"I'm heading off to school!"

Yuki said smiling and grabbing his bag. He hurried out the door, locking it before leaving his house and heading to school. Today was a special day... today he turned 17. Yuki walked down the street, his eyes glancing down at his phone as two of his friends pounced on him, coming out of no where and messing up his hair.

"Hey come on guys!"

"Sorry dude. It's your birthday right? Happy birthday man"

"Yeah. Our little guys growing up!"

Yuki rolled his eyes smiling.

"What ever. "

"Here Yuki.."

His friend gave him a gift.

"It's from both of us."

"Wow guys...thanks But you didn't have to do that.."

"We know. Now hurry up and open the damn thing. We worked our ass's off to get it for you."

Yuki smiled as he opened to gift and found a very expensive black and silver watch, with blue lights. It just came out two weeks ago and was around 700 dollars.

"Y-you guys! I can't except this! "

"Yeah you can. Remember last month? We broke your old watch that your old man got you? It's only fair Yuki... "

"Y-Yeah but... it's so expensive,"

"Dude don't sweat it... Its yours. Now we better move or we'll be late to home room. Mrs.Yuno gives out detentions for being just a minute late!"

The two boys started running. Yuki quickly put the birthday gift in his bag and ran to catch up with them. Reaching school just before the bell rang.

-----------------------------------------

Yuki Sat up on the roof durning lunch time. A few of his friends from Class, and the soccer team arranged a little birthday party for him, everyone brought sweets and one person even brought a radio to play music. There were students dancing on the roof laughing and having fun... today seemed like a really good day. Yuki felt so lucky to have such carrying friends. He laughed with the others as he ate his sweet birthday cake...

He hadn't seen to many monsters today, which was good, it was already lunch time and not a single prank pulled. For once... at this very moment... He felt normal.

---------------------------------------

"Hey Yuki! You heading home?!"

Yuki turned around seeing Kanto. The sun was setting and Yuki was in his sweaty PE clothes. He had stayed after school for a fun game of soccer. And dispite being a little muddy and dripping with sweat...He smelled like cherry blossoms in bloom.

"Yeah."

"Alright. I'd head back with you but I got work today. I'll see you tomorrow kay?"

"Alright. "

"Oh.. also great game man. You should really go for team caption second semester. Just think about it..ok."

Yuki smiles nodding to his friend, but for the most part shrugging him off.

"Maybe."

"Alright later..and Happy Birthday! "

"Thanks Kanto- be safe!"

Kanto waved at him as he ran in the other direction leaving him. Yuki couldn't help but smile again as he headed home ... today...was perfect!

Its getting darker...

He thought. Things were rather quiet... Yuki had no clue that in seconds His life would change forever. Sure... he wasn't normal... he saw strange looking creatures every day since he could remember... but for once.. even if it was just for a brief moment.. He felt normal.

As Yuki walked he suddenly stopped hearing someone crying. He looked around and peeked his head threw a ally way finding a small child crying behind a garbage can.

"H-hello? Little girl? Are you lost? Please come out...I won't hurt you."

He tried to comfort her. Why was she out here? Was she lost? Hurt? No doubt she must be scared. All Yuki wanted to do was help her...

The girl continued to cry... Yuki put his bag down and stepped into the ally way-touching the young girl on the shoulder. The entire time the girls back was to him...

"Please don't cry... I'll help you find your mother"

The little girl suddenly turned around grabbing his hand. She had no eyes! Yes... NO EYES! Just pits of darkness, empty sockets, and her tongue reached out to him wrapping around his leg and pulling him off his feet. He hit the ground, gravity slamming him into the concrete. The girls tongue was like a frogs! No... she wasn't even a girl! What the hell was she?! She wasn't human!!

"RED STAR! I WILL DEVOUR YOU!"

Yuki's heart was racing what was this thing!!! His eyes watering.

T-this can't be happening! What the hell is that thing! What is it talking about! A-am I...going to die?!?!?!

He screamed.

Hirai sniffed the air, catching hint of a delicious smell emitting from somewhere. He breathed in heavily, his eyes going bloodshot. It smelled wonderful and he licked his lips already trying to taste the sweet scent. His mouth began to water at the wonderful scent, making him want to find it. He leaned forward, dropping from the top of the building, free falling to the ground. He spread his wings out before he hit the grounds, soaring upward and moving towards where the scent was located. He made sure he was invisible to be humans around him, trying not to cause a ruckus with them. He didn't need to be the new legend going around, it'd just be a bother to him. Right now he needed to find this sweet scent polluting the air.

He stopped, soaking onto his feet, looking into a dark alleyway. He sniffed the air again, the smell much strong than it was before, but now he could detect a new smell. It was another demon. Was he too late? He stepped in seeing a boy's leg being pulled by the demon's tongue. He cringed at the disgusting site of the demon's actions. It was always gross to see a demon act in such a disturbing manner over a human. The boy screamed at the top of his lungs causing Hirai to cover his sensitive ears. He could never deal with loud noises like normal demons could. He stepped forward, alerting the shameless demon. How could it act so gross in a public area? At least have some common sense to do it in a more private place.

Hirai cleared his throat, unsure of what to do. He was probably expected to kill the demon which he would gladly do, he just didn't want to touch the filthy thing. He stepped forward, slightly flapping his wings. He tried to look challenging but his face was emotionless. He didn't feel the need to try and be intimidating, he just needed to make it want to defend what it claimed. He was still unsure of what to do, he had never really done this kind of thing before, especially over a low life human, he never saw a purpose. But this human was special, it smelled much better than any other human he ever met. He wanted his human unlike any other.

Isao sniffed the air as he walked around the humans. This smell was enticing him as he drew closer to an alleyway. He could smell two other demons in the area but that didn't matter to him. He wanted to find out what was the source of such a wonderful scent. He was in his human form, playing around with the humans as usual. He didn't care if other demons disapproved with how much time he spent in the human world, they were much more fun than his own kin. How could he not waste his time with them? Simple answer, he couldn't. They were always showing some sort of emotion. He always wanted to suck their reactions out and make them have more. He wanted to see all sides to the human race, it was his favorite thing to do in his long pitiful life. He always had to deal with the the same kitsune demons, but he never saw the same human twice.

Walking into the alley he saw a tengu demon and a crazed yokai. He dropped his human form, letting his demon form come out. He didn't care if they boy saw, he seemed like he was already having some trouble at the moment that it wouldn't matter. He chuckled at the scene, not being able to contain himself. "Am I too late? Boo! I was hoping I could get a taste as well!" Isao said in a playful tone. He watched the boy struggle to free himself, feeling like he knew about this scent before. He remembered one of his own said something about it but he couldn't recall what. He thought long and hard for a second when he realized what it was. "Red star!" He hit a fist in his hand, smiling. The tengu demon's eyes widened, as he quickly stepped forward ripping the smaller demon away from the boy, crushing it's neck. Isao pouted, he wanted to be the hero in the situation but he let it go to a silly bird. "No fair! I want a turn with it too!" He walked past the boy, trying to look like he cared for him. The tengu demon gave him a look of disgust and he continued to hold the neck of the yokai demon. He wanted to the red star, he needed it. He read about it all the time but never thought he'd find it. This was going to be a delight for both of them.

The lesser demon glared at the tengu who stepped forward, alerting him of his presence.

"Leave! He's mine! "

She hisses, the skin on her face looking like rotting flesh, her skin sagging. Her finger tips became claws, as the demon drew closer. She was no match for a tengu, but She didn't want to let the human go. She suddenly jerked her head back, yanking the boy into the hair and slamming him back on the ground, pulling him to her. She had to eat him quickly if she wanted to live! The yokai tensed up in anger as another demon appeared wanting to interfere! Again.. she was no match for demons like theses. A fox and a bird...

The fox demon chuckled stepping into the alley way.

"Am I too late? Boo! I was hoping I could get a taste as well!"
"He's mine!! I found him first! ..AHHHHHHHH"

--------------------------------------------

Yuki struggled, the panic and fear clear on his face. He felt the tears building up in his eyes. He struggled to get away digging his nails into the ground.

"P-please! No! NO! Noo!!!"

He sobbed. The creature suddenly picked him up, only to slam him on the concert. He gasped, the air being knocked right out of him, He couldn't struggle anymore He felt paralyzed trying to take back all the air he had lost whizzing.

Was he going to die? Killed by this...m-monster--

"Am I too late? Boo! I was hoping I could get a taste as well!"
Yuki looked up, a voice? A person?! He wanted to scream but He couldn't.

W..what?.. h-he's

The other male... had wings.. ?!! His eyes....He wasn't human either! Wait... there were two of them?! The other had a tail... and.. Fox ears?!

"Red star!"
The fox hit a fist in his hand, smiling. Red star? What was he talking about? And why were they here?!

In a flash... He was free. The bird ripping him away from the creature, and he heard a blood curtailing cry and a awful cracking sound as the handsome stranger crushed the females neck.

"No fair! I want a turn with it too!"
The fox complained. Yuki stared in shock. The Fox walked past him, looking as if he cared, however the bird... seemed displeased. The girl was dead...and he was...saved?

Hirai kept his grasp on the neck until he could no longer feel the weaker demon under him move. He wasn't bothered by the fact he just killed his own kind, he could care less. In his world is was always a competition of kill or be killed. He did what he had to to retrieve what he wanted in the end, the red star. He pulled his off the yokai's neck, standing up, his wings flapping slightly. Thought for him it wasn't normal to just randomly kill another demon over a small trivial matter. It would be hard to explain to his own kin knowing that he wasn't one to do much killing of anything. He was unlike the other tengu, he didn't feel a need to be around humans of each other. He'd rather be alone in a cave than spend a second with the unintelligent of his kind.

Isao pouted at the tengu demon for not allowing him to get in a bite or anything. The tengu demon stole all the glory for himself, making himself the charmer. That was supposed to be him, this human was quite special that he needed some sort of advantage over the bird. His goal was to impress the human and convince him to get some sort of physical contact from the boy. Isao walked over, leaning down over the boy, staring at him. "Are you okay? That must've been quite scary, right red star? Demons like those have no self control, they deserve to be punished for it," he said in a playful tone. He grabbed the boy's wrist pulling him up. His tail swayed side to side, exciting him from being so close to the delicious smell. He was glad that he got a hence to get closer than the bird, though the bird still did have an advantage over him. "You were lucky we were here to save you, you could've died!"

Hirai frowned at the fox demon, getting irritated from such simple actions. The dumb fox didn't do anything, Hirai killed the demon. He took control of the situation, the red start wasn't dead because of him. He wanted to interject but it was not his place to, he needed to keep quiet, it was most polite. He fidgeted being out in his form so long. Any human could walk by and he could be seen, but so could the fox. If that were the case he'd probably just end the humans miserable life to keep himself a secret from all of humanity. The fox seemed like he wouldn't have cared either way. "I killed the girl... not you," he mumbled softly. He wanted credit where credit was deserved but this demon was attempting to take all of it with his cunning words. It wasn't fair, the only thing the dumb fox did was say what the boy was, sure that made Hirai snap but he still got everything under control.

Isao ignored the birds words of killing the girl, focusing solely on the boy in front of him. "Hey, you should reward us for our good deeds," he said in a seductively playful tone. He wanted a kiss at least to gain some more strength. It's been a while since he last ate and he needed something to give him more power. He was quite low with his lack of food intake for awhile. A sly smile crept onto his lips, excited to see the boy's reaction. The bird seemed to roll his eyes in disgust at what Isao said but he didn't care. Many demons frowned upon him for his constant flirtation with humans but he got over it after awhile. They'd never understand his addiction to human emotions, no one would. It wasn't something you'd commonly see in the demon population, humans were their cattle and nothing more. They eat them and that's it.

Hirai coughed at the nasty comment made by the fox demon. He could've at least asked the traumatized boy's name first, but he had to skip to the sexual innuendos, of course. That was a typical demon in this day and age. It disgusted him how a lot of demons never had any self control over their sexual urges and just did as they would please. Even if it wasn't appropriate they would still take advantage of the fact they were higher beings with their powers to control the humans below them. It was natural for them since they were the highest on the food chain. Humans weren't the lowest but they were close for the bottom. They continued to climb the ladder, adapting to every change ever thrown at them. But they still had yet to completely adapt to the dangers of demons.

What was going on? Who were these guys?! We're they going to kill him next?

The Fox walked over to him, Yuki trembled slightly, trying to claw away, moving backwards.

He leaned down over him staring.

"Are you okay? That must've been quite scary, right red star? Demons like those have no self control, they deserve to be punished for it,"
"M-my name's Y-y-yuki! Not..red star! I Don't know what your talking about! "

He was scared and hesitant. He didn't trust the creatures in front of him. The demon suddenly grabbed his wrist pulling him up and off the ground. His tail swayed side to side, as if he was an excited puppy.

"You were lucky we were here to save you, you could've died!"
Yuki tensed being so close to the handsome stranger. He distanced himself a little.

"T-Thank you..now will you..p-please let go of me.."

"I killed the girl... not you,"
The bird man muttered. He looked like.. a fallen Angel.

"I- I need to go home--"

"Hey, you should reward us for our good deeds,"
He said seductively and in a playful tone.

Yuki's eyes widened slightly, feeling a little uncomfortable. Reward? What could he give? He was just a normal guy.. there was nothing special about him. Did they want money?

"R..reward? "

A sly smile crept onto the man's lips, making Yuki look at the ground, yanking away from him finally freeing himself.

"W-What are you..?"

"M-my name's Y-y-yuki! Not..red star! I Don't know what your talking about!"

Isao's eyes widened, confused. "You don't know yet do you?" his tone confused. "Didn't anybody tell you? Surely someone should've told you by now." He didn't understand why the boy didn't know about being the red star. He returned the smile to his face, "Well anyhow, it's nice to meet you Yuki, I'm Isao." The fox demon decided against trying to explain the red star after the traumatizing scene the boy just witnessed. He'd rather not have to deal with migraine inducing questions, he could wait until later. It'd be the best idea, but he needed to get rid of the other demon before anything. He didn't want someone around stealing his meal. He had to win the boy over with his charm, which he could do with any human. The other demon seemed too anti-social to even fight back, he may just have this in the bag.

Hirai looked at the boy with a neutral face. He wasn't surprised that the boy did not know about being the red star, especially with how helpless he was. From what he heard the red star was able to defend himself because of the need to survive in life. The boy was frightened by the fox, his was grabbing him. Since the yokai he killed suddenly grabbed the boy to eat him, who was to say the kitsune wouldn't do the same. He stepped toward both of them as the boy starting say he needed to go home. He couldn't let him out of his grasp, he was already pushing himself to stay controlled not to go crazy over the boy as the yokai did. He needed some sort of energy boost, he needed a taste before he went insane with hunger. Yuki was his ticket to his life, he was what he needs to be immortal. Hirai assumed because he saved the boy he would be indebted to him, putting him at the hands of the tengu demon.

"R..reward?"

Isao chuckled at the innocence of the boy. He made it very clear what he wanted with the innuendo dripping from the simple sentence he gave. He was becoming more infatuated with the boy every emotion he gave or every sentence he spoke. "Of course a reward! I think I deserve one," his tone teasing. He glanced over at the tengu, "Him as well of course!" The last line was more forceful and not as teasing as the first. To make himself look good he had to include the tengu demon whether he liked it or not. The tengu demon was a great tool to getting what he wanted from the boy, he knew that very well. But he never played nice with the other demons, it was a weakness with him. He was selfish and reedy when it came to humans so trying to seem friendly with the demon was hell for him. Isao pouted when the tengu demon snapped, spoiling the foxes' fun.

Hirai was tired of the games the kitsune demon was playing and snapped, "He obviously means you should give us a kiss. It'll replenish our strength and that's what he's aiming for, proba Sky more as well." He was annoyed how oblivious the human was acting, it was really pissing him off. The tengu demon hated innocence of the obliviousness of a human, it was ridiculous to him. They needed to open their eyes to the world around them and realize their place, but they wouldn't. He disliked this situation he was in at the moment, it might've been better if he hadn't have run into the red star. He wanted the kiss yes, but he really didn't in the end. He hated being touched but he wanted to taste the boy, that was his best option. But touching the boy would disgust him, it went against his morals. He knew he had no choice but he would still detest it in the back of his mind.

"W-What are you..?"

Isao laughed at the question as if it should be obvious. "I'm a Kitsune demon of course!" his voice cheery. He swayed his tail back and forth, his ears twitching. He didn't understand why the boy would ask such a silly question but he brushed it off with his laughing. The boy was really intriguing to the kitsune demon. He leaned towards the boy, pouting that he yanked his hand away. "I'm not going to hurt you, I promise. You don't have to be so scared of me," his tone much more glum. He didn't want the boy to fear him, he wanted him to desire him, there was a big difference between the two. One can want someone to desire and fear them but he only wanted the desiring part. It made him feel so good to be desired by a human. He bared his teeth, glaring at the tengu for getting in his way. He was extremely unhappy the demon finally decided to intervene after being quiet for so long.

Hirai decided he was okay to talk now because he was asked a question. "I'm Hirai, a tengu demon," his tone neutral. He shot a glare at the kitune among it clear he was not happy with the other's presence. He stepped even closer, pushing the fox demon back. "You can say you won't hurt him but you're getting quite close, didn't he just get attacked? I would be terrified if a demon suddenly approached me when I got attacked by another," his tone spiteful towards the demon. He looked back at the boy, shaking his head sighing. "We won't hurt you, we just want the kiss, that's it." He ignored the expression given by the fox, keeping his stoic face.

"You don't know yet do you?.... Didn't anybody tell you? Surely someone should've told you by now."
Yuki had no idea what he was. None of the red stars ever did... only demons knew the truth. Would the demons not tell him and secretly "befriend" him just to use him? Or would they tell him his horrible fate and take him away.

"T-told me what? "

"Well anyhow, it's nice to meet you Yuki, I'm Isao."
The Fox spoke, ignoring his question. Yuki bit his lip...Isao? The other handsome male stepped toward , the two staring at him and making him feel uncomfortable

"Of course a reward! I think I deserve one....Him as well of course!"
Was he teasing him?

"He obviously means you should give us a kiss. It'll replenish our strength!"
Yuki eyes widened.

"A-a kiss? N-NO!"

Yuki refused to give his first kiss to some freaky yet handsome strangers.

"And what are you talking about- replenish your strength?! I can't do that! "

The bird seemed a little irritated with him. When he asked the men what they were they answered him ,causing Yuki's jaw dropped.

"I'm a Kitsune demon of course!"
His tail swayed, his ears twitching.

"D-demons.. are real...?"

"I'm not going to hurt you, I promise. You don't have to be so scared of me,"
Yuki hesitated. He didn't know this men.. these demons... yet.. if they wanted him dead they wouldn't have saved him.. were they good demons?

"I'm Hirai, a tengu demon,"

He stepped even closer, pushing the fox demon back and away from him.

"You can say you won't hurt him but you're getting quite close, didn't he just get attacked? I would be terrified if a demon suddenly approached me when I got attacked by another.....We won't hurt you, we just want the kiss, that's it."
Yuki eyes fell...

"N-No.. I just.. wanna go home"

He shook his head. Grabbing his bag from off the floor. Trying to hurry and get away.. as if he could.

"A-a kiss? N-NO! And what are you talking about- replenish your strength?! I can't do that!

Hirai sighed inwardly, tired of the human acting so stupid. "Of course you can replenish our strength. You're special, different. You have a power to give us a more, energized state I guess." his tone spiteful. He hated talking to the unintelligent beings, he'd rather be in solitude enjoying some thigh they wouldn't make him want to strangle the closest living organism. "You say no but the kit suns demon is right, you owe me something in return for saving your life, I could've let you just die." He frowned, trying not to get too aggressive where he would scare off the boy. He had to keep his temper under control or the boy was probably start screaming right then and there, inducing a headache for the tengu demon. It was hard but in the end it'd be worth it no to traumatized he human anymore, he hoped anyway.

Isao coughed, trying to distract Yuki from the tengu demon's harsh words. "He means you owe us something in return and that is what we are asking for. Surely you could at least consider it?" he asked, slightly whimpering. His ears and tail drooped, upset the boy had rejected the kiss. He never had to deal with a human refusing such a simple thing, so why was this boy so against it. He made it very clear he wanted nothing to do with the lip contact. "It's not fair that we saved your life and you get away without even giving something to reward us." He felt so rejected and having the bird there made it worse. The bird attempted to try and claim everything for himself, which he did do, but the kitsune demon would have nothing of it. He was getting his kiss one way or another.

"D-demons.. are real...?"

Hirai rolled his eyes, half tempted to knock the human out and take him somewhere hidden. He felt too exposed being in his demon form for so long, daring to be seen by the human eyes. "Of course demons are real, what did you think attacked you? A deformed human with psychological problems? No," he snapped. He wasn't able to keep his temper down the more stupid questions were getting asked. He hated this human so much already but he needed to overcome that. This boy was the red star, he cousinly just get angry and throw Yuki away like some used toy, he had to be gentle. If he wasn't gentle with the fragile boy, he would break causing alarm to the world around him, he didn't need anymore problems. This boy was a problem just boy being alive when he was, he'd rather not have sniffed out the scent but he couldn't help himself. He could feel his mouth water from just a simple taste to the smell.

Isao nodded, wagging his tail once more. The human seemed to be in awe, but what did he expect after the yokai almost ate him. If it weren't for the fox and bird showing up they wouldn't have been so lucky as to have met the boy. "Like Hirai said, demons do exist, we aren't myths," not exactly what Hirainsaid but close enough. He yawned, it was getting late but he didn't care to worry about the night, he worried about the meal ticket trying to escape from his reach. The kitsune wouldn't let go of his chance so easily, but neither would the annoying bird, that was for sure. The bird claimed dominance over the boy the moment he opened his mouth. Isao wouldn't let Hirai take away an important piece to his survival, he'd just have to convince him to share

"N-No.. I just.. wanna go home."

Hirai grabbed Yuki's bag, yanking it from his hands. The boy barely had a grip making it easier for the bird to steal. He kept it out of reach for the boy, speaking in a called tone, "I hate to be so upfront with you but I can't just let you walk away without some sort of satisfactory reward." He didn't know what else to call it, but his life depended on those short lines. It was pointless for the boy to continue fighting back, by now he should've figured out that these demons weren't going anywhere without him giving them what they want. The tengu knew he was too stubborn but the kitsune seemed to be as well. It would take a lot of persuasion with a panicked boy but he would somehow manage to achieve what he wanted in the end, a delicious meal.

Isao slightly bared his teeth at the tengu demons rough actions. He shouldn't have gave advice about scaring the boy without looking at it himself. He wagged his tail once more in excitement excited to see the younger boy's face to all of the new things that have just taken place. He liked being around the red star, the smell alone could get anyone off with a crazed hunger. "How about this, we protect you and you feed us?" he was more sympathetic towards the human for almost being killed by another of his kind. Yokais never seemed to be on a short leash being tamed, however you look at it. He had much more self control than the average demon, but this scent was driving him crazy. "I hate ot admit it but the bird is right, you need to find a way to pay us back without complaint. Complaints just make it worse. He wanted the boy to take the deal, securing a spot for both demons in his life.

Yuki was so confused. Power? Kiss? Demons? Death... Red Star?! They were throwing so much at him. Isao coughed, distracting him a little from the others harsh words.

"He means you owe us something in return and that is what we are asking for. It's for our own survival. Surely you could at least consider it?"
He was thankful that they saved him but then again He never asked to be saved.

"I...I can't give you anything- "

He whispered.

"It's not fair that we saved your life and you get away without even giving something to reward us."
"..................."

Yuki stared at the ground.

That thing that attacked him was a demon... deformed and horrifying, so why weren't they scary? Why save him...

"Like Hirai said, demons do exist, we aren't myths,"
Just when Yuki tried to go home and leave

Hirai grabbed his bag, stopping him.

"H-Hey! Give it back--"

The bird was much taller than him and kept it out of his reach. He quickly became nervous.

"I hate to be so upfront with you but I can't just let you walk away without some sort of satisfactory reward."
"Y-Your crazy.. Why won't you just leave me alone.."

"How about this, we protect you and you feed us?"
The humans eyes widened slightly... protecting? Why would he need it? Unless... there were more of those scary demons. There was no way he could fight those things!

"I... But I--"

"I hate ot admit it but the bird is right, you need to find a way to pay us back without complaint. Complaints just make it worse.
Yuki had fear in his eyes... you could sense his nervousness and anxiety pouring out of him. He held himself. Trying to stop himself from shaking..

"..you two... will protect me...from those scary demons...but only.. i-if I... k-kiss you?"

He hesitantly looked at the Fox...

"J-Just...one kiss?"

He had never kissed anyone before. Let alone another male.. or a demon! He was nervous about kissing them.

"Y-Your crazy.. Why won't you just leave me alone.."

Isao pouted at the harsh words said by the human. Did Yuki truly dislike having him around the at much? He was being as friendly as possible. Sure the bird was being quite nosy and rude, but that wasn't him. The other demon should just leave, he was making it harder to convince the boy he was a good demon that could protect him from harm. All the tengu did was interrupt, state his opinion, or just be an annoyance in every way he could possibly be. The boy must be terrified habitual to deal with such a mean demon. He stuck out his bottom lip like a child, unhappy that the human was cast him away so quickly. "Here I thought I was being nice enough to even become your friend," he said in an fake upset tone. He truly didn't care the human wanted him gone, he'd want him to stick around soon enough. He just needed time to convince Yuki that it was beneficial to have a demon around for protection.

Hirai frowned at being called crazy. He could take many words but he was not, and never will be crazy. But these were words said by a human, they knew nothing. They never would, they were lost to the world of demons. They would never truly know about their life and how it went. Hirai kept the bag out of the reach for the boy in an attempt to give him small payback. "Tell me, would you really be happy if you saved someone's life but they wouldn't give anything in return even though it was something they could easily give? I know many others would be extremely unhappy," his tone colder. It was a pointless question but he wanted to make Yuki think about it for a second, trying to get him to see it from their point of view, which was highly unlikely but he could still try. He just hoped that if the boy did understand a bit more, it'd make it easier to obtain that kiss he wanted.

"..you two... will protect me...from those scary demons...but only.. i-if I... k-kiss you?"

Isao smiled widely, nodding his head quickly. "Of course I will protect you! You wouldn't have to live in fear of another demon attacking you and getting away with it!" his tone cheery. He could feel the glare of Hirai on him for taking all the credit of protecting the boy. He didn't care, he took the opportunity to strike, too bad the tengu demon was too late. The kitsune came out victorious by striking when the iron was hot. He had the boy becoming putty in his hands, he couldn't let it go to another demon. This was his prize to claim, he was working for it. The tengu was just seeking to hope for the best by standing around gawking at the boy, how could that get him anything he wants? It couldn't and wouldn't. If he wanted to boy so bad he needed to fight for him.

Hirai glared daggers at Isao when he made sure he was the only one willing to protect the human in front of him. That was not the case and the tengu assume this meant war between them now. He didn't have to include the fox in a nice way anymore, he was allowed to completely destroy him, not literally but metaphorically at least. "Yes, of course I'm willing to help you out. Having demons attack at anytime, you'll most likely be unprepared, you'd need some help from a trustworthy demon. I think I'm pretty trustworthy," his tone much softer than before. He was going to try and win the boy over with words, Brunei didn't know how to do it as well as the fox. He handed Yuki's bag back, cracking a small smile. He needed to look friendly and willing, then he might be able to get the boy on his side.

"J-Just...one kiss?"

Isao's catlike smile only grew wider with those words spoken from the boy. "Just one kiss! But if you plan on accepting our offer of helping you, the kisses will have to increase," he hummed. He really didn't care to talk about later, he a aged to focus on the now. He wanted to focus on the kiss he was most likely going to receive from the boy. That was his main priority. His tail began to say as he grew excited once more. He really wanted to feel the lips of the boy, see how soft they were, bel well they tasted. He wanted to taste th boy himself.

Hirai pursed his lips, contemplating whether to say something or not. He hoped the boy meant both of them and not just the greedy fox, he deserved a kiss more than the non helpful demon who was wagging his tail like a house pet. The tengu shifted on his feet awkwardly, waiting for the boy to kiss the fox quickly. Hirai really did want to kiss Yuki, he wanted a taste of the boy, but he didn't want to seem as eager as the other in front of him. He wanted to keep his dignitity as a demon.

He frowned. When he asked about the kiss

Isao smiled widely, nodding.

The human looked at the ground. This would happen again , he'd suddenly be attacked by those smaller demons unless.. he had these two...

Yuki thought about it for a long moment before nodding once.

"..o-okay..but I..I've never kissed...s-someone before"

He glanced at Isao before grabbing his own shirt tightly with slightly trembling fingers, he tightly closed his eyes, waiting. Waiting for someone's lips to touch his... to brush his. There was no way he could kiss the others. He was too shy. They'd have to kiss him.

Just.. one kiss... one...

He thought. He was so nervous.

"Your suppose to save people out of the goodness of your heart not because you want something in return!"

Isao laughed at the words spoken, he surely would not be helping anyone out of the kindness of his heart. He always expected a reward for his good deeds. He got very cranky when he got nothing. Yuki was so naïve, no demon would even try to help a human because they were kind. "You give demons too much credit! The kindness you speak of does not exist within demons," he hummed. Isao's ears twitched, his mind wondering to the last time he actually saw a demon truly care for a human. If one did, it was not in his lifetime. He doubted he would seen one yet. Demons didn't care for humans one bit, the only reason him and the tengu demon were there because he was the red star. Of course they would expect something in return because of what Yuki is.

Hirai almost snapped at Yuki, extremely tired of his innocent act. He could've cared less if any other human got killed by the yokai, but this wasn't some ordinary human that he could easily turn a blind eye to. Yuki was something special, he possessed a power no other human did. Hirai had no choice but to help him in the end, he was going to get something in return for doing so. Even if the human fought back, he knew it was illogical to continue fighting him and the fox. Perhaps he just was willing to accept he was going to need to give something.

"..o-okay..but I..I've never kissed...s-someone before"

Isao had a catlike smile run across his face, loving the innocence of the human. It was intriguing, he had not met many that actually were this innocent and cute. His tail was wagging furiously, extremely excited he was going to get to kiss the human. He started to lean forward to touch his lips to Yuki's, closing his eyes when he was suddenly pushed back. His eyes shot open as he bared his teeth the bird that decided to interfere. They both were going to get theirs kisses, why did he have to push him back so violently? He became extremely jealous when Hirai leaned down, kissing Yuki first. He didn't even close his eyes to make it real!

Hirai wasn't going to wait any longer. He wanted to get the kiss out of the way so he didn't have to deal with the repercussions as much as the fox demon would have to. He pushed Isao back before he got a chance to kiss Yuki. He ignored the hostility that the fox began to display when he saw what Hirai did. Hirai quickly leaned down, kissing the boy gently. He did not close his eyes, he saw no point in doing so. It was just a kiss, just a minor kiss. A minor kiss that meant so much to him as a demon, only because he really wanted a taste of the boy.

Yuki felt something gentle and slightly wet but soft touch his lips. His eyes widened to find Hirai against his mouth. His demon eyes meeting his in a instant. They were so cold...had he never experienced happiness? Had he never smiled...been around someone he loved?

Energy....that's what surged out of Yuki's lips and into the others mouth... feeding Hirai's need and desire for power and strength..

W..what's...going on... I feel like...my..my energy is being..sucked out of me.

Yuki eyes were half closed now...The tight grip he had on his shirt weakened every second as the kiss continued. He needed to breath!

He suddenly felt weaker somehow...

With out any warning he quickly broke the kiss, taking a step away and stumbling. Covering his tender pink lips and panting. A soft blush on his face and his cheery blossom scent...and increased.. getting stronger. It seemed to grow stronger when Yuki was expecting... sexual things.

Hirai scowled when the boy pulled away, but he sniffed the air once more. The boy's scent grew stronger with desire, how strange. It was only a kiss that was given to him, why was he so affected so easily? The tengu demon drew back, allowing for the other to get a quick kiss as well. But was it a good idea? Had the bird drained too much from him already? It didn't seem that way, Yuki just seemed... dazed. He wasn't flipping out like the bird had expected him to, he was just standing there. The bird was becoming confused with the actions of the boy, he didn't need to overanalyze it though, it wasn't worth the time. Yuki seemed to be okay after the kiss, that was that. No screaming or crying, it worked out in his favor in the end.

Isao's ear drooped when the boy pulled away, was the tengu demon draining him of that much strength? Stupid bird. He sniffed, when he caught the scent of Yuki's scent getting stronger than before. What was that smell? It smelt much better! "Hey! I want my kiss too! I can have it, right?" his tone loud and cheerful. His tail was wagging once again at the new smell that had suddenly presented himself. Something turned on the younger boy, something triggered that feeling for him. Isao was curious to know what it was. It was killing him to know, if he were to stay with the boy this is the reaction he'd want all the time.

Yuki glanced up at the Fox. It was...such a scary and strange feeling. To feel someone drain your energy just by a kiss. He looked back at the ground. The others tone was so cheerful, his tail even wagging. They wouldn't let him leave If he said no...

"....."

Yuki nodded hesitantly. He closed his eyes tightly and waited again. He was too shy to kiss the other male. But once this was over he could go home! He really just wanted to go back home.

Hirai decided to keep his space this time, his mouth watering at how intense the scent was getting. He needed to be able to control himself, he was not like weak demons. He was stronger, better. He could keep himself down without a problem. This wasn't that big of a deal to him, or so bed say. He really wanted to just take Yuki away, he wanted him all to himself. What demon didn't? His desires weren't unnatural for a demon, the boy was the red star. Many would get greedy over the boy because of what he was. Hirai wasn't some special case that he was the only one who felt this way. The dead yokai on the ground ground was the proof of that. The bird stared at the fox kiss him, it was a lot more passionate than what the tengu had done. Hirai was in it for the taste not the romance.

Isao leaned in, closing his eyes, gently placing his lips on the others. It felt amazing to have the energy begin to fill his body. This wasn't like anything he ever felt. His tail was going out of control, he wanted to go further. He wanted to ravish the boy right now. He pulled away before he drained Yuki of too much energy. The fox licked his lips, trying to get every bit of the taste he could. Yuki was something special, he really was. Not just because he was the red star, but he was so naive. You rarely saw that in this lifetime. Many were already tainted by sin, but not Yuki. He was completely innocent of the world around him. These two just took his first two kisses, how old was he? Many would've had their first kiss by now.

To think...that Yuki was so important. He was still in the dark about himself, about his cruel fate. It was odd and extremely rare to come across demons so...kind? If any demon found Yuki, they would of kidnapped him and forced him as their slave or eaten him.

His kiss gives demons energy... His blood heals and prolongs a demons life...Having Sex with him would increase a demons strength, ability's and powers...And eating his flesh would make you immortal....

This was amazing! Every demon in the world...now had a chance of being...unstoppable. In the past there have even been demons who have killed the red star simply because they fear it's power.

There was no denying it... Yuki had the mark somewhere hidden underneath his clothes, he carried that alluring cheery blossom scent

that could drive demons with no self control insane. Yokai's would never be able to control themselves around him. Only demons like Hirai And Isao could restrain themselves... but fir how long? Only Strong.. higher level demons could with stand to be around him.

Now that the Red Star's scent has been revealed, demons will come near and far, weak or strong, for the human. Demon clans will fight for owner ship of the boy... even to the death. For which ever clan has the Red Star... will be the most powerful for the next 100 year's, and feared...

Yuki shuttered when he felt Isao lean into him and kiss his lips. Once again... he had this odd feeling.. like his strength was being taken away from him. Unlike Hirai's kiss... Isao's kiss was more.. passionate? But why?

"Nn-"

The human was flustered. He was a gay teenager with ranging hormones and who just got his first kiss with two EXTREMELY eye-catching sexy, hot demons. Of course he'd be confused...vulnerable...blushing.

Isao pulled away, And immediately Yuki felt very tired and drained. He suddenly stumbled forward. Grabbing at the Fox's clothes. His eyes feeling so heavy.

"S...sorry...Isa-o..I...i--"

His voice so weak and faint, he suddenly closed his eyes and fell fast asleep.

Now that he was asleep.. his strong scent was beginning to fade. Now you could see his features under the moon light. His short black hair shined. He had such.. long eye- lashes and luscious lips. His skin was so soft And was a pal cream color. His blue eyes now closed.

He was so innocent and pure.. like every signal red star, what would his expression be once Yuki found out the hole truth... would he shatter into a million pieces? Would all that hope and kindness in his eyes... disappear? Would he cry?

The human was so light In Isao's arms, breathing softly. He looked so peaceful and cute. His body so warm and tender. He was so...beautiful.

Isao held the boy as he fell asleep, sliding down the demon's body. He picked him up, holding him close, trying to keep him warm. The smell had faded, they could easily leave now, he could easy just walk away, but if he seemed to do another kind act then Yuki might actually let him stay. That's all he wanted was to stay around the boy, getting treats like a dog. Yuki had everything he wanted, all he had to do was put on the nice guy act. That was it, though he was worried the bird might decide to tag along. It would make up for the lie Isao told that he actually helped Yuki when all he did was stand there. No, it wasn't a lie, it was just a minor manipulation of the situation. Isao watched the tengu pull a wallet out of the boy's pocket, going through it. Was he looking for a hike address, that would be useful. He got irritated when Hirai stated he would only fly the boy home, he wasn't giving up on this oppurtunity of getting another kiss. Though the annoying bird was right, Yuki needed proper rest to regain his own lost energy.

Hirai watched Yuki faint, knowing they stole so much energy from Him. This was a problem to him. Now that they had taken wheat they wanted he had to go pass out, causing them to help him once more. He walked over, pulling the boy's wallet out of his back pocket, seeing if the boy stored his home a dress somewhere. He pulled out an I.D. card, seeing there was that key information there. He gently placed the card back in the wallet, and returning it to the owner. "He doesn't live far from here, he could easily just have me fly him there," he spoke in a neutral tone. He saw Isao frown, his ears going back. "Fine, I'll fly all of us there. But if you're doing this for another kiss, that won't happen until he properly rests." Isao seemed to nod in agreement. Hirai felt his wings come out of his back we he grabbed the fox and the boy both, lifting them up into the air. Carrying two loads of weight was troublesome when flying, but he would manage. He began to fly towards their destination.

Isao found the flight to be relaxing, he kept his hold on the big, making sure not to drop him down into the world below. He saw them approaching the apartment building at a quick speed, Hirai gently dropping them on the walkway for the doors. He examined them unsure which door was the boy's. Hirai seemed to have the same problem of deciding which one it was. He sniffed the air, the boy's faded scent coming from the last door. He heading to the end and Hirai followed. He grabbed the handle, trying to open the door. Locked. Hirai grabbed the door, forcing it open, breaking th lock. They could easily fix that later. Isao headed into the apartment, looking around. Seeing a doorway to a room, he entered. He set Yuki gently on the bed, sitting on the ground, watching for him to wake up.

Hirai made sure to be quick about their travels. He didn't want to be seen by the eyes of humans. He arrived, he was dumbfounded which apartment belonged to Yuki. Isao seemed to be useful for once, walking over to the last apartment, he followed. The door was locked so the bird decided to force it open, they couldn't wait until the boy woke up to enter. Now that he thinks about it, he could've just tried to find the key that was somewhere on the boy. He could apologize for meaningless actions later. He closed the door behind them as they entered, his wings disappearing into his back. He followed Hirai into the bedroom, sitting on the floor as well. There wasn't much they could do until he boy woke.

Yuki woke up early in the morning. Luckly he didn't have school that day. He slowly tossed and turned before opening his blue eyes. Yawning cutely. He gradually sat up.

Was last night a dream? It had to b--

His eyes widened once he saw Hirai and Isoa sitting on the floor next to his bed. In there human forms. They were still here? He... wasn't alone?

So... last night wasn't a dream... it was all real.wait... how'd he get back home? In his bed?! He remembered kissing Isoa... and then... everything gets fuzzy from there.

"W-what are you guys doing in my room. "

"W-what are you guys doing in my room."

Isao snorted at the words spoken, it was an obvious answer. "We were just making sure you were alright, you were out cold," he teased. He stood up, walking over to Yuki, cupping the boy's cheeks with his hands. "Are you feeling fine? Are you feeling woozy?" He leaned in close to the other's face, pressing his forehead against the other's. He rolled his eyes when he heard Hirai scowl at such innocent actions, or so one would say. He was using his kind act to his advantage, just wanting to get close the other. It was quite odd the bird was so against simple touches of affection, it wasn't that big of a deal. "No fever, are you fine?" He kept prodding at the boy for an answer, he seemed so dumbfounded by the demon's still even being there.

Hirai sighed, shrugging his shoulders. "We broke your door... or I did at least," he spoke in an ice cold tone. He frowned at how clingy the kitsune immediately got when the boy woke up, he truly was a dog. A dog sitting patiently for his master to wake up, how gross. He scowled when the fox started to get so touchy, not only was it irritating, but he was slightly jealous that the other got to touch him so freely. It was just in his nature to do so, unlike the tengu demon. He couldn't bring himself to touch the other so openly, that just wasn't how he acted. He had morals, touching humans was against one of them. Kissing Yuki was a lot weirder than he thought it would've been.

"We were just making sure you were alright, you were out cold,"
The Fox said approaching his bed. Yuki pulled the covers closer to him, He was surprised when the other suddenly cupped his cheeks.

"Ah.. your s-so...c..close"

His voice grew small as the other leaned in closer.

"Are you feeling fine? Are you feeling woozy?"
The human looked away from the other he was about to pull away when the demon pressed his forehead against his, making the human blush, his scent beginning to grow.

"No fever, are you fine?"
"I'm.. I'm ok.."

His eyes fell as he broke away from the demon. Flustered.

"We broke your door... or I did at least,"
Hirai suddenly chimed in, his tone cold.

Yuki bit his lip.

"I see.."

The human glanced around the room. He was surprised to see that there were no yokai or lesser demons in his room trying to tease and attack him this morning.. All his life he had to deal with the small demons.. but for once.. there were none to be seen. The answer.... it was because of Hirai and Isao

There strong and powerful area kept the small demons away, of course the human didn't know this.

Yuki slowly got out of bed, stumbling a little but he was alright.

"I-if you guys are..going to be staying here for awhile there's got to be rules... Like.. p-personal space and no breaking stuff."

He went over to his closest and grabbed a new shirt, taking off his old one and tossing it in his dirty clothes basket. The shirtless human was rather attractive. His stomach was tone and slightly defined. His skin pail and soft... the perfect kind of skin to leave long lasting hickies.

However there were dark bruises on his back. Probably from when the female demon attacked him and slammed him on the ground.

Yuki quickly covered his body with a new shirt, has back to the others the entire time.

"Um...are you guys hungry"

"I-if you guys are..going to be staying here for awhile there's got to be rules... Like.. p-personal spaceand no breaking stuff."

Isao whined like a dejected puppy when the other gave personal space as a rule. He didn't like not being able to touch whenever he wanted, that was his most favorite thing to do, was to be able to touch. The foxes' mouth began to water as the boy stripped his shirt off, wanting to taste the skin. This was unfair, the boy was so attractive, of course would want to touch him. "Not fair Yuki, not fair at all. I can't promise I'll abide by that rule," he puffed out in defiance of the rule. As long as he wasn't doing anything inappropriate, he should be able to touch as freely as he wanted. He clicked his tongue, crossing his arms, a large pout forming on his face. Yuki knew how to be such a tease, removing his shirt in front of the needy fox. The boy was truly evil, much more than any demon. You can look but you can't touch rule was pissing him off in mere seconds of it being created.

Hirai rolled his eyes when the rules were set down. He didn't mean to break the door, he just did. Could he have been rational and tried to find the keys? Yes, but that was in the past, it was over with. The door was broken, too bad. He wasn't as affected by the personal so we rule like the fox was, practically throwing a hissy fit over it. He watched the boy strip, eyeing the bruises on his back, frowning slightly. That was from when that nasty yokai laid her filthy tongue on him. Other than the bruises, the tengu demon could appreciate how attractive the boy was, not to the point of wanting to touch him, but to the point of wanting a small taste. That didn't mean he wanted to touch him, just nip at him. The other demon in the other hand seemed to be flipping out about this rule. "The space rule is asking for a lot. No touching as frequently as we have been might be better," he murmured, looking down at his feet, sighing.

"Um...are you guys hungry"

Isao nodded eagerly, wanting a taste of human food. He loved it so much, it had so many flavors that he couldn't describe, each one of them having their own textures. He enjoyed the new tastes that would pop and explode in his mouth. He may be just fed and energized, that didn't mean he wasn't for some delicious human food. "I am! I'm hungry," he called out in an excited tone. He was the polar opposite of the tengu demon, it was so obvious. He was bubbly and energetic while the annoying bird was cold and boring. He didn't know how much fun he would be airy do, but it was too late to drive him away, Yuki seemed to expect his help now. Damn not being able to convince the other to get on his side, now he was stuck in the in between with them, confused where to step next.

Hirai shrugged, not finding the thought of eating human food appealing at the moment. He got his kiss for the feeding, he was fine. Words didn't need to say that, it was obvious if he wasn't shaking his head as much as Isao was. Instead he shook his no, sure that Yuki would completely understand him then. "I'm fine," he mumbled softly. He didn't know what tie at to Yuki or if he should even say anything at all. His quietness was because he never interacted with anyone besides his own kind, humans were too confusing to interact with on a daily basis, now he'd have to get used to it. He rarely interacted with his own too, not having much to say to them either. He was fine just sticking to himself, that changed when he met Yuki though. It had to change for the better, he needed the boy. Letting him go would be a mistake.

Yuki ignored the boys pouting and protesting.

"Rules are rules. "

Was all he said, not going to budge. When Isao nodded eagerly at his offer of food he nodded thinking for a moment as he looked at the ground holding his chin.

"Um... "

"I am! I'm hungry,"
he called out in an excited tone.

It seems the two demons were polar opposites. It made Yuki wounded how or why they were together. How did those two ever become friends? He glanced at Hirai who shrugged and shook his head.

Guess he's not hungry

The thought.

"Ok well.. I'm not sure what to make..How about sandwiches? .. or a grilled cheese...I think I bought soup a while ago.. I'll go check, "

He headed out the door but just as he began to walk away He quickly stopped, hurrying back to poking his head inside of his room.

"And...you guys aren't allowed in my room when I'm not in it.. so out.."

He frowned before hurrying down stairs. For once it was so nice to be free of the yokai and lesser demons! He felt....safe...? He was completely sure if he trusted the two demons yet. There was still so much he didn't know about them. Let alone about him self... what was he...? What exactly is his purpose... the Red Stars purpose?

"Rules are rules. "

"Rules are rules my ass," Isao mumbled when the left the room. Rules were made to be broken, things demons did often. These set of rules were no different, so he would be breaking them, constantly. The fox already was planning on breaking rule number one often. He followed out silently, still pouting. He wasn't going to be all cooperative so easily, he hated being told what to do. Then the fox would most likely do the exact opposite. Multiple times, many demons had tried that reverse psychology on him, that he was willing to follow. It was when he was forced to follow a certain rule or deman is when he fought against it, he was just that kind of person. He didn't mind leaving the room however, if Yuki wasn't in there then he wouldn't be either. He followed whenever Yuki went, like the attached puppy he was. "I want something with meat," the voice demanding. He was hungry for meat, like he usually was. Meat was his favorite thing in the world.

Hirai found it so ridiculous how much of a fuss Isao was putting up. It was pointless to fight it, they were simple rules. Ones he wouldn't break often, unless absolutely necessary. Maybe the touching one more often than being in the room alone. Though it didn't appeal to him that he would have to stick around Yuki all the time and be apart of interaction, that wasn't something he was that good at. He didn't quite get how he was supposed to act when trying to be sociable. He got up from the ground, following the two out, closing the door behind him. Upon hearing the fox speak, he agreed. Anything without meat was a bit worthless to him. He liked meat, it was his favorite thing besides certain berries. "I agree with the fox," he spoke quietly. For once he agreed, though it was over something simple.

"I want something with meat,"
The fox's voice demanding. Yuki glanced back at him as he stepped into the kitchen.

"Meat? Hmm"

"I agree with the fox,"
Hirai spoke quietly. The human signed looking at him.

"So you suddenly changed your mind, "

He titled his head to the side frowning ever so slightly.

"Alright fine...I have to see what I have"

Yuki went into the fridge, looking inside.

"Um...there's bacon... I could make breakfast.. bacon eggs and toast... or...There's some patty meat in here for burgers. "

He shrugged, looking back at the demons, hoping they'd agree on one. Which was extremely rare.. the two were opposites.
