmates' stared at him which he only regarded with a hard glare and a "What?!". His glance switched towards Jun and Kazuya, watching their moves.

School was dismissed because of the accident so Kyouya made his way towards his apartment. He send a text to his buddies, saying he wasn't going to take part in gang activities for a while because of those sniffing cops. The delinquent just needed to act cool and collected for a while to not be suspected of murder. Though he often started fights, he never killed anyone before and seriously, he didn't want too. But on more happier news, his land lady offered him some dinner and both Kyouya accepted and helped the older lady. It was nice that someone else instead of the local police and your gang members cared for you. Talk about a messed up life.

The whispers started (again) as their teacher announced that 2-C's classes today were all cancelled thanks to what happen, it would have made many happy if it weren't for two of their classmates dying which was the doing of the text from the King.

The indifferent male looked up at the student who sits in front of him, contemplating the sudden question. That was a right question; what was he gonna do? Everyone knows by now that the punishment game was all true although by the looks of it, a few were denying it with how shaky their expressions are.

He didn't know anymore, the order was complicated as if the King knew that being simple like the first one wouldn't matter to Jun. The King is a sly bastard, all right. Despite finding life so boring, he did not like dying with nothing interesting happening and it was happening today but it costs a lot. What a twist of fate.

The atmosphere was kinda tense, it didn't take too long for the police to arrive. It was kind of pitying that some were hopeful for the police to solve their problem. What idiots, even police can't be trusted, they wouldn't believe it because any normal person would have dismissed it, just like the they did at first. To pin their hope on them, well, it doesn't matter, his class will only change their minds after the interview.

Reality is really cruel when She wanted to be.

Jun listened to Ren speak. Obviously it was all weird, people dying because of that text? Phenomenal. But still. He pursed his lips, looking a bit serious. What was he thinking? His thoughts were a little messy right now, going back to their order. Kazuya wouldn't do it, Jun was sure he didn't want to get punished, not to mention it was that. He didn't want to do it either, doing oral sex to his classmate that he didn't have any feelings for, they weren't even friends. If they both didn't do it, they'd get punished but if they both did it, they'd still get punished.

Ack, the King is really nuts. Jun wasn't entertained at all.

His attention was brought to his desk; someone put a folded note on it. The apathetic teen looked beside his seatmate. Minami only pointed her finger at Kazuya. Huh, he must have given it to his seatmate instead of giving it behind him to deliver the note to him.

Taking the note after giving it a slight curious look in his eyes, he opened it.

To: Jun

Subject: About the King's Game

Jun!! What do you think?

Huh, it seems Kazuya would rather prefer them both to do it rather than thinking of a way for him to do it by himself instead. Hmmm. He wrote his reply on the bottom of Kazuya's writing. He was called at the exact time he finished writing his reply and folded the paper again.

He stood up to go to the interview room but paused, he lifted his hand and gently landed it on Ren's head, slightly ruffling his hair. The corner of his lips lifted in a somewhat small smirk. "You should worry more about yourself, Ren." Was his smooth reply, he put the note on Ren's hand. "Give this to Sugiyama. Thanks."

Jun walked away out of the classroom to the interview room.

Hmmm, maybe. Let's talk after our interviews are over. Later then. By the way, don't call me Jun so easily even inside this letter.

  • 2 months later...

Everything was getting messed up.

Everything.

It wasn't a surprising thing to Sora; his casual demeanor and his carefree aura didn't even flicker. The day was cancelled and Sora stretched his arms with a his signature yawn. 'Finally the day is over...'He thought; still very much curious about the mysterious 'King'. Everyone was ready to leave; away from the school and away from this possible nightmare. But it wasn't over. The police came to investigate his classmates even though they weren't witnesses but still they had to come and talk to them, probably even making this currently occurring nightmare to be glued to everyone's minds.

"Hello there Mister Himura." A man who seemed to look like he was in his late thirties came up to Sora and greeted him like he was some criminal on the loose. Sora looked at him with confused eyes but sighed heavily and faced to them as they sat across his seat with a notepad and a recorder in their hand.

"Questions about the killings, I assume?" Sora said with a calm aura and a smile on his face. The investigator stared into the boy's eyes; sending some chills up his spine. Then the so called investigator took out a pen and started to write down his questions and the answers and Sora will soon give.

20 minutes later, the police was ready to leave after briefly investigating Sora who just gave a small smile as they left. They looked back at him for a brief moment as Sora packed his bag and was ready to leave. The officer looked at him and made eye contact; sending a glare with a threatening message. "I'm watching you." The officer said to Sora and the room. Sora stood there; his emotions labelled 'mixed'. He then took a deep breath in after some moments in his world.

He left the room, walking through the corridor as the students whispered about. Rumors sure spread fast, well, at least in this school it does. He walked down the whispering students while staring down at his phone which was held by his hand. He read the messages he got, over and over again. 'I hope everything will be alright...' He thought as he looked outside; His eyes glistened when the sunlight penetrated the window he stood before.

"Who am I kidding..." He said to himself and immediately shut his mobile phone and stared at the sky with a huge sigh. "... It won't ever be alright..."
