Whenever I feel down, I listen to some cheerful and happy music to cheer me back up.
I leason to music hard rock. something I can realy get my blood pumping.
I listen to Metal. Children of Bodom works quite well. It's so loud that i can't hear my own thoughts anymore =)

I also cry a lot lol -I actualy like crying-
And eat large amounts of chocolate (but I do that anyway so doesn't count)
Depends on:
if annoyed I listen to music as loud as I can & dance till my heart aches
if sad I watch sad films which help me to cry
If depressed I watch P&P lake scene or drive my car listening to music once more as loud as I can....
I prefer to drink tea and smoke :P
But music is my life! I can't be without music. I would hate to be deaf, I mean, what would I do then?!
