What do I have to do to get a hunk like him to notice me? That was the thought that pestered model student luke Clearview's mind. He didn't think about whatever drivel the professor was spewing, he only had his mind on the hunk next to him; Ignavius Evans. Luke had spent the last half hour taking glances at the handsome male and wishing he could get into his bed. He would love nothing more than for tall dark and handsome to grab him from behind and pound his cock into his plump ass. Maybe even force him to grovel on his knees and lick his sweaty feet. He wanted to be his bitch. (No, stop that. You're not going to be a hoe like you were in high school. You promised yourself you would keep your legs closed until you find a very special guy. Wow, I sure do inner monologue a lot.) On the surface, Luke seemed to live a squeaky clean life. He was a straight-A student who was always well dressed and graduated from a top-notch Christian high school. What most people that know is that while he was filling his head with knowledge, he also filled his hole with dick. It was a bit of an underground secret that he was the whore of the school. Being a Christian school, St Joseph Academy had quite a few closeted males. Luke's massive ass was like a magnet to them. Everyone knew Luke was a timid fellow so he would never snitch on anyone if someone did anything to him. This is what gave the males to take advantage of him. They'd catch him in empty bathrooms and bully him into giving them blowjobs. Luke was initially overwhelmed but he secretly enjoyed it. He'd always had a rather high libido and now he could finally get the action he lusted for. He found the courage to take the initiative and ask the guys to treat him as a sex slave. Every day he would be fucked and dicked down like some cheap hooker. It was pure pleasure but deep down luke was ashamed of himself. He was supposed to be a role model, not some slut. If news got out what'd he was up to, his reputation would be ruined. That's why he promised he redeem himself in college and stick to one guy. Too bad it wouldn't last. Ignavius let out a lawn and pulled out a novel to Combat his boredom. Luke's eyes widened for a moment. “. That's ‘Devils requiem!’ I'm surprised someone as cool as him is into that sort of book. Mows a perfect chance to finally talk to him.” Luke smiled. “ Don't you like the part where the protagonists best friends goes to join the demon king and then the protagonist has to kill both of them ?” Luke had asked a bit too energetically. “ Um…. I'm still of the first chapter so not really.” Ignavius bluntly said. Luke cringed hard on the inside. He made himself look like a fool in front of his crush and spoiled the best part of the book! Why couldn't he ever act normal around attractive men? “ But knowing that happens later on really makes me want to read the book even more. Thanks for telling me.” Ignavius gave a faint smile before returning to his book. That smile nearly made Luke's heart skip a bit. He was glad Ignavius hadn't thought he was a fool like he suspected. Luke continued his daydreams until the bell interrupted him, a sign that class was over. Students packed away their belongings and sheepishly made their way out the class. With his hands in his pocket, Ignavius cooly walked away. Now it was time for gym, Luke's most hated yet loved subject. On one hand, those gym shorts he was forced to wear would always put far too much emphasis on his ass and attract so many unwanted stares. On the flipside though, the three hottest guys in school shared gym with him; The boisterous wrestling jock Ryan Hotchkiss, The hyper-masculine bad boy Josh Anderson and of course the cool-headed goth Ignavius Evans. It was a constant struggle trying to hide an erection in a locker room filled with half-naked guys. Josh showed off his well-toned chest as he changed into a snug sports shirt and Ryan had the habit of laying around on nothing but his jockstrap. Luke was notorious for his massive dome for an ass but Ryan could give him a serious run for his money. “ Put your clothes on already you damn exhibitionist. Nobody wants to see you like that.” Said a rather peeved Josh. “ Oh, cmon. We’re all guys here so there's no problem with showing a bit of skin. Ain't that right, Ignavius ?”. Ryan had wrapped his arm around Ignavius’s shoulders and leaned into him. “ Um… well, I uh….” The normally stoic Ignavius was blushing red like an apple and had to avoid Ryan's eyes. Luke had noticed a rather telling bulge arise in the man's shorts. He'd be lying if he said he wasn't envious. “ You guys are so fucking gay. “ Josh scoffed as he finished getting dressed and walked to the gym court. Ryan simply smiled and followed behind him with clothes in hand. Luke had a feeling today’s gym class was going to be something big. The guys ran laps around the court, as usual, building up sweat as they did. Josh’s broad shoulders became apparent as the sweat caused the shirt to be translucent. Ryan’s biceps seemed to bulge with every sprint and Ignavius nice thighs complimented his shorts. It was important for Luke to find the one single guy he would date but this trio sure made it daunting. How could he possibly choose only one of these hunks? Josh jabbed his elbow into luke's side as he darted past and scoffed. “ Pick up the pace you limpdick nerd !” Luke usually enjoyed a bit of abuse but josh’s words and actions were more hurtful than they should've been. Perhaps it was because Josh's actions caused a ripple current effect causing him to be bullied by other jocks as a result. At least back in high school, all those verbal attacks would ultimately lead to his satisfaction. “ Run maggots run! If I see any of you fall behind that's 20 points dropped from your grade !” Nike bellowed with enough volume to wake up the nation. Nobody knew who he was trying to impress with his cheesy drill sergeant routine but he never broke character. He gripped a bag filled with who knows what and revealed an evil smirk. “ Alright boys and girls, it's time for a little game of Dodgeball.” The bag dropped to the floor and a swarm of dodgeballs spewed out. A cacophony of groans and cheers echoed throughout the room. Ryan pumped his hands into the air like an overgrown child and flashed a mischievous smile. “ Hell yeah! I haven't played that since middle school. “ Ignavius sighed and folded his arms. He hated practically every form of physical activity and dodgeball was certainly one of them. He was always picked last and made sure he was one of the first to lose to get it over with. Luke was mostly apathetic about the situation since he was a well-rounded guy and could handle himself fairly well in the game. Nobody, however, felt as strongly about the game as Josh did. It was the only time he could pummel other kids in class and get away with it. Plus he knew all the best jocks would be on his team so victory was assured. “ Time to play ball.”

[Light swearing and insults.] [1] Upon the witch’s hour, twenty-five year old William Carver sat alone in his room; waiting. Waiting for what? He had always asked himself as he stared out of his window at the lit streets below, the small Albertan town glistening in fresh frost. Sighing, William sat back in his chair, his medium length chestnut brown hair falling off of his shoulders. His steel grey eyes glanced over at his standing mirror, admiring the carpentry in the hand-carved horses that made up its frame. Mona never did like mirrors, she always told me they were portals to hell. I find them fascinating. His thoughts drifted back to when William was a child and he was living with his cousin Mona Archfield. “Come on Mona! It’s pretty!” William, ten years old, handing Mona a silver hand mirror. Mona shook her head and looked at the mirror in fear like there was something inside of it. “Will, get that away from me!” She screamed before running into the house, crying. William, to this day never knew what she saw in that mirror to this day, because she never told him. Her reasoning was; I don’t want it to come back. A loud thud caught William’s attention and he looked over to where he heard the sound. His eyes scanned the area of his pile of dirty clothes, a large box of random electronic cords and broken consoles. His eyes fell on a large stereo that had tipped over from having items piled behind it. Willam shook his head before looking at the time on his iphone. 2:45 am. He knew that he needed to get to bed, he had work in the morning. He was not looking forward to it at all. He hated seeing his boss and his co-workers. They kept on poking at him because he was the only overweight worker over at the pizza shop. Everyone else was either toned or a twig, and William could not understand it because he sees all of them stuffing their faces more in one day than he does in a week. With a groan, William stood up and walked over to his bed. When he passed his mirror, he looked at himself. His arms had thinned down since he had started his diet, however they still show some signs of slight chub. His stomach still protrudes over pants, however he can finally see his feet when he looks down. He was still rather large, and just barely out of the obese category, but his effort with his new diet is starting to pay off it seemed. He took off his thick framed nerd-style glasses and set them beside the mirror on a small table before he climbed into bed, pulling the covers up over his head. He closed his eyes to try and sleep before his alarm went off at 7:30 am.He knew tomorrow was not going to be anything special, so he did not hurry himself into dreamland. The ovens were beeping like crazy when William stepped through the rear loading door of the pizza place. His uniform was clean and ironed as always, not like the manager even notices, and William was carrying a large folder into the office. He set his laptop bag down beside the office chair and set the folder in front of the company’s computer before clocking in and getting to work on calculating all of the sales from the last three weeks. I wish they would get their heads out of their asses and hire a professional accountant. William thought to himself as he started typing the numbers in the Microsoft Excel spreadsheet. He had gotten through ten of the twenty one days on the sheet before he heard the ever familiar screech of his General Manager. “Mister Carver!” William looked behind him to see Gladys Hawthis, General Manager of his workplace. She stood five foot zero and looked like a dried up prune that had miraculously grew bones strong enough to hobble. Her beadie brown eyes stared right into William’s soul as the grey-haired goblin like creature hobbled forward and placed a blue folder on the desk on top of the accounting folder William was just working on. “Oh miss Hawthis, I do hope your weekend was--” “Shove it sweet talker! Explain to me why there is three thousand dollars missing from the safe!” Gladys sneered, looking over her horn-rimmed glasses at the taller male. William blinked and thought for a moment before checking the documents. “Alex took the money into the bank last night it seems. The documentation is right here as well as the bank receipt for three thousand dollars.” He said, showing her both the handwritten form and the bank receipt. Gladys snatched the papers with her willow branch fingers and stared at the papers, holding them so close to her face William was hoping she would get a paper cut on her eyeball. “You’re off the hook this time Carver.” She growled, tossing the papers over her shoulder as she walked out. “Thank-you ma’am.” William replied, picking up the papers before putting them back where he found them. “Don’t push your luck, now get those numbers done before the big boss gets here. And I want them perfect!” She screeched the last word before slamming the door to the office, knocking a lot of the books and binders off the shelves. William sighed and got to work, ignoring the fact Gladys was talking very loudly about him to another co-worker. One of these days I am going to tell that hag where to shove her crooked ass bird beak of a nose. Four-thirty pm rolled around quite fast, and William was helping customers in the front. He had his back turned to the counter grabbing a box of freshly made pepperoni pizza for a customer when he heard the door open with the familiar ding. “I will be with you in a minute.” He said in a very welcoming voice. He turned, handing the customer their pizza and giving them their receipt before turning to the one who had just walked in. William stood there, his eyes unblinking, he was in shock. Standing before him on the other side of the till, was a 6-foot tall, red haired male with emerald green eyes and fair skin. The other’s hair was short and slightly messy with very neat side swept bangs. He was toned and looked like he could be a movie star. The man was wearing a pair of half-framed silver glasses, a thin pleather jacket, tight jeans and a dark shirt. William did not think to look at the male’s feet, his eyes were fixated on the other’s kind and strong face… “Gladys Hawthis.” His voice was smooth, there were no harsh undertones or hidden malicious words, it was music to William’s ears… “MISTER CARVER!” Then the screech killed the moment. Gladys walked over, her face twisted in a furious ball of whiskers, wrinkles and warts. William jumped and looked over at her, a little bit frightened. “I am so sorry sir, William here is a bit slow in the head.” Gladys said, looking to the redhead across from the counter. The other chuckled, looking at the small woman. “That is alright, now I do need to have this meeting with you if that’s alright Gladys.” He replied, walking to the open employees only entrance to the back. Gladys followed him after shooting William another glare. William stood there confused as he watched the two disappear into the back. “So, you got the hots for the head honcho huh fatty?” William sighed and turned around, looking at his blue-haired punk co-worker. “He is too amazing to be the owner of this shit hole Jake.” William replied, taking a cloth and starting to wipe down the till area. Jake laughed and pulled out a small pizza from the warmers. “Maybe, but he is the owner. And there’s rumors going around about him.” Jake said, taking a piece of pizza out of the box, letting the cheese and pineapple slide off like a guilty pleasure. “Oh?” William was curious about this rumor. He had just seen the guy and already, there are rumors popping up. Jake leaned over and whispered into William’s ear. “He don’t like fat idiots.” Jake then took a bite of the pizza right beside William’s ear before walking to the back laughing. William rubbed his ear, disgusted before going back to work, a definitive scowl on the young man’s face. Gladys and the boss have been talking for about an hour now, I wonder if he-- William shuddered at the thought of those two--ew. William had logged out of the cash register, letting Brice take over. The dark skinned youth was the only person in that place half decent toward William, but William knew that it was only because the kid barely knew english. With a relieved sigh, William clocked out in the office before grabbing his bag and walking toward the loading door he has familiarized himself with. He had been entering and exiting through this door for five years now, still wondering why he hadn’t quit three years ago. William had just opened the door when a hand was placed on his shoulder. William froze, his heart jumped into his ears as he stiffened. Oh shit, oh shit, oh shit. “Let me give you a ride home” That voice--. William turned around to see it was the boss. The man’s touch was as gentle as his voice, maybe more gentle. His expression was soft and kind; genuine even. William could only muster a nod as a response. The other smiled before opening the door for William. William walked out, everything seeming to become a blur as his heart started to beat abnormally. He was soon sitting in the other man’s car. He was still in shock at the kind gesture. “Where do you live?” His boss’s question snapped him out of his thoughts. “Uh. 53 2nd Avenue.” He replied. The car was soon in motion, driving out of the back alley and onto the well lit roads. “I’m Ripley.” William blushed. He was not too sure how to reply to that sudden introduction. “Rilliam--I mean William. William Carver.” He stuttered, blushing from embarrassment. Way to go dipshit. Mess up your next response and you’ll find yourself being laughed at by the first hottie that works at that damn sleeze joint. Riley chuckled, turning the corner onto the main road of the city. “It is very nice to meet you. Gladys has told me very interesting stories about you. How you always show up late, never get any work done and always steal from the register.” William was enraged hearing what that troll had been saying about him. “That lying little pint-sized devil! I have been working my ass off for that weasel for five damn years, doing the accounting work and payroll work that she should be doing. I’ve been arriving early to do prep every morning and leaving late every night so I can close up, and she turns around and lies about the best employee she has ever had!” William blinked, realizing he just said all of that in front of Riley. Smirking, Riley patted William on the arm. “I know, I have watched the footage.” William blinked and looked over at Riley. “Then, why did you…” Riley pulled up to William’s house. “To see if you would rat her out.” Riley said, laughing a bit. In disbelief, William grabbed his bag and opened the car door. “Thank you for the ride, Riley.” William said, before getting out of the car. “You free on saturday?” Riley asked. William blinked. Did my boss just ask me out? I haven’t had a date for three years. What if I screw this up? Damnit. “Uh, no...I mean yes, I’m free, Nothing planned.” He said, blushing and looking at the other that was still in the car. “Great, I will come pick you up around six?” Riley said smiling. William nodded, his cheeks flushing bright red. “See you then.” William whispered, closing the door. Riley drove off, leaving William outside of his house. William turned and walked toward his house, his head swimming. He was in disbelief at what had just happened. His heart started to flutter and skip as he opened his front door. He entered his house, closing and locking the door behind him. He put his bag on the couch before going up to his room, undressing so he could take a shower. He had the next three days off, including saturday, so he did not have to worry about dealing with Gladys and Jake before his big date. So was it actually a date? It could just be a friendly drink with the boss. Maybe he was trying to get to know William? “That would be a date.” William whispered to himself. He passed by the mirror in his room to try and find some comfortable pajamas to wear to bed after the shower, it had already struck nine at night, and William was feeling very tired. On his way back toward his bathroom, he did not look behind him at the mirror. If he did, he would have seen a silhouette in the glass staring at him with bright white eyes.

An obvious discontented face was painted on his face but the boy remained silent. Instead, he picked up the bag and slid the slings made out of hemp rope into both shoulders. The boy, at the young age of 16 was the prince of the usurped kingdom of Asloan. “Prince Jeha of Asloan - No.”, the speaker, whose words were met with cold sweats of fear of all listeners, paused. His eyes and lips formed into a squinting curve. His hands reached for the boy’s head and patted it like a pet dog. “Jehai, the exiled. Be grateful you are kept alive. Live your life full of gratitude and never take a single step inside this kingdom. Next time I see you, you will not be spared.”, the speaker turned around and walked away. The boy could never take this kind of humiliation. In the past, if someone offended him, he would be presented with the offender’s head dripping with fresh blood. Summary: Nikolai's story from Haunted Fate Status: Finished Warning: Still a littles difficulties with english, sorry enjoy ! *** He asked himself what he seeing. He didn't understand it. He heard laughs. Especially one that he was so fond of. When he entered the place, his mind tried to understand what was making his eyes shudder. When he finally understood his blood turned icy, looking at the worst thing ever. His fated mate, the only one who he given himself since three days ago was kissing another man while a woman was sucking him off. And even more were coming near him, all so happy. His mate had his eyes closed, like he was on a spell. And the one who said that is a sorcerer ironic huh. Suddently Nikolai feel lost. Like he didn't know where to go. What he should do in this situation, leave ? go inside and kill everyone painting the walls with their blood ? or asking why he was not enough ? what did they have that Nikolai didn't ? experience ? No. He wasn't going to do that. Certainly not. He took a step back but his mate heard him and opened his eyes. He was looking right into Nikolai's eyes. With an expression so blissed that it feel like his heart was transperced. Goemon smiled langourously at Nikolai like he was inviting him. And he did since he held out his hand. All the servant looked at Nikolai then, and they knew. Somehow they knew what was going on in the sorcerer head. Their eyes went round and took each a step back. The woman who was on his knees, Helen didn't even look at him and continued what she was doing. Nikolai felt his rage boil, what an idiot he have been. Goemon 's face held a little confusion but disapeared when Nikolai went toward him helding also his hand out. Nikolai looked into the eyes of his soul mate so serene and took the bracelet who sealed his heart to him three days ago. Goemon's seemed so happy when he received it, when he heard that it was proof that Nikolai loved him. He took it slowly, never leaving the eyes of the one that was destined to him. He should have know it, Nikolai would never have his happy end, never. How could he with a King Fae who sleep with all his kingdom man or women ? He thought that since Nikolai was his fate mate, the man would stop. Apparently not. Nikolai congratulated himself for not saying that they were destined. "Nikolai ?" Even his voice was beautiful. Nikolai took a step back ignoring Goemon's confused face. He turned around and suddently knew what he should do. It was like a lightning, an idea who was not from him for coming so suddently. He would have though it was a spell if he was not the stronger sorcerer of the world. He heard Goemon get up and Helen falling abrutly with a cry. He heard Goemon calling him again and again, but he didn't stop walking in the corridors. All the servants stepped aside from his passage, he feel like he was transforming into something else and the windows showed that he was right. His eyes were completely black without even a once of white and his veins emerged through his skin taking on a macabre color. He Thought his hair was silvering but he didn't stop to look closer and was finally out of the castle. He still didn't stop his course, going toward the gate leading to the earth of humans. "Nikolai where are you going ?!" Nikolai heard Goemon run toward him but it was too late. He activated the gate, Goemon couldn't do nothing except watching him go. All of this was the fault of the Nemesis. Why, but why did he have to help that vampire stupindly God look alike back then. Because of that mistake Nikolai had to go the Fae world to hide from another dangerous vampire, Zitao. Who wanted his death for betraying him. He never entered this part of the Fae world before, only the littles where cute littles Fairy lived reclused since forever because of the nature flighty of all the Fae. At first they didn't accept the presence of Nikolai but when they knew that he was not a Fae -and a virgin- they immediatly accepted him. He didn't know how the King of the Fae world knew he went to visit them from time to time, the fairy part was not his, maybe he had a spy ? Because when he heard that Nikolai has problems, he send two Fae of his personal guard to invite him personnaly. He should have said no. Now he was heartbroken, angry and deflored. "DON'T DO IT !" Nikolai turned toward the voice without look at his face. Goemon was hidding his crotch with a towel, his sword still attached to his waist. "Don't run away, tell me what is wrong !" It would be misplaced to laugh, right ? "Why aren't you looking at me ?" Silence. "Close the gate Nikolai, we have to talk." Talk about what? they didn't feel the same, was Nikolai so unlovable for his soul mate todeny him? "Look at me Nikolai for God's sake ! don't go Nikolai come back !" he held out his hand, he was trembling. Nikolai looked at it and smiled. He has suddently a memory of their first night toguether. Nikolai was feeling so shy, so unsure of himself. Him, the great sorcered and Prophet was scared to not please his mate because he was inexperienced. Goemin just held out his hands and lead him to bed. So funny. He had to laugh out loud. But the sound came out wrong like he was crying or wounded, maybe he was. He heard Goemon take a breath "Nikolai.." Nikolai didn't want to hear anymore, he covered his eyes with his hands. His soul was hurting, he just wanted it to stop. "My love don't cry, come back to me we can talk" he held out his hands , he finally whispered "I love you." Nikolai stopped crying and looked finally at the eyes of the King. They were bright with tears. Wait did he ? did he really love him ? "Come to me my love, let me embrace you. Let me wash away these tears." Nikolai didn't feel sadness or hurt anymore. He just wanted the arms of his one and only lover. So held out his. And a pain pierced him so hard in the stomach it almost feel real. The shocking cry almost broked that the King did proved it right. Vampire 's warrior came out of the gate, eyes bloodied and sword in hand. They discovered where Nikolai was hiding because he left the portal open. A sword was still in the body of Nikolai and he looked at it like it was a dream. "Nikolai !" Nikolai looked at the King. He was sparring with a vampire, and more were coming through the gate, it was going to be a massacre. Unless he stopped it, He could feel his soul leaving so he made it quick. Because i'm Heartbroken by a Fae, Because i'm stabbed by a Vampire. My carnal body will die. "NO !" cried the King Fae. But one day The first one created will be back. And him and his partner will avenge my death. No more war will be declared, Because Nemesis will be our King. And with that Nikolai fell off the cliff. He heard the King shout, it accompanied him in his descent and he smiled. Because even if he spelled himself to be resurrected if his descendant when to see him, he had no family. And the shout of his soul mate was the last thing he would heard. *** He opened his eyes and looked at the sky. He didn't feel his body anymore and he didn't know how much time has passed since he'd fallen. But he heard voices. It was the littles Fairy. "Look his body want to heal." "But he can't, living in the Fae world weakened him." "Then what should we do ?" "Bur.." he tried to talk but the blood in his mouth keep him from doing it "Hide my body. Bury my corpse..no one should know where i rest." "You don't even want to live ?" Nikolai closed his eyes whispering in a broken sound "I can't live without him." He heard the Fae guards approaching, and their King shouting his name. How could he share that man ? never. "Hide me from him..until forever." END.

It was in his locker, the note short and sweet: I'm glad you're alive. I love you. Goodbye. *Conan doodle* Kaito stared at the note dumbfounded. How had he found him? Hakuba making the connection was obvious. He knew Kuroba Kaito, Conan had never met Kuroba Kaito. Had no reason to know he even existed! Then his expression settled into a deep frown as the words themselves sank in. The confession was...cute and interesting, but hard to really focus on, overshadowed as it was, by what followed. Why Goodbye? Did his little detective never intend to see him again? The last time he'd seen the child detective had been that last heist... Conan had seen him get shot... Now that he thought about it the detective's expression as he'd fallen from the roof when the bullet hit him had been...horrified devastation? Gods, he must have thought KID was dead! Had he started searching for KID's real identity after that to assure himself he was alive? But why Goodbye? "What do you have there Kuroba? A love letter perhaps?" He was brought abruptly back to himself by Hakuba's teasing inquiry. Drawing on his poker face, Kaito gave the detective a shit eating grin. "As a matter of fact, it is! No need to be jealous Hakuba, your books will go out with you anytime!" Stuffing the note in his pocket and ignoring Hakuba’s sour expression at the, admittedly rude, response, he turned and headed for their next class. Why Goodbye? The question haunted him for the rest of the day. Why had Conan bothered to track him down to make sure he was okay only to leave him a confession which, he wasn’t sure how exactly to take considering the apparent disparity between Conan’s physical and mental age, and a goodbye. Was he bored of the chase now that he knew who he was chasing? At one point the paranoid thought that Conan intended it as a farewell warning that he was turning him in now that he knew KID’s identity crossed his mind, but he shook it off quickly. For one thing Conan didn't play that way, for another he probably had about as much concrete evidence to prove Kaito was KID as Hakuba had. Which, as far as Kaito could tell, was none. And it wasn’t for lack of trying. Although Kaito did sometimes wonder if Hakuba was seeking proof more for his own self-satisfaction and gratification than any real desire to put the current Kaitou KID behind bars. Kaito sighed and buried his face in his hands, trying to ignore the nervous glances from his classmates and the worried glare from the detective behind him. He supposed he should probably stop moping, he was being pretty out of character. He'd even dropped his poker face for Pete's sake! Was he really that concerned about the little detective? He supposed he was. The thought of future heists without the boy was already making him feel lonely. By the time the last class let out, Kaito was once more wrecking his usual pranking havoc. And only a certain detective noticed his heart wasn't really into it. "So how about you tell me what that note really was?" Hakuba demanded as they left the classroom. "Whatever do you mean Hakuba? It's exactly what you said it was." Hakuba looked skeptical at that. “Then why do you look like someone just told you your dog ran away?” Kaito blinked and gave him a disbelieving smirk. “My dog? Last I checked I didn’t even own one. I thought you were the detective here, you don’t even know that much about me? Really Hakuba, you’re slipping.” Kaito snickered. The detective frowned, but before he could muster a response, he was gasping in sudden pain, in sync with the instinctive clutch at his shoulder where the broom handle Kaito had just dodge had hit him rather soundly. “Stupid Kaito! Stop dodging!” Aoko demanded, swinging again. Of course this one was no where near Kaito by the time it came down and Hakuba was further preoccupied barely avoiding another, possibly more lethal, blow. Noticing this, Kaito took off down the hall, drawing Aoko away and effectively shutting down any further chance of interrogation. All things considered, he was actually feeling very appreciative of Aoko’s disruption this time around. Now all he had to do was find some way to placate her so he could go home. Sick and tired of agonizing over it, Kaito decided to start the best place he could he think of, a new heist. He was overdue for one by this point and with his wounds mostly healed, not to mention the approaching full moon, the possibility of luring out his favorite little detective was just the icing on the cake. Of course he took pains to make sure there was more than just a chance that he would show up. He made sure the media was all over it and the invitation was indisputable. Anything and everything he could think of to make it clear he wanted Conan there. But at the end of the night as he stood waiting in the highest vantage point, checking the Emerald Tear in the moonlight, the only ones to show were Hakuba and Snake. This time it was a clean escape, no injuries. He’d worked on his anti-snake magic a little during recovery and even Hakuba had left the heist unscathed. The next day at school had Kaito even more restless than he’d been the week leading up to the heist after getting Conan’s note. It really wasn’t like him to ignore such a blatant invitation. And it didn’t take another heist for Kaito to know he was going to have to take a more direct approach to finding his little detective. It also meant he needed to seriously consider the possible implications of Conan’s absence and the meaning of his goodbye. For instance something could have happened to him. He could be hurt or dead. Kaito frowned at the notion. However, the very presence of that note suggested he was alive and well at least up to the day it had shown up in Kaito's locker. So that would mean Conan had known he was in danger... Really not liking that line of thought, Kaito tried to consider other possibilities like Conan could just be avoiding him for some reason, possibly embarrassment? That was… actually pretty plausible he supposed and really not that hard to pull off when they'd rarely met outside of heists to begin with. The last possibility was that Conan had gone somewhere. Probably far away, with no certainty of return... Hadn't he heard something about Conan's parents being in America? Although it was much more preferable to the first possibility, he really hoped it was just the second. And if it was, all Kaito needed to do was pay a visit, wasn't the little detective staying at the Mouri detective agency? However, a quick canvas of the place while it's occupants were out, showed no signs that a child was still living with the famous detective and his daughter. That certainly didn't bode well for possibility number 2. It was starting to look like his best hope was that the little detective was simply no longer in Tokyo. All the way on the other side of the world was better than dead. He liked his chances of finding Conan in America, better than trying to find his way into the underworld. He was just leaving after having left a few well place bugs, when Mouri Ran returned. She was on the phone, and the mention of a certain someone had Kaito stopping in his tracks. “-Conan is doing? I’ve tried calling him and my calls don’t go through. Did he get a new number? He’s still in contact with you right Shinichi? Tell him to call me.” Realizing she was going to see him if he stayed any longer, Kaito slipped out, but he felt a bit more accomplished now that he had a new lead. He was pretty sure she had to have been talking to Kudou Shinichi, the recently returned Modern Day Holmes. He was pretty sure Conan had referred to him before as his cousin, and he had a feeling that if anyone knew what had become of his little detective, it would be his famous detective cousin. With that in mind, he sent out a private challenge directly to the High School Detective himself. If anyone had bothered to ask, Kaito would have had to admit he rather enjoyed the challenge and the chase. Shinichi’s brain obviously worked a lot like his younger cousin’s, and it almost felt like he was facing off against the younger detective again. It wasn’t long before Kudou Shinichi had him semi-cornered on the roof. “What are you playing at KID? Why directly challenge me of all people? I'm a homicide detective.” Shinichi asked him warily. He had a strange look on his face, an expression that Kaito just couldn't place. Sighing, the thief made himself comfortable, sitting perched on the low wall that enclosed the roof space. “Relax detective. I'm not here to hurt anybody. I just want to ask you about your cousin… Conan. I want to know where he is. Why he's stopped coming to my heists even after I've taken such care to invite him.” ...And the meaning of the note he'd left behind. Not that he was about to mention that to the Modern Day Holmes. Shinichi fixed a searching gaze on KID, trying to discern his true intentions. The Phantom thief had made no attempt to contact or reassure "Conan" of his wellbeing before. Heck, he probably hadn't even given the child detective any thought until Shinichi had left that note in Kuroba Kaito’s locker. So why did KID seem to be so intent on finding him now? Shinichi still remembered that night with terrifying clarity. He’d started the night feeling quite happy. Haibara had told him earlier that day that with the help of the data they’d retrieved when they brought down the Black Organization, she’d finally perfected the antidote. He was attending the heist to tell KID the truth about Conan. To tell him he was really Shinichi Kudou and that he was finally returning to his real body. And then just as he’d been about to speak, the sniper had struck. Shinichi had watched the blood bloom across his chest as he’d disappeared over the edge of the roof and hated himself for not doing anything. For not having seen the sniper. For not having tried to stop the bullet… Not having tried to catch him as he fell… He’d waited after that. Put off taking the antidote. Tried to have faith KID had somehow survived, while he waited and hoped for a sign, some indication from KID that he was alive and well. As one week turned to three, turned to a month and more without contact, he’d had no choice but to give up. Haibara was getting impatient and annoyed with him so Conan “returned to America” and he took the antidote. After that, Haibara had kept him close, monitoring his health and managing his dietary needs. Cooped up with nowhere to go and nothing better to do, he’d poured himself into finding Kaitou KID’s true identity. If he was really dead, then at least he could pay his respects, though the thought caught his throat and crushed his chest. Once he found the right pieces, it was surprisingly simple to discover that Kuroba Kaito was not only the most likely candidate, but had also recently been discharged from the hospital following a near fatal gunshot wound to the chest, received during a “mugging.” So there it was, the stupid jerk that had stolen his heart and disappeared was alive and it was too late to tell him the truth about Conan. Shinichi was a stranger to KID and they’d lost their point of contact. It was probably stupid, but the note had been more for himself than for KID. An act of closer since he’d never be able to tell it to the phantom thief’s face. And somehow that had lead to this. With his arms crossed and a stubborn set to his chin, Shinichi finally spoke up. "Conan won't be coming back, and even if he did, he wouldn't want to see you." He was not prepared to suddenly have KID in his face, fingers twisted in his jacket and expression relieved and hopeful as he demanded answers. "So he did go somewhere? Is he Okay? He didn't get caught up in any trouble did he?" Shinichi was taken aback at how obviously worried KID was about his alter-ego, but he was also still seriously pissed. "Of course he's not okay!" Shinichi snapped. "He watched the man he loves get shot off a building and disappear for over a month without even a thought that maybe, just maybe, the person who watched him fall might like a sign that he was still alive and well! The thought never even occurred to you did it!?" KID was quite taken aback by the outburst, releasing the detective and retreating a step on reflex. "I-Is that why he left? I didn't mean to- I mean...I.. By the time my doctor discharged me I was so swamped with homework and my nagging friends I didn't have time to even think about anything else..." His Adam's apple bobbed as he swallowed and looked at Shinichi with the most earnest look he'd ever seen. "Could you just tell him I'm sorry... And that I miss matching wits with him?" The detective shook his head. He was really trying hard to stay mad at the thief, but he made it so hard. Why did he have to sound so sincerely sorry? And now the thief looked so upset mistaking the gesture for a refusal... "Grr, why do you make it so damn hard to stay mad at you?" He demanded rhetorically. "Okay fine! Anyone else you ask is going to tell you that Conan has gone back to his family in America. In truth.. he's still here. If you can find him I'll let you repeat that to his fa... Well to him, in person." Shinichi finished with a carefully calculated smirk. It was weird. For one thing, for a guy that was away undercover for the last two years bringing down a large criminal organization and barely ever home, Shinichi Kudou was awful emotionally invested in his cousin's emotional state. How well could he even really know Conan? But what really threw Kaito for a loop was why would Conan tell everyone he's going back to America with his family and then stay in Japan? He opened his mouth to ask something about it and stood gaping at the high school detective. That smirk! He knew that smirk! Suddenly a lot of things Shinichi had said made a lot more sense. "You... C-Conan? But how?" The smirk widened into a bright smile that Kaito couldn't help but adore. Oh man, how had he not realized it sooner? "I am pretty impressed you figured that out so quickly KID." Shinichi admitted happily. Kaito smirked in return. "Well of course, I'd know my little detective's smirk anywhere." It didn’t hold up long however, the smirk falling away to what used to be a very rare look of earnestness. Gods, when had he let the detective get so deep under his poker face? “It really just isn’t the same without you around Co- uh... Ku… Can I just call you Shinichi?” he asked awkwardly. The detective crossed his arms, looking like he was really considering the request. “If it means I can call you Kaito, then by all means.” he conceded. “There’s just one problem KID.” he added, shifting his weight and suddenly looking nervous. “I know you saw my note… Coming from a child it probably meant nothing to you… but…” He hesitated, then took the plunge, figuratively speaking. “But I’m not a child KID, and the feelings I have for you would complicate a close friendship.” Kaito stared at the detective for a silent moment, then answered like it was the most obvious thing in the world. “Then date me Shinichi!”

16+ Bringing Puppy for a Walk [Teaser] FF7 Vincent/Sin [Mild BDSM]
Vincent posted a topic in Anime/ Manga
My Fiance is working on a Fanfic that is Yaoi based with Sephiroth/OC & Vincent/OC with an 18+ Theme, this is only a mild teaser of one of the couples in the Fanfiction and wanted reviews and opinions if it's something people would be interested in and possibility of it being a Doujinshi. Note: Mild BDSM - Sin is a Power bottom/Uke ------------------- “Awe come on puppy, it’s just a walk…” “Not happening…” Most of the time, he couldn’t tell what the young scientist was thinking. Moments ago he’d quietly been sitting, away from all the commotion, reading a book and taking a breather from the daily commotion of living in this place. Now, he was trying to convince a, for a lack of better description, crazy scientist from parading him around on a leash for a ‘walk’. After some ‘convincing’ he normally succumbed to Sin’s other-wordly fetishes, but this one just wasn’t floating his boat…It was quite literally sinking it. With Sephiroth and Kei quite possibly wandering the halls of the manor, last thing he wanted was for Sephiroth to have something new to laugh at… This was the custom since he’d fallen prey to the devious little blue haired boy. Sin wasn’t going down without a fight though, much to his dismay… Honestly, Sin figured there would be no convincing Vincent to amuse him. It was all part of the plan though, the more he resisted, the more he had reason to attempt to ‘convince’ him with his little tricks, most of which he had equipped to his belt, the items kept well hidden by the back of his lab coat. Contorting his face in a pathetic pout, in attempts to tug at the raven haired man’s heart strings, Sin leaned forward, flicking his lollipop with his tongue so the stick would move over to the other side: “But I’m bored… I’m sick of working, amuse me.” Vincent’s eye twitched at the look Sin was putting on, keeping his clawed hand clung to the arm of the recliner he perched himself on to submerge himself in his book- which he quickly brought back to his face to create a wall between himself and the convincing look of his beloved “Master”: “I’m sure there’s something better for Master to do.” “Oh?” Sin’s free fingers reached out and plucked the book from Vincent’s grasp without giving time for the other to notice the movement. Closing the book swiftly, he glanced down to the title of the novel, then set it aside: “So, reading about a Chocobo Farmer’s daughter who gets kidnapped, then gets rescued by a Slum boy whom then falls in love with her, and discovers about all the terrible experiments they put her under and has to find a way to reverse them before she gets brought back to her father- but ends up failing, and having to live with the guilt of being unable to save the girl he fell in love with, as she took her own life when they couldn't find a way to reverse the horrible effects, so he takes revenge against the kidnappers who harmed them in her honor and then commits his life to working for her father, whom lived in only his daughter’s company before the incident, is more interesting than spending time with me?” He blurted out the whole plot in a single breath, then looked genuinely hurt, giving puppy eyes at his pet… Who knew very well that it was not genuine at all. Gods, did he hate it when he did that… “What do you have planned, Master?” Vincent groaned out, an annoyed look on his face while leaning over to the side to rest his head into the palm of his good hand, fingers curled in his raven locks, swearing that he could feel a headache coming on from Sin’s games. The pink eyed boy only leaning in close again and removing the lollipop from his mouth: “Are you accusing me of Mischief pup?” Vincent’s eye twitched at the pet name, then twisted in disgust when the lollipop Sin had removed from his mouth was stuck into his own, though he didn’t remove the sweet treat: “When isn’t Master up to mischief?” Sin gasped dramatically, bringing the hand with the leash handle looped onto it to his chest in a pained manner: “Me? I’m as innocent as a new born Chocobo.” The raven haired male only perked a brow at the mannerism and words his Master spoke. Looking completely unimpressed with the dramatic acts of the younger scientist who he came to become a pet too… Somehow, he had an attachment to the boy, never figuring it would come to this… “Mhm, had no idea new born chocobo’s walk around with bullets and shackles on their belts nowadays.” The boy smirked in amusement at the response: “They totally do, it’s a new fashion statement for the younglings.” Accidentally getting caught up in their back and forth, even Vincent’s face was growing amused at their witty spats: “So which planet are you from then? Chocobo’s don’t need clothes.” He finally took the lollipop out of his mouth and went to return it to its owner’s mouth. Though Sin shifted the game around, moving so to straddle the male’s lap and cause some ‘discomforts’ to the one sitting in the recliner: “The one where puppies go for walks and stop playing hard to get.” Sin leaned in to the lollipop, grinning at the red eyed male and running his pierced tongue suggestively over the ball candy, eyes fixed on the one before him. “I know what Master’s planning, and my body’s still sore from this morning.” Vincent just went and called him out on it, but it only caused Sin to chuckle at him: “Want me to kiss it better?” There was literally no way of worming yourself out of it, letting out a deep and annoyed grunt. Sin’s hands grabbed firmly onto his thighs, still licking and taunting the lollipop while his eyes remained burning into Vincent’s. Moving them up higher tauntingly, fingers tip-toeing their way up towards his goal, noticing the uncertain nervousness in the black haired one’s eyes. The ex-turk knew where this was going, and he wasn’t…Completely against it, at least, it would be easier to succumb too if he wasn’t still recovering from the mistake of trying to turn the tables in the shower this morning. Worth it? He thought so at first... Sin took the whole candy into his mouth, plucking it from his pet’s fingers and moving back from his position on his lap, crawling backwards and pressing his right knee between the male’s legs and splitting them apart before doing the same with the other leg. Hands moving in on the insides of the legs, rewarded with a grunt from his pet who was finally giving up on fighting him: “Wanna show me where it hurts, precious?” But he would never know, since someone was about to save the day for Vincent. “Sin! I found those documents you wanted me to dig…For…?” The black and white haired Kitsune’s eyes widened at the scene in surprise- cheeks going red. Guess that was the end of this game…-

Devastation Dirt was picked up in the wind as trees bent in this breeze. Light brown hair teased this tall slender boys nose. He looked around to see if anything survived. He saw animals running through the brush. His eyes went back to the long narrow dirt road his parents had traveled on to go to town. They went to town very frequently. It was cold the boy had on a thick jacket with fur covering the inside and around the hood which he had down. Feet took this teenage boy toward the highway. Which was right after the dusty dirt road. “Okay feet! I want to find mom and dad too. But what if they come back.” the boy thought he reached the end of the really long dirt road. Hazel eyes widened in front of him was a puddle of blood. This frightened him so much he ran back into the big brick. He and his family built when he was five years old. Inside he grabbed his book bag filling it with clothes, first aid kit, food and then went on the hunt for his father's guns. “I hope no one is dead” he thought to himself. Sadly he found no guns just the knife his father gave him when boys at school bullied him. The boy ran back down the road to the blood spot. Suddenly he was struck from behind. When his eyes opened a boy was staring back at him. It was all blurry and there was searing pain the back of the head.”oww” the long haired one said.”i had to make sure you had no weapons.you do naughty boy” the black haired one said.” i was scared it is just a knife” the long one said straining to get free.”yeah a knife” the black haired one said putting it up to his neck.”please i was not going to hurt anyone with it that's why it was in my pack.i was scared i seen blood” the long haired one said. The black haired pulled the knife back.”a lot of people are dead. I don't want to responsible for your death.what is your name?” the black haired one said then asked.”Devin” the long haired one said.”my name is marshal” the blacked haired one said. “Marshal can you untie me please” Devin asked.”oh yeah…” marshal started to say more till he seen that Devin was shivering without his jacket.”yeah let me get on that” marshal said Devin's breathing was ridged.marshal could see his breath Devin's lips were turning blue.marshal quickly untied him wrapping him in his jacket. “Is there any more food at your house”Marshal asked.”y-yes” Devin said shaking his eyes almost closed.”wake up Dev”marshal said Devin opened one eye so marshal picked him up.”we need to get the rest of the food so we can survive” marshal said.”okay”Devin said closing his eyes again.”wake up i need directions” marshal almost screamed.”down the dirt road”Devin said marshal ran down the road.”Devin the brick right” marshal said looking down Devin was passed out. “Damn it well the door is open we will go inside” Marshal said going in seeing pictures of Devin everywhere.”this is the right house alright” Marshal said to himself laying Devin on the couch in front of the fireplace. Marshal wrapped him in blankets then started filling his bag with food.he found matches so he started the fireplace.”warm up Devin i don't want your lips to be blue” marshal said then went into a room that had a huge bed in it and one dressed. He searched the drawers to find dirty pictures.marshal took the clothes that where men's.then went into Devin’s room grabbing more of his stuff.when he got in the living room Devin was still asleep.”Devin wake up we have to get out of here”marshal said Devin opened his eyes. “Did you get everything we need?” Devin asked sitting up arms in his lap. “Where are sleeping bags and blankets” Marshal asked Devin pointed to the closet behind him. Marshal took a lot of blankets and all the sleeping bags. “Can you stand?” Marshal asked watching him. “Yeah” Devin said trying to stand up his legs were shaking. So Marshal put his arm around his waist to help Devin stand. “Put your jacket on okay” Marshal said as he helped Devin put his arms in the sleeves then Devin zipped it up. “Let's go” Marshal said impatiently as they went out the door. “Ahh! My head hurts” Devin said with his hand covering his forehead. “Hold on to the door i will be back” Marshal said Devin grabbed onto the door for support. Marshal went back inside grabbing the pain meds that were on the kitchen counter. When he was walking back out the door they heard a scream in the distance. “We should really go find out where that is coming from” Marshal said putting Devin on his back giving him the medicine. Devin put the medicine in his mouth as Marshal ran back to camp. There was a red haired caught in a trap.Marshal put Devin down on the ground grabbing the knife lunging at the boy. “Ahh! no please” the redhead screamed. ”Don't” Devin yelled at Marshal making him stop half way. “He is tied up he can't hurt us” Devin said. “Who are and what do ya want?” Marshal said pointing the knife at him. “I am Scotty and i just wanted to see if anyone was here” the redhead said. “I don't trust you” Marshal said to Scotty looking at Devin’s head. “Sorry about that” Marshal said to Devin. “He is bleeding Marshal” Devin said Marshal looked at Scotty. “Crap” Marshal said standing up going over there pinching his neck putting scotty to sleep. Then he cut the rope off of Scotty’s leg then wrapping the wound. “He wasted a good trap” Marshal said with a scowl wrapping Devin’s head wound.

I have no clue where it will go too, I’m trying a new writing style and I hope it reads well, and of course I hope people will enjoy the story, this time I might add a bit of more smexyness. PS, I do have Dyslexia so please don’t be to hard of me when it comes on mistakes ^^ Enjoy , RebelH Klance – The Heart Wants What It Wants Keith woke up not remembering much of what just had happened, he looked around him as he was in an isolated place within a dessert. One moment they tasted the sweet victory and the other moment they got separated as the giant wormhole got disturbed by dark magic of the witch. Now Keith was all alone at what supposed to be a temple, he looked up as it was magnificent, the temple had all colours of the rainbow which scattered all over the surrounding area, its light source came from the moon, a big moon. Then Keith realized he wasn’t in his Lion, and it was nowhere to be found, he started to look for it and as he walked around the temple which seemed to take forever he heard a voice “Don’t worry Keith, your Lion is safe” Keith looked around “who is there?” then he suddenly saw some sort of spirit in front of him It was Lance, the spirit was white yet you could see the colours faintly reflecting in it, it looked with a gentle smile at Keith who was flustered by what he saw. “Lance?” he stuttered “no Keith I’m not lance, I’m the desire of the heart, the person you love the most, the one you most care about, I’m what the heart wants the most” Keith looked beet red just now, just like a little kid which porn books where found under its bed and had no explanation whatsoever. “What do you want? And why do you take the form of, of, of” Keith didn’t looked so sure anymore and just said “HIM” The spirit grinned a little by seeing the teenager being so flustered about this, it smelled like a pure spirit like itself. “Don’t worry Keith we don’t care about your love interest, gender or race, here everyone is equal every soul is pure and every soul is free” Keith looked at the giant temple and the desert with all its beautiful colours, the sky full of shining stars, and his eyes became wet as he just realized he wanted to see this with Lance. “Where am I?” Keith looked at the spirit which represented lance, the guy he secretly loved. The spirit smiled gentle “Follow me” Keith followed the spirit which changed colour every time it was touched by a ray from the temple, the temple was really big and once inside Keith couldn’t believe his eyes, he saw all sort of creatures, and he saw his Lion. Keith couldn’t be happier by seeing it, he started to run towards it not minding the little creatures he almost stepped on, one made a fist and shouted that he had to watch out, but Keith didn’t mind. Once he was by the red Lion he saw it was as new, allot of creatures where working on it, inside and outside. The red Lion seemed very relaxing as it was at home and Keith could feel he was very content with its treatment it got, after the big fight against Zarkon it was servery weakened but now it looked brand new. “This place was once build by the great great Paladins of old, even Zarkon doesn’t know of its whereabouts. It’s a safe haven for all creatures who are on the edge of extinction” The spirit clapped with its hands and in a flash could see the whole world or rather worlds, it was like a galaxy within a galaxy. Beautiful forests untamed mountains oceans as deep as the sky was high, and every part was filled with trillions of unknown species. It was like going through a movie, it was breath taking and Keith was overjoyed with excitement. “this is the legacy of Voltron Keith, this is what Zarkon is looking for, not only Voltron itself is a weapon which could bring the galaxy to an end, it can also rebuild it, and like a lock with a key, Voltron is the key and this is it’s lock Keith, this is the end but also the beginning, this is nothing and also everything” The spirit looked down at Keith who was dazzled by the information he just absorbed, he sat down next to his Lion, he looked at the spirit, his heart skipped a beat, because it was Lance he was looking at, but this Lance was so pure so beautiful, the normal Lance was arrogant and annoying, it was so different from what he knew. “So where is the rest?” Keith looked around expecting the rest to be here as well, but Keith could tell from the sadden face of the spirit it wasn’t like that “Come with me” the spirit said Keith followed the spirit once again leaving his Lion in the care of the small creatures with pointy ears and a pointy noise, he felt reassured that the connection he had with the red lion made him feel everything was ok. While walking through the temple Keith’s mouth fell open from all the new things he saw, so many creatures doing all sort of things. They paid no mind to the young paladin as they were too busy with their own daily lives. “In here” the spirited pointed towards a room with a big mirror inside of it “This mirror will show the location of your comrades, we will provide you with everything you need to gather the Paladins once again, but only you can see where they are, no one else can see what you see Keith, not even me” Keith looked inside the mirror, it took a long time before he could see something in it, the image was blurry, but there he saw it. It was Lance and it didn’t looked too good, Lance was frozen within Ice on a planet where the sun wasn’t shining. Lance eyes where closed and his hand was in front of his heart, his other hand was forming some sort of sign, Keith looked at the spirit with frightful eyes. “I need to go now, Lance is in big trouble” Keith eyes became wet again and he started to cry when he looked into the mirror again, he just hoped he wasn’t too late. His heart was as fragile as ice when it came down to it, he didn’t want to lose the love of his life, not without the chance of ever telling Lance his true feelings. The spirit understood as it knew what the heart wanted, and so Keith was about to be send off to one of the most cold places in the galaxy. To be continued

Hijack - A good boyfriend Hello everyone, this is my second Hijack story A good boyfriend. The reason why I wanted to write this was because I had this idea in my head for a very long time but never had the courage to actually write it! Because of my dyslexia I always thought i would be bad at writing, then a couple of years ago before I came on tumblr I came across a certain persons tumblr, and the stuff he wrote touched my heart. and he was and his still in the Hijack fandom, and so I got attracted to the Hijack fandom. Now I have been writing my own fanfic and that one is currently on hold and so I got some time to write another Hijack story. Sorry for the first chapter being so short, but this story is kind of hard to build up well, it’s a dark themed story and I hope you will like it. I always think and believe that love can take many forms, and in this story it will take an ugly yet sweet form, I’m not going to say more as you will need to read it to find out! Thank you very much for reading! A good boyfriend He closed his eyes Only to realize That the light which shined so bright Was quickly embraced by darkness And so he lost the fight Part 1 Hiccup screamed while cold sweat was dripping from his face, he sat down on the bed looking around the room while it was still dark he noticed that Jack wasn’t here with him. He quickly dressed himself as he looked into the mirror he noticed that the bags under his eyes had disappeared. Hiccup walked downstairs to the kitchen where he found Jack “hey love you are up early” Jack glanced at Hiccup “so are you” he gave Hiccup a wink and Hiccup in return became flustered. He quickly grabbed his watch half past eight it said “strange” Jack looked over his shoulder “what is strange?” the coffee was almost done as the sharp sound of the kettle was filling the kitchen “well I thought I had repaired the watch last week but it seems it is broken again”. “Can you light up some more oil lamps please Hiccup?” Jack was busy making breakfast “why are you making breakfast?” Hiccup got stiches and went to the oil lamps “Don’t you remember the whole staff disappeared overnight” Jack sighed while he poured some coffee in the cups. Hiccup looked at his boyfriend as he was making them breakfast ‘something isn’t right’ but his thoughts drifted off as Jack came with coffee “hmmmm it smells nice” Jack looked at him with his usual playful face “Because it is nice!” Hiccup nibbled from the tip of the cup, it tasted really strong “just the way I like it” he thought out loud “I know” Jack responded with a goofy smile on his face. Somehow Hiccup was bothered by Jacks face, there was something odd going on, he couldn’t quite get it, but there was something. They both ate breakfast together, Jack was finished quite fast and as his usual routine he went towards his atelier leaving Hiccup behind. There was this odd sensation, like there was more to it then he could see. Hiccup never really liked this house to begin with, but as late there where these strange sounds. Hiccup started to walk around the house, he noticed the curtains where open which he quickly closed. Jack couldn’t handle daylight well, that was the very reason they bought this house in this god forsaken place. Before Hiccup closed the last curtain he noticed there was this really thick fog outside ‘again’ he thought. The fog crept across the land, it felt like Hiccup was being watched from a distance. But he couldn’t make it out with the fog this thick. Shfffffffffewwwww Hiccup turned around as he had a shiver running down this spine “who is there?” he asked like he was expecting a polite answer in return. Hiccup looked around and around but the hallway was deserted, the only traces where the dust on the cabinets. BANG a door smacked far away in the mansion Hiccup started to run and run, he tripped over some shoes lying around and fell on his face “ouch”. Hiccup stood up as he felt a cold hand on his neck “HOLYYY” Hiccups face turned white as a sheet. “Relax it’s me” Hiccup turned around and saw Jack standing behind him “what is all this noise about? I’m trying to concentrate” Hiccup looked into Jacks blue eyes “I don’t know jack it’s just that I thought I heard someone”. “Heard?” Jack looked worried “are you going mad or something?” Hiccup brushed off Jacks hand and looked pissed “I’m not going mad thank you” he looked at Jack as he could see a sense of relief. “well try not to make too much noise I’m trying to paint” Hiccup sat down and looked at the oil lamp which was flickering heavy, the light was dancing on the face of Jack “I’m sorry” while his eyes where transfixed on the black figure behind Jack he closed his eyes and looked again and now the figure was gone. It felt like they were trapped inside this huge mansion, with this thick fog which wasn’t about to leave. Hiccup was sitting in the window at the attic looking outside. How could everyone just disappear on them? They knew that Jack needs them in order to paint, Jack hadn’t made any painting since. Hiccup hated this forsaken place, he was tired of waiting for new personal to arrive but he also knew he couldn’t leave Jack behind in his condition. Hiccup stood up and walked back to the stairs which led to the Attic. Look over there, look over there Hiccups eyes got big as he heard the whispers “WHERE ARE YOU, WHAT DO YOU WANT” he shouted while running downstairs. Hihihihihihihihihi look over there He heard doors closing in a far distance and the sound of the whispers where dying out but still Hiccup kept on running. Suddenly he found himself in the big hall at the front door which was open. His eyes where transfixed on it as the door made a creaky sound as it slowly opened wider and wider revealing the shadows of 2 persons.

IT'S OIKAWA TOORU'S BADOOOO! :In love::Gangnam: So I made this not-so-oneshot oneshot of Oikawa and Iwaizumi! It might be a little OOC though. BUT ANYWAY~ Here it is! Enjoy~~ A Captain’s Duty: An OiZumi Angst Fanfic Birthday Special Fandom: Haikyuu-!! The school was eerily silent. Unlike the previous years when we had returned victorious from another volleyball match, this time we returned with tired and sullen faces from what was now now my last face-off against Karasuno High School at the Spring Nationals semi-finals match. It would no longer be me and my team against that jerkface Ushiwaka but it would be my annoyingly genius junior Kageyama Tobio and the equally troublesome shrimp. A small pang of pain invaded my chest when the ball hit the edge of the net, barely landing on the other side of the court. I thought back to the match against Karasuno and how they scrambled to return my offensive serve. How may teammates would then respond to the best of their abilities tying to keep our lead in the game. They wanted to win, partly for us seniors who would be graduating soon as well as the pride of having to go against the powerhouse where the white eagles soared. However this time, as I send the ball flying to the other side of the court, there would be no reacting opponents, no troublesome jump floater pinch servers, no annoying juniors, no more shouts of encouragement, no more chances to show-off to the annoying junior. Nothing but the plain thud from the ball landing on the shiny wooden mahogany floor. It was when I realized all this that the pain had matured into real tears streaming down my cheeks as the sobs had I had repressed could no longer be contained by sheer willpower alone. “I thought I’d never get to see those tears again.” A deep familiar voice came from the figure standing by the entrance of the gym and bounced of the walls and rang clear in my ears. “Iwa-chan…” “Since middle school?” Iwaizumi had changed from his game jersey to his brown-knit sweater, white collar blouse and mint green slacks and white school shoes. Slung on his shoulder is the gym bag where he kept his volleyball things and on one hand his school bag. I wiped any tell-tale signs of crying but Iwa-chan had known me too well to fall for my desperate attempt at a cheerful face. He stared at me for a while then entered the gym, setting aside his things near the entryway. He picked up one of the balls that were strewn on floor. “Mind sending a few tosses?” I stared at him quizzically before nodding in agreement. I positioned myself somewhere near the net and watched as the ball appeared overhead. I felt the ball briefly touch the pal of my hand. Momentarily, as Iwa dashed for the ball and slammed it down the other side, the scene changed to the last moment of the game. It had been one offensive tactic after the other and everyone, inluding us were holding our breaths in anticipation. The ball was over at Karasuno and they were preparing to volley it back. Hinata had dashed to the net with that devil speed as Tobio began to set. Our blockers were ready, their sights set on Hinata as he lifted himself from the ground. I saw myself run to that certain spot where the ball flew from my hands and out of the court lines. The whistle blew. No one had connected. The score was 26-24 in favor of Karasuno. A invisible weight descended upon us as we watched our opponents rejoice in their triumph. With heavy hearts, we boarded the bus. I looked back but the mere sight of the facade of the venue made my chest clench with unbearable pain. I couldn’t bear the sight of it anymore. None of us spoke on the way back. Even when we got back to school, we said our usuals and bid each other a good day. Only Iwaizumi and I stayed behind. I wanted a few minutes alone and Iwa was kind to oblige. However… “Oikawa.” Iwa stood in front of me, holding the ball in his outstretched hand. When I tried to hold it however, my hands shook violently, suddenly dropping the ball once again. I quickly bent down to get it but I was taken by surprise when Iwaizumi grabbed my right hand wrist and engulfed me in an embrace. “Iwa-chan…” “You owe us ramen,, captain.” I scoffed at his remark as I wound my arms around his neck. “Is this your way of comforting me?” I smiled. He then released me and locked our eyes together. I raised my hand to his face, feeling every shape and every line that made it. His sharp brown eyes and scrunched eyebrows had always given people the impression that he was stern and unkind. But it were with these eyes that kept watch over me ever since. It were with these eyes that understood me and lovingly cared for me when no one else could see me suffering. It was at this that I realized he had spoiled me too much and I had always expected he would continue to do so even on court. So when the flashes of our recent loss came to me head-on, I suddenly felt guilty at thinking that I would be alright as long as he held my hand. I lowered my hand, my smile faded. But he held my face up again with both his hands. “You don’t need to feel indebted at all, Oikawa.” “I’m the captain. It is my duty to lead our princes into victory. Today was no victory. I had failed you all when that ball came my way and I let it fly out of the court.” As the words escaped my lips, more tears trickled down my cheek and onto the hands that still strongly held it. “It was our last chance. Our last show. I wanted us to be the ones to defeat Ushiwaka. I wanted to stand on the Nationals stage. I wanted to keep playing with you all by my side. But because of me, we lost all of that All because of one measly ball I let slip by. I’m sorry Iwa. I’m sorry.” my voice had broken into gibberish I surprised even myself at my ability to churn out those words, even if it did take a huge amount of effort. Shaking, I looked away, unsure of of what face to show Iwa. He would never get mad at me. I knew that far too well. If anything he would be most disappointed at this blatant show of weakness. I could not face him, for I felt like he would let go of me if he saw how weak I was. “GET A HOLD OF YOURSELF, SHITTYKAWA!” I raised my head and looked at him in disbelief. “Wh-what? “Yeah okay we lost. Yes we’re not going to Nationals. But we are not blaming you for what happened. You played your hardest and we simply followed. That was not you alone on the battlefield. We were there too. Don’t even try to put the blame on yourself because you know full well we were fighting alongside you. I told you didn’t I?” He removed his hand from my face and held me close. “A team of six strong players is strong.” His embrace was warm and hot I could feel myself melting in it. I chuckled as I imagined him red to the tip of his ears. He was shaking. Such typical Iwa. But the pain in my chest subsided and the tears had ceased to flow. We didn’t speak for a while and I nuzzled even more. We remained that way till someone else came to shut the door. We had not realized the sun had set and it was almost time for dinner. As we walked home, side by side, we talked about the most random things as well as the things we had to do before we left to the juniors the care of the team. We came to the intersection where we were to part. I was to the left and he was off to the right. For some reason, I had wanted to stay a longer. But I felt like he was spoiling me yet again. I bid my farewell but I stopped short when he called out to me in the same voice that engulfed my entire being, lifting my spirits. “M-Mom’s cooking dinner. Wanna come over?” I smiled and bounded towards him, clinging to him making sure he would never let me go. “ ’Our volleyball hasn’t ended!’ huh?” “Oh you heard that?!”

16+ Because You Are Here (A Kageyama x Hinata Song Fanfic)
chienrouge posted a topic in Anime/ Manga
//H-hello Everyone! I'm Chien and I would like to present my first fanfic for Haikyuu~ It's a SongFic. The Song is Kimi ga Iru Kara by Arashi. Lyric Translation credits to yarukizero@livejournal. Please tell me what you think guys!// Chasing after the tall clouds, we raced up a long hill Leaving the city behind, I wonder how far we’ll go. If we go over the top of it, the wind should change What kind of color was it? Let’s pass the time together Every time your long hair sways, my eyes glance towards you When we realized it, the scattered grains of light had started changing into a rainbows -------------------------------- There was a rustle of grass beneath our feet as we sprinted towards the top of Shinzen High’s Heartbreak Hill for our penalty sprint. For the nth time today, we, the Karasuno Volleyball Club, had lost yet another practice match against one of Tokyo’s power schools and thus was subjected to a lap of uphill sprint before we start our next match. As I neared the top of the hill, a figure relatively shorter than me made his way past me and had reached the top. He stood above me, for once looking taller and more authoritative than he originally is. His tall orange spiky hair swayed to the direction of the wind, and his eyes filled with the same look of glee every time he and I had successfully landed a ball inside the opponent’s court. I reached the top a few seconds after, the rest of the team close behind. “Hah! Too slow, Kageyama!” he said with a mocking tone. “This gives me the first win of the day! Bleeeeh!” “Shut up, dumbass.” I retorted with a smack to his head. “Sore loser. Heh. “ He flashes me the usual smile and suddenly I’m weak in the knees followed by the painful clenching in my chest and then the sudden urge to touch him. I feel my hand, consciously or the other, start to bring itself to Hinata’s face when he runs behind me to play around with the seniors. I am suddenly aware of that hand that had nearly betrayed my emotion. Again, he’s playing with my emotions and as I falter at even the smallest gestures of kindness and unintended friendship, I find myself slowly breaking out of the isolating cell I’ve made inside of me and coming towards the lightly painted scenery where he stood, his hand held out, calling me in the endearing term, ‘partner’. The wind had changed its direction to the east, blowing with it fallen leaves from the very few trees that stood shading us from the grueling heat of the sun. My eyes followed him as he made folly with the rest of the team before heading back down for the next round of games. I felt a hand gently pat me on my back. I turn to see our 3rd year setter, Senior Sugawara give me a complacent smile before sprinting downhill and back inside the volleyball gym. From the bottom of the hill his voice echoed silently in a sing-song way that uttering my name seemed a broken melody, masking the loud thuds in my chest.“Kageyama!” “What, dumbass?” I returned, miraculously managing the quiver in my voice. “Gimme a toss!” The wind subsided and drifting parts of the wind left itself hanging on the side of my shoulders as I am engulfed in a world, fully aware of the lightly painted illusion where all that remained was me and him, our heartbeats in sync. There I stood, motionless, as if my body had surrendered itself to the sweet allure until the strong voice of our captain ordering us to return inside to prepare for the next match shattered the scenery and I return to the distinct sounds of honking horns and the clanking of railroad tracks amidst the chirping of the birds and rustling of leaves. I stared at the spot where he stood, now empty. Hinata had gone back in ahead. I followed suit while drowning in the guilty and rueful thoughts that I could ever be a part of that beautiful illusion. -------------------------------------- Because you’re here, love love love. Keep goin’ on Everything is overflowing with a million colors As I get to know you (Alright) I learn about sides of you (Oh yeah) That I didn’t know Love, love, love you from the bottom of my heart I wanna give you love I wanna give you love. ------------------------------------- Whack. The round gas inflated rubber object flew in the air and was coming down quickly to the other side of the net. The shuffling of feet as the players got into position to defend their territory and to keep the ball up in the air. A hubbub of voices shouting for cover and signals for the ball on their side overpowered the squeaking sounds of rubber soles skidding against the shiny mahogany floor of the volleyball gym. Despite the clamor of noises on all four courts, I could see nothing but darkness and the movements of my team mates as well as my own as we shuffled, keeping the ball in the air and blocking any spikes from the team. I could hear nothing but the fast paced thudding in my chest as I waited. “Kageyama, we leave it to you!” Captain Daichi’s yell seemed to come a good ways from me, even more than I’m usually accustomed to. However, I heard it knew what it meant. The ball was coming. I quickly moved to my setting stance, somewhere a bit in the middle of the net as my eyes followed the movement of the ball now rapidly coming down on my hands now prepared to toss. There was a sudden rush of adrenaline, blood coursing violently through my veins and a great ache in the back of my consciousness now starting to recall the time where there was nobody around to receive my toss. There was a slight shiver, a sort of hesitation in my hands considering a dump, despite knowing the futility of that move. We were losing, and I couldn’t afford to lose another point, despite this being just a practice match. The right thing to do was to toss it to someone, anyone and pray that the block would not be enough to stop the attack. But what if no one was there to receive it? Gimme a toss, Kageyama! The darkness in which the scene replayed itself quickly vanished along with the sound of Hinata’s rubber soles leaving the floor as he positioned himself at the top of the net, ready to receive my toss and guarantee us a point. My muscles throbbed underneath my flesh in reaction to the ball hitting my palm as I sent it flying to Hinata’s direction. From my rear view, I could see a two blockers ready to shut out Hinata’s attack. I hold my breath, awaiting for the loud thud that comes from the ball landing. The ball stopped exactly where I had wanted it to and with a full swing of his arm, Hinata sent the ball straight down to the left corner and then landing, bottom first as the whistle blows, calling IN, earning us a one point lead. From our side came the rapid-fire shouts of glee and simultaneous ecstatic hurrahs and words of praise from the entire team. Watching from the benches, Coach Ukai gave us his own shouts of cheer as we returned to our positions and prepared for our round of service. Hinata came up to me and gave me a strong whack on the back and went on ahead. As I looked at him from behind, my chest swelled From it,sprouted the unknown feelings that never seem to go away no matter how hard I tried to bottle it up. Maybe it was me getting cocky. Most probably it was the feeling of competence, that someone was now finally able to return the tosses. And maybe it was comfort in the knowledge that the rift I had created long before I arrived in Karasuno would cease to exist. Was I silently being cheered upon from the shadows, like a mother who looked to her child, wishing that one day the bonds he created would send a million colors flying towards the heavens creating the lightly colored scenery he had so desperately wanted to be a part of? “Gimme another, Kageyama! We’re on fire today!” “Yeah!” His sing-song voice traveled from across the court and rang in my ears, sending tremors down my spine. I put up a face to conceal the obvious red spreading to the tip of my ears. How dare he be cocky when he can’t even defend during mid-air battles. And yet he was, along with his simplistic attitude of looking forward instead of dwelling on the things that should have been, garnering strength from weakness. Everyday is a relentless battle to keep up with him and thus the struggle to remain above him continues. This isn’t middle school anymore! I’ll stand with you, on the same court! I’ll be the one to beat you! Time and again, he would proclaim to me his noble desire to put me into place despite knowing the limitations of his abilities; constantly remind me that middle school is far behind us, that we are a team, that we are ‘partners’. That day, I saw nothing except for the ball and myself upon my throne dressed in regal purple but nonetheless devoid of my followers. That scene replayed itself on numerous occasions. And when it did, the numbness I felt that day accompanied by the cold gush of isolation would begin to swallow me up until his voice picked me up again, prompting me not to wallow in my own sorry existence. And then I’m riled up all over again. He’s not just stupid, he’s a fool. Nevertheless, believing in him, letting him walk with me; letting my heart waver at every sight, touch and sound, doesn’t that make me thrice the bigger fool? ----------------------------- Tired from playing, your smiling face was dyed in the twilight We’d been running around like little kids Even if the magic fades as the sun starts to set We’ll never forget the memories of the dreams we had ------------------------------ The sun shines gently down on you drying your tears The words we’d drawn in the sand will disappear too. We entrust our wishes to the approaching waves There was a great big sigh of relief when the coaches called it a day, telling us to go wash off and have dinner. At the call of dinner, Senior Tanaka, one of our second year regulars as well as wing spikers, Senior Nishinoya, our regular second year libero, and Hinata bounded happily out the door and dashed towards the men’s bathroom with Senior Bokuto, a senior ace player of Fukurodani and Lev, a giant first year middle blocker from Nekoma following closely behind in an attempt to get to dinner first. I stayed behind with the rest to help clean up. The cleanup went by quickly so by the time I could no longer control the growling in my stomach, I excused myself and left for the bathroom to wash up before heading off to dinner. On my way there, I spotted Hinata standing at the top of Heartbreak Hill under the timely shade of the tree. The sun had started to set and the sky was letting off an orange glow like giant flames randomly shooting in all directions. As the wind started to pick up, I realized that my feet had taken a detour towards the hill, unconsciously drawn by the unusually serene figure standing alone his eyes fixed on the still strong glow of the setting sun. I stood beside him facing the same direction yet he did not move or flinch and simply allowed my company. For a while he stood, until his legs gave out and took a seat and reclined on the green grass. I followed his movements then locked our eyes with each other. I remained standing, taking in his entire figure. He was slim, with slender legs and his arms extended wide while his fingers added the extra width. As expected though, he wasn’t all that tall. His face was thin and pointed at the chin and the smile he wore made his smile seem to reach the back of his head. His deep orange eyes were the color of the flames of sky, but much brighter, like the sky was the misprint of it. There was stillness and silence between us, as if the clock of time moved slowly. It was a silence that neither one of us wanted to end, like being together like this seemed like the most normal thing in the world. “I thought you had gone ahead with the rest to dinner.” I said breaking the precious silence. He gave a small chuckle. “I finished up quickly to catch this. It has a soothing effect on you.” As if you could ever be calmed. Not you of all people. Suddenly, a tear formed in the corner of his left eye. Startled, I knelt down as my hand, the same hand that had moved to touch him the morning, brought itself to the tears now constantly streaming down his face. He swatted my hand away and covered his face with his. He silently sobbed as I sat there unaware of what to do. This was something he had never done in front of me before and it was something I never expected nor wished to see. I thought my heart would stop if his tears would not cease flowing. So it was a sight of relief when it did. I touched a finger to the bottom of his eye and then cupped one side of his face. His eyes grew wide and as the flesh in my palm felt him shudder, I quickly withdrew my hand, blushing. He sat up and I looked away, afraid of what he might say. I tried to explain myself but spoke only obscure words. My hand had betrayed me. My heart was beating wildly in my chest, blood flowed rapidly through my veins and my mind was blank, devoid of all reason. Suddenly, life left me and traversed to a parallel dimension, losing all grip on reality as Hinata looked at me with expecting eyes. I had taken a bold move and it seemed like it wasn’t the time for that. Yet my hand moved on it’s own. And betrayed me of it’s own will, knowing I had been holding back for so long. ---------------------------------------- Together with you Love love love, If we could stay here like this It seems like the hands of the clock will come to a stop Next to your side (Alright) I can’t hide anything from you (Oh yeah) Because you’re here, Love love love you more than anyone ---------------------------------------- “S-sorry, just now. I wasn’t...uhm...” I managed to get out. My hand betrayed me. “Hey, did it feel nice? Kageyama?” He spoke to me softly, but with the same cheerfulness. “Holding my face, I mean.” “W-what?” “I mean, this is just probably me but I’ve been noticing you trying to reach out to me nowadays. I figured you wanted to touch me. But I never understood why. I guess I was right, huh?” he spoke rapidly, but I could hear literally nothing, like my hears had subconsciously blocked out all the sounds, muffling these and making them almost indistinguishable from gibberish. Time seemed to stop as I took in the words that came out of him, my brain’s gears started to move as I had realized the gravity of the situation. His eyes remained parked on me, as if studying me like an experimental mouse waiting for a chemical reaction. I shuddered as it began to sink in that all my hard work trying to mask my feelings, pretending I could care less about the overwhelming pain in my chest every time I had the urge to touch him, had all been for nothing as he had known all along the many chances I had and thus the many chances I let slip by. I knew I had to get out of this situation somehow. The heavens must have heard my plea when Captain Daichi with his strong tone of reproof, echoed through the now dark skies. He reminded us that there was a meeting in a few in the club’s room. I sprang quickly like a jack in a box and scrambled down the hill as fast as I could in hopes that my long legs would put a great distance between us. Since we got back to the rest house, I had spent nearly every minute trying to avoid him. I made sure he wasn’t in the bathroom when I’d be in, or I’d avoid times where it would just be me and him. We had the meeting then we prepared for bed. When we were assigned bedrooms, I hadn’t been the least ecstatic about it after finding out that Hinata and I slept in different rooms. It was an incomprehensible feeling of frustration. For the first time since training camp started, I have never been so happy to be in separate rooms. Tonight, I took the liberty of going to bed early, hoping to get up early to catch the last Tokyo sunrise I would experience knowing full well how busy we would be once we get back home. Everyone else had gone to the open baths where they were, for sure fooling around with the other teams we had been practicing with. Once, I had wondered how everyone seemed to get along just fine despite knowing what we were to be once we step outside the training camp and onto the real court. We would be enemies fighting for a spot in the national tournament. Senior Bokuto would most likely be his usual goofy self during the real thing, but when it came down to it, he would be ready to crush our puny team and guarantee that spot for their team as is expected of the Ace of Fukurodani. I’m pretty sure Captain Daichi would have done the same. Somehow, the idea of having a connection with these amazing teams off-court made me feel relief, mysterious as it may seem. As I was walking to the room with cold coffee in hand, I thought I saw Hinata in his hapi coat, walk out the main door of the rest house. It was dark and the clock read 8 in the evening. I had thought he was off to get something for those still in the bath. I ignored it and continued walking down the hallway while admiring the beautifully tended garden with its ponds glistening with the light gleam of the crescent moon, the taciturn satellite moving slowly across the sky, the wind once again blowing strong while the bonsais that stood upon tall stools scattered around the small courtyard leaned to the direction where it blew, the leaves dancing up and down. I got back to my room which was unsurprisingly empty, sat down on my futon and in my bag rummaged for the book I had brought for the trip and buried myself in it and in the warmth of the futon. Only a few minutes had passed when the wooden door slip open revealing Senior Tanaka dressed in a bath robe with a hand towel swung over his shoulders. He looked like he had just gotten out of the bath however his eyes portrayed a sort of panic. I put down the book and asked him what he needed. “Huh? Hinata isn’t here, either? Shouldn’t he be back by now?” I cocked my head in question. “I saw him walk out of the rest house a few minutes ago. I thought he went to buy snacks for everyone.” “Oh, well you see, one topic in the bath had been about out schools and he got curious about what the Tokyo boys’ schools looked like. Said he wanted to go visit them tonight before we leave tomorrow. Senior Kuroo promised to tour him someday but it was Senior Bokuto who quickly handed him a map to Fukurodani, saying the school was just close by. Once he got the piece of paper, he washed off and dashed out the bath. We told him to come back early, or Captain was gonna kick his ass for sure. That idiot’s so gonna get it for sure.” Senior Tanaka let out a guffaw, but I wasn’t amused. I check my watch and it read 9:00. It had been a good 1 hour after I last saw him out the door. Without another word, I threw back the covers and dashed past a confused Senior Tanaka. I struggled against the restricting cloth of the hapi while the wooden floorboards responded to my agitated steps with its own creaking sounds. My breath hastened as I went underneath the door frame and out into the dark streets of Tokyo. All the while, my mind screamed nothing else but Hinata. Where was he right now? How far had he gone? How farther is he gonna go? Amidst all my thoughts, I realized I too had no idea where I was going. All I knew was I could leave no stone unturned until I find him. It was at a park, that I found him lying atop a small mound of grass and looking up the sky, still as a log as if death had come to claim him. Meanwhile my breathing was ragged, and my legs were tired and sore from all the running. Nevertheless, the instant I had let go of a sigh of relief, all the pain and obviously the worry seemed to have vanished into thin air. I walked up towards the mound and stood directly above him, blocking his view of the stars overhead. ------------------------- Everlasting summer days A summer dream for just the two of us Everlasting summer days In my eyes is a sun that won’t set Everlasting summer days Like this, we’ll never say goodbye Everlasting summer days They’re shining ---------------------------- “You had us all worried, dumbass.” “Sorry. I got lost.” “Getiing lost like that proves you’re a dumbass after all.” “What’d you say!?” he jerked upwards, obviously irritated. I set myself beside him, ignoring his snide remarks. “And what about you huh? You don’t know the way back either do you!” I gave him the usual smug face with a shrug of confidence. “Unlike some dumbass who got lost, I happen to have a good sense of direction.” I chided, emphasizing the ‘dumbass’. I had riled him up once again by calling him dumbass. But it was a good thing, I thought. As I was the only who ever called him that. It was my special name to mark him as my own. I had become silent, choosing not to rebut against him and instead poured all my attention in the vast sky. He must have realized I was not going to be speaking for a while and thus returned to his vertical position. His eyes and ears once more directed to the melody of the night. Thousands of white spots decorated the sky with their unique twinkle, like a chorus in the midsummer. It was a clear night sky. There was no longer the sounds of car horns and train tracks but the sound of babes in deep sleep as the bird of night had come out to greet the moon now glowing brightly overhead in place of the once burning sun who had gone to sleep. The crickets sang their mating song as the nearby creek gurgled like a baby who had let out his first laugh. The playground was deserted except for us but the squeaking swing indicated a presence had been here before I arrived. My mind flies back to the afternoon’s event. It had only been for a while, maybe even just a second, but I had pressed my palm against his smooth, soft skin. The sensation of having to touch him was as great was the excitement that with holding the ball, maybe even better. Just the thought of it made me shiver despite the heat slowly spreading throughout my entire body. I had thought of apologizing once again about my unsightly behavior when Hinata beat me to it. “About this afternoon, it freaked me out a bit that I was right in my observations. But it doesn’t mean I hate it. If anything, I was little happy I got it right.” I grunted. “Do you even know what you’re saying, Hinata? How can you even be happy about that? It makes me look like a complete pervert.” “No it doesn’t.” he replied quickly and without hesitation. “It just shows that you want to depend on me. I have Natsuki you know so I have that older brother air around me. So go ahead and touch me all you want, Kageyama!” The last of restraints finally snapped with those words. My mind knew it wasn’t what it was supposed to mean. But my heart screamed so otherwise. As I felt the same hand that betrayed my emotions lift itself from the ground, pulling Hinata closer by the back of his neck and crashing our lips together, all logic and reason had escaped me. True enough, it was a shot in the dark. It was a mere peck. There hadn’t even been any tongue. However the very act was enough to send shivers down my spine was I felt his cold chapped lips collide with mine. It was a mere second, a brush of the lips. But the moment seemed to continue. It replayed in my mind like a broken record that still played so well despite having to play for so long. As we sat together, just silently looking at each other. The sound of crickets and the hooting of the owl reverberated around us. I became aware of the hands that still held his beautiful face between them and the sound of the still loudly beating heart within my chest near to explosion. None of us said a word. It was as if words were not not to enough to explain what had happened; the words were the last thing we needed; that words would begin to describe the feeling of euphoria. Instead, we both let out little laughs. We both had tears in our eyes as Hinata and I brought our foreheads together, closing the any gap that had remained between us as the warmth of our smiles gently engulfed us in a never ending summer dream. -------------------------------- Because you’re here, love love love. Keep goin’ on Everything is overflowing with a million colors As I get to know you (Alright) I learn about sides of you (Oh yeah) That I didn’t know Love, love, love you from the bottom of my heart I wanna give you love I wanna give you love. -------------------------------

--I wrote this originally as a prompt from a 100 prompt challenge. I only ended up doing one because I'm dumb XD But here you go!! The prompt was Trickery!!-- Summary: Trickery is a short oneshot story about a young 19 year old boy who works at his family’s jewellery store who comes face to face with the trickster Luc. Status: Completed Luc smirked, his eyes solely focused on the store across the street, or at least, what was in it. He lifted the binoculars up, his eyes looking across at all the pretty things inside the jewellery store. There were so many, too many to count. But there was one thing that was more beautiful then any other. He watched as a pair of delicate hands placed a brand new ring under the counter, and then wave goodbye to a co worker. The smirk pulled even further at the corners of Luc's mouth. Closing time, the best and most perfect time to strike. He was going to enjoy finally getting his hands on this one of kind little treasure. He finally left his hiding place, however, instead of attacking through the front door, Luc went to the back. He stood, his hands in his pockets as he looked to the locked door. He pulled a hand from his pocket, dialling a number on the phone within it, before bringing it to his ear. “Hello?” A soft voice came, making Luc smirk. “Ah yes, hello.” He started off, dropping his bag from his shoulder. He lent down and began to pull a few things from it. “I'm from Le xxxx. It seems there was a mistake. We sent some new merchandise out, but yours got mixed up with another store in the area.” “Oh.. Is that so?” The voice replied. “The Manager isn't here at the moment, you..” “I'm out at the back door now. I can easily fix this mistake within a matter of minutes.” Luc said, cutting off the other voice. A soft, worried sigh came from the other side of the phone. “Uhh.. That sounds okay. Hold on and I'll be right there.” Luc smiled and waited at the door. As soon as it opened he reached in, slapping a pair of hand cuffs on the slender wrist that opened it. “Such a good boy.” Luc said, watching as the boy staggered back, pulling at the hand cuff. “Now now, where are you going?” He said, pulling at the boy's wrist and turning him around, snapping the other side of the handcuff on the other hand. Luc walked in, closing the door behind him. He released the boy who fell to the ground. The boy frowned. “What are you doing? You can't do this! You..” “So, little dumb one, what's your name?” “M.. my name..? It's Émilien. But.. that's beside the point!” Luc leaned over, grabbing at Émilien's arm and lifting him up, now leading him towards the front of the store. “Nice to meet you. You've been a great help.” Luc sat the boy on the ground as he began to pack jewellery into his bag. He picked up the ring Émilien was holding less then five minutes ago. Émilien's eyes widened. “No! You can't take that one!” Luc smirked, but let the expression fall from his face. He looked over his shoulder at Émilien. “Oh, and why not?” He said, turning to face the other male. He smiled a little, his eyes looking over the boy. Émilien had a worried expression on his face. “Because it's been sold. It's very important, if you take it the store will have to close down. Luc crouched down, reaching out to caress Émilien's cheek and brush his pretty, long blonde hair behind his ear. His own dark eyes stared into Émilien's sky blue ones. “And why should I care about something like that?” Émilien continued to look up at Luc. “Take anything, just not that ring. I beg of you!” Luc smirked just slightly. holding the ring up and looking at it. “So.. What if I don't take it? What will you give me in return?” He asked, looking back to Émilien. Émilien looked confused but began to think quickly. “I.. I don't know.. Anything you want!” Luc nodded. “Anything, huh? Well then, what about.. a kiss?” He said, one hand on the ground as he leaned in close to Émilien. Émilien's cheeks blushed intensely. “B.. but I'm a guy..” He said softly, stuttering as he spoke. Luc looked away. “I guess the ring isn't that important then.” He said about to stand up. “NO!” Émilien shouted. “I.. I'll do it!” He said, a determined look on his face. He faced forwards, closing his eyes and pouting his lips. Luc shook his head, reaching up to grip Émilien's jaw, parting the boy's lips. “Not that kind of kiss.” He said, pressing his lips against Émilien's and then parting them. Émilien's eyes widened when he felt Luc's tongue slide into his mouth. He tried to pull back, only to have Luc pull him close. It wasn't long before Émilien gave in submissively, returning the kiss. Luc reached down with his free hand, placing the ring, a key, and a note into Émilien's hands. He broke the kiss, looking at Émilien's blushing cheeks. “I never thought you'd taste this sweet.” He said, now standing. “Thanks, I had fun.” Luc turned, now beginning to walk off. Émilien sat there, completely shocked and confused, the blush still on his cheeks as he stared at the back pack full of jewellery Luc left on the ground. “Y..you tricked me..?” He said, looking to Luc who was already out of sight. He unlocked the cuffs and stood, running out towards the back door. He stepped outside and looked around, Luc no longer insight. Émilien raised a hand to his lips, touching them softly. “But..” He said softly, his free hand gripping to the piece of paper. He looked down at the note, now opening it. “Name's Luc. Lets meet again soon, my little treasure.”

Here is my first Fan fiction about Jack and Hiccup, once upon a time with me, the song used for this text is Once upon a time with me from James horner. Well I hope you guys will enjoy it.:Sleepy: Chapter 1 Well readers are you sitting comfortable? Then I will begin… this story begins many many years ago, when the earth was created, when spring summer autumn and winter where brought to life. In a blink of an eye a whole new world came to existence, as beautiful as mother earth herself. The oceans and the forests, the valleys and desserts, The plants and the animals it was all created by her hands. Even the details where incredible just like she was. From big to small and from flesh to bone, love and hate, sadness and joy. Everything was made by mother earth, not one of them existed before her, and so she made them exists. And so this is where our story begins. Snow as far as the eye can see, on top of mountains on top of houses and snow in the valleys and in those valleys were lakes, frozen lakes and they reflect the light of the moon, they moon who always watched over the night. The moon who made the light dance on the frozen lakes. Everything the moon can see is crystal white, and in the middle of this all stood a boy, a boy who was wearing a blue jacket and brown pants and carried a wooden stick with him and let’s not forget his white hair, like it was painted in the colour of snow. This mysterious boy was the true gem of winter, every year this boy would come and go to wherever snow was falling, from east to west from north to south. And yet there was one village he hold dear the most, this Village in this snowy valley somewhere deep in the forest of the northern continent. He was always waiting there, waiting for the one he loved; once upon a time they were together. Because he believed they could be together, but as the winter became spring he had to leave him behind as he could only be where the snow would touch his feet. This would make the boy sad, as his heart desired to stay, but he would always come back to the one he loved. And therefore he knew that there would always be a new winter, and so he could return to the one he loved, like he did for almost a century. Until once upon a time the one he loved was no more, a new winter came and yet he wasn’t there. He waited and waited, as days become months, months became years and years became decades and decades became centuries. Until he could no longer remember the face of the one he loved, it became a dim memory, love will always find a way to return but it was so long that he could no longer remember. Still he waited, every year he came back. But as his time stood still for him, it kept on ticking for everything around him. And so he saw that the village was being abandoned over time, houses fell into disrepair and eventually became dust of time itself. He waited and waited until he even forgot for what he was waiting for, and so he would no longer come to the valley where he learned to love where he learned to live. Until that day, until once upon a time; he would be fated to meet him again. To meet the one who will melt his heart, the one would definitely turn his heart to spring until that day the boy who was cloaked in the jacket of winter had to wait for his spring to come. The breeze felt good, Jack was flying circles between the mountains and the forests, the air was so refreshing end the smell of pine trees were a true blessing. Yesterday he was in one of those big cities and the air there was so nasty that he needed to bath twice to get the smell off his body. He really didn’t know how humans could live in such a trashy area. Although Jack was having so much fun being mischievous, as he knew no one could see him, therefore he could play all kind of tricks on people. And there reaction was always fun, so much fun that he even forget about the smell altogether. It never grew boring but sometimes he would love to share these moments, to share them among others, but deep down he knew this would never happen. After a long flight away from the big city he decided to stop and flew down to this on this old oak tree. The view was magnificent; a big green forest with snow on top of it, the snow sparkled in the moonlight. The forest looked like it was made out of jewels, truly breath-taking. Jack stared and stared somehow this place felt familiar; somehow he could almost tell that he was here before. He was wondering if he had been here before, sometimes he saw flashes of a person, it felt so warm and good. Jack got tired and decided to take a nap, he looked around and found a big branch on the oak tree, he lied down on it and looked up into the sky, he saw falling stars, and in that moment he wished he could remember. After watching the heaven for so long, he fell asleep among the starry sky. In his dreams he saw him, but who was he, like it was on the edge of his tongue. If he could only see more then this persons shape. Jack couldn’t even remember his name; all he knew was that he wanted to be with him. If he only was here with me, here among the snow among the starry sky, to see this magnificent view. In Jacks dreams he was always with him, Jack always felt so sad to wake up because he didn’t want to leave him behind. If Jack just could reach out to him but this person became distant all of sudden, Jack started running towards him but it was fruitless, everything went black and then BAM. Jack woke up and noticed his legs where above his head “oh I must have fallen out of the tree” he mumbled. Then Jacks visions became clearer, and he saw two big green eyes staring at him, the person spoke to him which surprised jack. “Hey dude don’t go sleeping in a tree” he looked Jack over “are you an idiot or so”. Jack looked at him with surprise, what he said with a bit of embarrassment. “You you” Jack stammered “you can see me?”, The person who was still looking curious at jack “Is this some sort of sick joke he said”, He looked now angry at Jack “of course I can see you, you idiot”. Jack was for loss of words as he didn’t expect such a reply. He stood up and looked him over, somehow Jack remember this face as it almost felt like a puzzle falling into place “is your name by any chance Hiccup?”, the person looked surprised “ Yes but how do you know my name?”. Jack smiled a cheeky smile which made Hiccup blush. “I don’t know” he said “somehow I just know”. Jack hearts started to beat faster as he kept looking at him. “And what is your name” Hiccup asked with an annoyed undertone. “My name is Jack” he said with a big grin, “where are you from because I have never seen you in these parts before” Hiccup asked while wondering how someone could survive with such little clothing. “Uhm uhm from Amsterdam” Jack lied, he really didn’t remember where he came from. Hiccup looked him over with this suspicious look “Amsterdam he” he said,” never heard of it”. Jack was getting nervous all of sudden “ Hehe” he laughed it off as it was just a minor detail. Jack wondered why this person could actually see him, this had never happened before or so he thought, but maybe it did. “You want to come over to my place” Hiccup asked “I mean I can’t leave you out here all alone”. Jack blushed “sure I would love to”. And so they both walked into the forest and towards Hiccups home, they left the big tree behind Jack quickly glanced back at it wondering why he felt so strongly connected to it. While making their way through the forest Jack saw all kind of things he somehow recognized, then he started to look Hiccup over and somehow he recognized his face, but he just didn’t remember from where or when. Jack knew from deep within his body he felt a feeling rising telling him it was ok, that the once upon a time has come to be. It didn’t took long before they arrived at the house, it looked cozy and pretty old and Jack couldn’t really make out of what the roof was made off underneath all that snow. Still he didn’t remember it being here. As Hiccup and Jack walked towards the front door which was painted in a dark green colour. Hiccup opened it, it creaked underneath its weight. They got in and Jack never felt this warm for a very long long time, it looked warm too it made Jack heart melt. There was a big fireplace at the other side of the door, it was burning. Jack looked surprised as he saw something big and black lying in front of the fireplace, It was a big cat who easily could go for a sabre-toothed, the cat had also big lime green eyes and a pink nose. It looked at me with a boring face and it yawned and went back to sleep. Hiccup noticed me staring “don’t mind toothless he doesn’t really like to share”. Hiccup showed me around the house, it was definitely bigger than Jack expected. It had a nice kitchen in an old delves blue fashion style and it was often used ‘he must cook here allot’ Jack thought. The living room had a nice big carpet and a big couch which you could easily drown in as it looked real soft. In the corner was a bookcase full of antic books and scrolls. In the corner was also a desk with some of the books lying open, but you could easily see every book was handled with care. There was also a small television but it was turned off and there was some dust on it too. Hiccup waved at me and told me to follow him up the stairs, there were 3 rooms one was the bathroom and one master room with a big ass bed in it and the last room was a small one a small bed and a big ass wardrobe.” Yeah I have allot of clothes” hiccup mentioned when Jack was staring at it ‘you wouldn’t say’ he thought. Hiccup pointed at the small room “So you can sleep here tonight if you want too”. “Thank you that is very kind of you” Jack said with a happy face, which made hiccup turn around to avoid making eye contact. “Well if you please would be so kind to enjoy yourself now I want to take a shower” Hiccup walked towards his own room and before closing it he added “ afterwards you can take one too, then I will start making some dinner”. Jack was thrilled by hearing this “Sure thing” he replied and went downstairs ‘how long was it since I have taken a shower’ It was a question Jack rather didn’t want to think off too much. Jack crashed on the couch thinking about this encounter, in his whole life no mortal human could have ever seen me except for him, Jack was cracking his head over this as he couldn’t remember it at all if there was ever such person, he just had this warm fuzzy feeling when he thought about the past, about this mysterious person. Jack was so lost in thought that he even didn’t noticed anymore that the big had moved away from the fireplace. As Jack stood up and was about to move he suddenly felt something really heavy on his back. It was toothless who jumped on Jacks back and wasn’t about to let go, he decided Jack was some kind of plush toy to play with. But he was so big Jack couldn’t stand up anymore and fell onto the ground and suddenly toothless was on top of him. ‘oh lord’ Jack thought ‘I’m doomed’, he looked real angry and those big lime green eyes were about to pierce a hole right through Jacks chest “please have mercy” he said on a begging tone, but at that moment his mouth opened, Jack immediately understand why he was called toothless. A big tongue came out and started to lick Jacks face, it became very slippery, he tried pushing toothless off him with no luck “please toothless this is enough”. Then suddenly toothless jumped off him and while doing this he kicked Jack in the nuts which made him go al teary ‘damm man thus hurts like hell’ Jack was about to cry his lungs out when he saw Hiccup standing at the stairs, with only a towel. Jack screamed inside him and instantly he forgot all about the pain. Because he saw this glorious sight, a body full of freckles, slender legs and his hair was wet and sticking to the back of Hiccups head. Jack started to blush ‘mustn’t get a nosebleed mustn’t get a nosebleed ‘ Jack chanted in his head. Hiccup noticed Jack staring and looked at me “you pervert” and quickly went back upstairs, but Jack could clearly see that behind his ears he was red as a beef. After that glorious moment Jack decided it was his turn and went into the shower, he hadn’t showered in quite some time, I took baths mostly outside in lakes. Somehow he could never tell if it was cold or hot, but for some reason he could tell it now. The image of hiccup was burned into Jacks memory now, somehow it aroused him to no end, Dam those freckles where sexy. Jack started to get fuzzy warm feelings inside which of him which he couldn’t explain. Somehow he really wanted to get some relief of the tension building up but didn’t knew how, ‘oh my fucking god’ he thought, Jack couldn’t even remember when the last time was when he had jacked off. He tried to think about how the towel would slide from hiccups hips and fall onto the ground, ‘really jack having such impure thoughts of you host’ he thought by himself while being a little ashamed of himself. Jack tried to image kissing him when suddenly “JACK COME DOWN DINNER IS READY”. Jack jumped out of his skin almost of fright, like he was committing a sin. Jack was totally absorbed in thought as he dried himself off and put on the pyjama hiccup had planted for him on the sink, to wear. It was red with white dots on it ‘I look like the eastern bunny now’. When Jack walked downstairs he felt a kind of embarrassment about what happened before, but he decided to not let Hiccup notice. He went to the table and sat across hiccup who was looking at him, those big green eyes following him all the way from the stairs to the table which made Jack bit nervous. Jack quickly looked at the table and what was on it, Hiccup had made some kind of stew which was looked delicious and Jack was hoping they taste would be too. While putting the stew on his board Hiccup said “I’m surprised but toothless seems to like you Jack” Jack at that moment looked over at him while trying to push down a big chunk of meat down his throat. Hiccup ignored the fact that Jacks eating patterns were rather tasteless “he never was the kind of cat to appreciate others beside me” Hiccup said. Jack almost chocked on his meat “Yeah I was surprised too you know” Then it went silent, Jack looked at him ‘I need to say something, but what to say’ Jack was nervous and thought he needed to say something to break this silence. So Jack decided to ask the obvious “do you live here all by yourself” Jack was slightly curios about this answer now. “No I don’t live here on my own” Hiccup said “I got Toothless”.” That is not what I meant” Jack tried to rephrase the question “I mean don’t you got any family?”. “No” Hiccup sighed “they died when I was 8, car accident” Jack looked Hiccup over and was about to grab Hiccups hand but could hold himself “I’m sorry” he said, Hiccup looked at me and sighed again “don’t worry about it I have learned to live with that fact”. “And what about you” Jack looked surprised by hearing this question “ where are your parents?” Jack was quite shocked by this question, he never had really thought about this ‘the only mother I have is here’ Jack thought while looking out of the window. “ parents” Jack said with a broken tone “I don’t think I have them”. “What!?” hiccup said “everyone got parents even you do” Jack didn’t really had an answer for that ‘he definitely could not say the earth was his mother’ Jack wondered and thought of something quick “I can’t seem to remember them”. Hiccup looked at me with a sad face, ‘to have never known your parent is a cruel fate’ he thought. Jack decided it was time to change the subject of the story “so why do you live all the way out here “he asked. “Well for instance I like the quietness it is easier for me to study here” Hiccup instantly replied, as you can see I’m a professor in history hiccup said while trying to eat away some potato purée. Haha Jack laughed at him as he was making a frowning face trying so hard to get it through his mouth. As Hiccup tried so hard to get it into his mouth and swallow it he looked me over and then laughed too. “oh my god car crash” Jack pointed towards the view in Hiccups mouth, this made them both even laugh harder. Jacks heart must have skipped a beat when he saw his face now it was my turn to become red as a beef. Hiccup noticed but decided not to say anything, because even if he would have wanted to say something, his mouth was still full of potato purée. As the evening went on we talked about allot of stuff, somehow Hiccup made me feel at ease but he also had given me this warm fuzzy feeling. Somehow Jack had experienced this feeling before; he just couldn’t point it out where or when. It became late and Hiccup said he needed to go to bed because tomorrow he had to give a lecture at school. We both went upstairs, and almost out of nowhere Jack wanted to join him in his bed. Hiccup looked at me with surprise but then pointed towards the other room “your bed is there silly”. Jack quickly went towards the guest room. As he lay there in bed his thoughts where elsewhere. In his head this phrase kept repeating but oddly enough the phrase was something he could not recall to any memory, somehow Jack knew Hiccup but why couldn’t he remember. Jack suddenly opened his eyes as he felt a presence, he looked around but it was dark, then suddenly across the room he saw 2 big glowing lime green eyes who looked at him. ‘man toothless you almost scared me to death’ Jack kept looking as Toothless was sitting there for a moment. Then Toothless decided it was time to hit the bed and he walked towards the room where hiccup was sleeping. Jack decided to have a quick peek too, as he went to his room he saw that toothless was now lying on the end of the bed, he looked at me and started purring, Jack caressed him. then Jack stepped sidewards and stood over Hiccup, he was sleeping soundless. Jack looked and looked and every time he got warmer and warmer and his heartbeat went up and up. Then suddenly on impulse Jack kissed Hiccup on the forehead, he then quickly withdrawn as he saw Hiccup frowning again, then he turned on his side. Jack went back to his own bed. He was surprised of what just have happened. It almost felt like as if he had kissed Hiccup before. Then suddenly out of nowhere, like daylight in the darkest night he remembered the phrase in his head. Come away, come away And your heart will understand Yesterday flies away But tomorrow’s in your hand Come away, come away There’s a place that it can be That you can be like once upon a time With me Once upon a time, we were flying Once upon a time, we were free Life once let us go as far as we could go Always remember once upon a time with me Jack cheeks became wet with tears, he couldn’t control it any longer. Now he remembered the face , this beautiful face he had forgotten for so long. Once upon a time is now he thought. And all those tears where not falling because he was sad, they fell down out of happiness. Because somehow he felt he had been given a second chance. Jack didn’t know what to do with this or how to handle it all he knew was that he was very happy. And with these thoughts he fell asleep.

Well welcome back to my new thread for my rewritten chapters Stranger In Japan. I really hope you will be able to read it more easier now. I'm still working on my grammer and way of writing the story so please feel free to leave feedback. I have completely rewritten chapter one now and also added a prologue. Every chapter is written with a song in mind, so to feel the emotion of that chapter, put on the song if you want too. Well Enjoy The prologue doesn't have a song with lyics, it's just a soundtrack, it's from batman begins. Prologue: Corynorhinus This story begins somewhere on an Island in the Kingdom of Holland. On this island stands a big Chestnut tree also known as the Chest of Promises, It is a glorious sight to behold among everything else, just like a painting it truly is magnificent. This tree is not just an ordinary tree, it is the oldest Chestnut tree in the world, and legend says it is more than a thousand’s years old. This tree has watched over many things, many souls, many hopes and many tragedies. And this story is no exception, were love and hate is just two sides of the same coin, so tragedy and fortune, it’s a thing line. And even with all the knowledge in the world, no one can foresee what the future hold. Especially of those who are cursed with being identical. A summer breeze was playing with the branches of the big Chestnut tree; this tree was a glorious sight, like a masterpiece in a magnificent painting. As the breeze blew ono of its leaves off the branches, it lifted upon the wind and got carried over the fields which were filled with tulips, red tulips orange tulips, white tulips, blue tulips and even pink tulips, just as far as the eye can see only tulips and between these tulips was a road which was leading to a big mansion. And on this road 2 children were running like their life depended on it. They looked identical, but still one was really faster than the other. And they kept running and running like they didn’t had a care for the world. They wind blew thought there bleach blond hair, their eyes were focused on each other and they didn’t noticed their surroundings. Like they were floating, skinny and light, as if they were eloping from every worry in the world. “hey slacker” Airia shouted it with a sneering undertone, “who are you calling a slacker” Eirie shouted “you of course silly”. Eirie let himself fall onto the ground “this is stupid, I’m not build to run” Airia stopped and walked back to Eirie and reached out to him “come on don’t be a cry-baby”, “I’m not” Eirie whimpered and grabbed his brothers hand sd he pulled him up “there you go”. We’re almost there Airia said, the tree of promises, if you make a vow here you will have to keep it until you die “I don’t believe in such crap” Eirie shudder as he was out of breath “where do you keep finding these nonsense stories”. Airia slapped Eirie on the back that led to a big “Youchhhh” Hahahahahaha “dad tells em Airia said. Eirie looked Airia over “Something is odd I can feel you are acting different these days brother” Airia looked surprised by hearing this “what do you mean with different”. “I get the feeling that you are keeping a secret from me” Eirie looked concerned now “you can tell me Airia we are brothers right, your pain is my pain” he said while laying his hand on Airia chest, on the place where his heart was. The wind was getting stronger now and more leafs where falling down, and more birds where chirping now too. This uneasy atmosphere was growing and Airia quickly smiled “no there isn’t anything Eirie” he laughed now “you are just a worrywart” he then said but if you are worried let’s make a promise. “A promise?” Eirie looked confused “but why?” Eirie looked at him as he took Eirie’s hand out and showed him his hand and told him to do the same. “just a pinkie promise” and Airia and Eirie crossed there pinkie’s “let’s promise that we will never leave each other sides, that we always will care for each other where ever we are, whenever we are” Airia looked Eirie in the eyes and said “I promise” and so did Eirie but he hesitated a little but still did the same “I promise”. As they were done they heard a voice “what are you two doing over there” It was dad. “Just playing”Aria said, “well play time is over Airia you are to come with me now” Airia looked cold but stood up and went to dad, while walking past Eirie he whispered “remember our promise” Eirie looked at his brother who was now quietly walking over to dad and whispered back “I will never forget our promise”. I will never forget I will never forget Forget Forget Well here is chapter 1 rewritten, I hope you like the improvements I made, onion12 the song is from Garbage. Chapter 1: The world is not enough Never forget our promise, your promise, our promise. “I will never forget brother I will never forget” and Eirie looked him in the eye “I will never forget”. Eirie felt a slight breeze and when he looked at Airia he saw that the wind was playing with his hair. Our hands were tangled and we looked each other deep in the eyes, “never forget our promise” Airia said while pinching my hands hard. He knew and I knew no words were needed. The wind was getting stronger and our hands got untangled and my brother started to fade away like my shadow was disappearing on me. No Airie no “why are you leaving me” in the wind of change I could hear his voice whistling “never forget our promise”. I’m trying to run and catch up to him but it is no use. Tears where dropping on my cheeks and flew away on the breeze deep into the void “I will never break our promise brother, never” And then the breeze turned into a tornado which sucked me in. In the distant I could clearly hear a voice shouting, and as Eirie got sucked into the eye of the Tornado the voice got louder until he could make out the words “hey Eirie wake up, wake up man”. Suddenly Eirie was wide awake and still with the picture of his brother still in his hands, he looked up and saw a big guy standing next to him, it was Akira. A guy from the baseball team who kept trying to get close to Eirie for whatever reason it could be. He has blue eyes and dark brown hair, short cropped. He is the cool type of guy, but very sensitive for his surroundings which makes him a bit more special than the other blockheads from the baseball team, but still annoying too. “Why are you constant slacking off in class” Akira looked down on me with his typical lecturing face “with this attitude you will never make it even if you are a genius” He sighed and looked at the picture “what’s so imported to keep a picture of yourself in your hands” He almost smirked which made Eirie more annoyed then he already was. In the picture was a tall bleach blond guy, white skin lime green eyes. But it wasn’t Eirie, it was his brother. “It’s my older brother Airie you dope” Eirie told him. while standing up looking Akira straight into the eyes “Airie and I are twins” he is 2 minutes older than me. Akira quickly looked away avoiding eye contact. Knowing he said something stupid, that’s when Eirie looked up at him with a judgemental look “He lives in Holland with my mom”. Akira looked at him as if he didn’t knew what to say but then he suddenly found his words “Wow that is far away don’t you miss him?” A big sigh flew from Eirie’s lips “I don’t want to talk about it, thank you”. He stood up and turned away from Akira “I hope this satisfied your curiosity” He quickly glared at Akira when he heard Akira say “S Sorry” Eirie stood still in front of the door “Yeah right, you better be sorry” and he left leaving Akira behind blushing and ashamed. Eirie still wasn’t used to this lifestyle, all the honorifics and names they were using. It was all so confusing at first, he learned the language pretty fast but he was smart enough to act stupid. All the girls where constant pestering him, like he was some kind of idol. he missed his old life, his old friends and especially his brother. One day a girl came to him and confessed here love to him without even knowing him. This made him so angry, he knew they were only after his looks and brains not about the person behind all this. He just acted dumb and he said that he didn’t understand anything of it. She cried big time but it was better to reject here immediately then to give here false hope. Although it was in a really harsh way, sometimes it better to be disliked upfront then to be hated afterwards. This university was one of the best private university’s Tokyo had to offer. And being one of the top students really made life hell. But Eirie adapted to it pretty fast, he made sure to keep everyone at distant as he didn’t wanted to get involved with anyone, so when he would leave there would be no string attached to keep him here. At first he just did everything that they asked of him, but he soon came to learn that everything you do will be recorded, and with his grades he soon came to be the no 1 of Tokyo. It had given him headaches, all those people with their stupid questions. So he slowed it down and on purpose he would let his grades gracefully fall down. Soon they all forgot about him. Strange isn’t it, just like trash being thrown away, everyone just stopped bothering him, it was heaven. Life was really different then the life he had back at home. The atmosphere the tension the lifestyle the rules it was just one big confusion. He came here with his father after he divorced his mother, his brother stayed behind. where he had the brains his brother didn’t. His brother was more of a hard worker learning the fasted by working his way up, but besides that he wasn’t smart at all. Eirie envied him as he thought ignorance was bliss. The summers in Tokyo where really hot, Eirie was walking in the park looking for a bench it was early noon and there was not much he had to do. He never did his homework because of his memory he only needed to read a book once and all its secrets and information was stored in him, like he was some sort of walking library. Eirie was lost in thought when he heard some noises, he noticed he entered the park and saw some kids there who were playing soccer. Eirie started to watch them from the bench he just found. There was still a slight breeze which felt good on his face, he enjoyed every minute of it. While he sat there watching his surroundings he was also thinking what to do this evening. He could go straight home but then he remembered that there was a James bond film running at the cinema “Tokyo Urban” which was known for playing old films on Tuesdays and Thursdays. He loved those old films, especially James bond he was his hero. He was the type on man who could fix anything. He slowly started to get drowsy again feeling the breeze getting lesser and the sun getting hotter, the weather was really affecting his body, as a white guy and on top of that blond too. He lies down and fell asleep. Eirie looked around him as he was standing in some sort of valley. He looked around and around when he suddenly heard his brothers voice “Hey Eirie do you think we will ever be together again” Eirie looked at Airia as if he said something really unnecessary “of course we wil”l he said while looking at his brother. Eirie caressed his brother and they both sat down onto the field “After I finished my studies in Japan I will come back to you so you can live with me”. Airie looked at me worried “but what if you meet someone you like?” I saw that Airie was really worried “don’t worry I will all give them the cold shoulder and tell them to fuck off”. This made Airia giggle but it sounded hollow “you sure”he said. “ I’m doing this for you bro” Eirie grabbed Airia’s hand and squeezed it tight “I promise that and it will be our promise”. Airia eyes where cold and pale which worried me allot “You keep an eye out for mom for me will you” Eirie said and quickly added “ while I will study hard so that we can have a future with no worries or sorrow”. A tear fell downs his check, “I love you Eirie” he said “promise me you will comeback safe”. Eirie looked Airia over and then he said” I promise! “ Then he started to fade again as he did before in the other dream and I felt a sharp pain in my chest as if my heart was being ripped out of me and the last thing I heard was “LIAR” Eirie woken up again in a shock, his hands were shacking and his face was full of cold sweat. “Hey boy are you alright” a voice shouted from behind and as Eirie stood up he saw it was an officer. “Yes I think so, just a bad dream” Eirie replied “you know you can’t sleep here after 6 PM” The Officer said. He looked at me with this concerning face. “Wow is it already that late” Eirie replied, he didn’t want to make a big deal out of it. “I’m really sorry” Eirie said, the Officer wasn’t convinced about the well-being of Eirie as he looked pale as a white sheet. But he decided anyway to let him go with just a warning. “Don’t make me see you here sleeping again after 6 got it?” The officer looked Eirie over once more “Yeah sure” Eirie replied with a tension in his voice. He started to pack his stuff and then went on running towards the cinema, the film was about to begin. He went through the park into the shopping centre, a short-cut he came to know after he was late twice at the university. The cinema was just ahead, but still at the end of the road, which was still a pretty long road. He kept running and running. Eirie noticed something or rather someone but couldn’t really make out who it was. He walked towards the entrance, out of breath as he tried to speak “please one ticked for James bond”. The cashier looked at him “you okay kid?” Eirie now looked annoyed “yes I’m ok, please one ticket”. The cashier took his money and handed over the ticket “just wanted to know that you were okay kid no need to be so angry” Eirie ignored here and walked towards the room, he heard the intro of the film already and knew it was about to start. This song reminded him of things happened in the past, but he kept on walking. I know how to hurt I know how to heal I know what to show And what to conceal I know when to talk And I know when to touch No-one ever die from wanting to much he looked at the number of the seat it was quite dark and after some searching and disturbing other people he found his seat, he was wondering if everything at home was ok. He kept thinking about these disturbing dreams, and again he felt some shivers up his spine. Eirie felt so lonely from time to time and he really wished that he would not be here in this strange country ‘I really miss him’ Eirie thought. He looked at the screen and sighed, his brother also would have loved to see this film. Eirie remember they were sitting in front of the tv with big bag of chips and some Sprite, glued to what was happening on the screen. Often they would repeat some scene’s in their bedroom replaying what they just have seen. It was always an adventure on its own, he really did miss that. The world is not enough But it is such a perfect place to start...my love And if you're strong enough Together we can take the world apart...my love Then Eirie remember his dad, and what had happened with his brother, which had led to the divorce and everything after that. It still scared him, the look in his father eyes, pure hatred. No emotions just cold expression of pure hate. And his brother who was pale white and filled with fear, his eyes looked like they have seen death or maybe even worse. if he only knew earlier, he still hated himself for that ‘If I only knew’. He was the worst little brother Airia could ask for and of top on that they were twins ‘I should have felt how he felt’ Eirie thought while filling his head with more torturing thoughts. He just couldn’t accept it, and he really blamed himself for what had happened. People like us Know how to survive There's no point in living If you can't feel the life We know when to kiss And we know when to kill If we can't have it all Then nobody will Eirie started to cry thinking about all these memories, dark memories, sad memories, ugly memories which would make him go insane. Memories which he desperately wanted to forget, but they were burned into his photographic memory. He felt like it was a punishment for neglecting his brother for so long. He knew he had to live with it, put up with it. (I...)I feel safe (I...)I feel scared (I...)I feel ready (I...)And yet unprepared The world is not enough No nowhere near enough... He was so lost in thought he missed most of the film. Eirie sighed the film was over and he started to walk towards the exit when suddenly he felt a hand on his shoulder, Eirie looked up and saw it was Akira. “Hey Eirie what a surprise do you also like these kind of films? “ Akira looked really innocent at me while he redrew his hand. Eirie knew now what this irritation feeling was he felt before. “Do you have nothing better to do then to stalk me” Eirie bitched at him, somehow he was on the edge. “Men are you always such an asshole” Akira looked irritated “I just happened to like James bond” so what is the problem then mister sourpuss. Eirie was trying not to get pist off to much “Yess I very much like to be an asshole, so just leave me alone already”. Eirie pushed Akira away and in the corner of his eyes he saw Akira who was at loss for words and also blushing. ‘What a weird guy’ and with his right hand Eirie waved him a hypocritical goodbye “see you later loser”. Eirie really hoped this would make Akira stay away from him, if he kept getting closer Eirie could break his promise to Airie ‘I will not let that happen’ Eirie thought. But he also knew that he secretly deep down inside his heart, he had feelings for him. And he would never forgive himself ever if he would fall in love and break his promise. Eirie kept on running, he felt self-hatred now because of what he did to Akira,. ‘it’s for the best’ he thought it really is for the best. He came home and threw his stuff in the hallway and ditched his shoes and went straight to his room. He noticed a note from his dad “staying in a hotel for work so fix your own supper” Eirie shredded the paper ‘yeah right probably fucking some woman’. Eirie never liked his dad; actually he hated him and tried to avoid him as much as possible. Somehow that song from the movie made him remember some things better left to be forgotten especially if he wanted to keep it together. Now he remembered Akira and felt sorry for him. Eirie couldn’t give him what he was looking for. And he was wondering what Akira saw in him, while he looked into the mirror the only thing Eirie saw was an horrible image an image he came to loath. All these questions where making him tired, he wanted to go to bed and started to read some manga’s he got from the store earlier this week. He loved Gintama because of the entire gag, but Deathnote was one of his favourites. He would often fantasize about writing down his father’s name in this notebook. Eirie quickly peeked at his agenda and noticed that his dad would go back to Holland in a week to sort out the last things and to complete the divorce. Eirie was glad it would be the last thing his brother and mother would have to go through, it will be the last time they will ever encounter his/their dad/ (ex) husband. With these thoughts he drifted to sleep. Not knowing what the part “last time” would be in definition something else then he had thought.

Summary: Saitou is feeling unwell, so Hijikata nags at him to rest. Status: Complete! Chapter One The wintry air of the evening was turning frigid as the sun began to sink below the horizon. Nothing stirred outside in the darkening light as snow fell silently onto the frozen earth. Hijikata was immersed in his work when he heard soft footsteps approach his room. The visitor stood there for a brief moment before finally calling out to him. It was Saitou...although his voice sounded off. "Come in," Hijikata lay down his brush and turned to the opening shoji screen. Saitou tentatively stepped inside, sat down, and bowed. "What is it?" "Fukuchou, I have completed your errand. Do you need anything else from me?" He sniffled after he finished his sentence; clearly something was wrong with him. His face was tinted a cherry blossom pink, and his breathing seemed labored. Did Saitou have a fever? Well, it wouldn't be a surprise in this cold weather. The other soldiers had started dropping like flies with fever over this past week. And now it seemed that it was being passed on to the higher-ups of the Shinsengumi. "Fukuchou, is something the matter?" "What?" He snapped to attention. "Oh, no. It's just that you look feverish." "Fukuchou, you need not concern yourself with me. I am fin-" a fit of barking coughs broke Saitou's sentence. "Saitou, you don't look fine to me. Get some rest before this illness of yours gets any worse. I'll talk to Heisuke about covering your patrol tonight." The left-handed samurai looked at his vice-commander with pleading eyes. "But Fukuchou, it is my duty to-" "It is your duty, first and foremost, to stay healthy. At least take a nap." "Fukuchou," Saitou began sternly, "it is not fair that I should take a nap while you and the other captains are hard at work. Let me help you." Hijikata sighed laboriously and pinched the bridge of his nose. There was no reasoning with this one, now was there? Even if he ordered Saitou to his room, it was doubtful that he would even stay there. Well, he could always have Saitou stay here..."All right, Saitou, if you are so keen on working, then stay here and help me." "Understood, Fukuchou. What is it that you would like me to do?" "Grind some more ink for me if you will," Hijikata handed the necessary materials over to his assistant, and Saitou went to work quickly and efficiently. For several minutes there was nothing but the quiet sound of the ink stick being ground until a raspy cough shattered the silence. Hijikata paused for several moments, listening to the strained wheezes that escaped Saitou's lips. "Saitou," he finally called out firmly. "Yes." "Go lie down," Hijikata stood up to go fetch a blanket for Saitou, ignoring any protests that the young man made. "I'll go brew some tea for you. Be good." He slid open the shoji screen and walked out. When Hijikata returned, he found Saitou leaning against the wall, his heading bobbing up and down as sleep tugged at his tired eyes. Stifling a chortle, the vice commander carefully placed the tray of tea on the floor next to the drowsy young man and sat beside him. "You say you're feeling fine and yet you're half-asleep," he scoffed lightly. A jumbled murmur came from Saitou as his head dipped down, but then startled, he jolted back up. "Tea?" Hijikata asked plainly as he poured a cup. "There's dango too if you're hungry." He had come across Chizuru while preparing the tea, and she had offered him some leftover dango that she had bought on an earlier outing. Though it was too embarrassing for him to say aloud, he thought she was a kindhearted girl. "...dango?" His thoughts were interrupted suddenly when he saw Saitou reach for the dango. He took a contemplative bit and then continued to eat slowly. "You like dango?" "Mm," was the simple reply he got. Once done with the treat, Saitou reached for the blanket Hijikata had set aside for him and swaddled himself in it. Obviously content with where he was—or rather he was too tired to care anymore—he leaned back against the wall and closed his eyes. A slight smile creased Hijikata's lips, but it soon disappeared when he saw the piles of papers waiting on his desk. There was still much left to do… But then again he should be allowed to take a break every once in a while, shouldn't he? Suddenly he felt a weight press against his shoulder: Saitou had fallen to his side while sleeping. Should he move him? Hijikata found himself staring at Saitou. With cheeks now flushed a rosy red and tendrils of indigo locks strewn about his pale features, Saitou looked as though not be disturbed. He needed to sleep. Hijikata adjusted his position and carefully let Saitou's head rest on his lap, thinking it would be a bit more comfortable for him. Without thinking, he laid his hand on Saitou's face, his thumb unconsciously stroking the young man's cheek. Dark eyes fluttered open from the touch, and before long Hijikata found himself staring down at inquisitive blue eyes. His hand retracted immediately. "Sorry," he managed to stammer. W-What just happened?! Why did he even do that—agh, it was too embarrassing to think about. Hijikata swiftly evaded any possible questions about his action by posing his own, "Saitou, why don't you go back to your own room?" Saitou drew out a long breath. "...I must stay with Hijikata-san...what if I am needed?" Hijikata released an exasperated sigh, "Saitou I swear—you need to rest." Another jumbled murmur was his reply. "...but you've done so much for me...I cannot repay you enough...so I must keep working...for you." The left-handed warrior drifted off once more. A faint, but almost melancholic, chortle left his mouth like a sigh. Again Hijikata lay a tender hand on Saitou and stroked his doll-like face. "Baka, you've done enough...you've done more than enough. Sleep well." ~~~~~~~~ Hijikata suddenly sneezed, the abrupt movement almost disrupting his brushwork. His hand clenched more tightly the blanket that he had draped around himself. Ack, he must've caught Saitou's cold… Saitou. Amethyst eyes wandered down to the book in which he was writing: In the passing breeze your hair brushes by and leaves the scent of blossoms. Color soon rose to his cheeks: why was he even doing this? These feelings...they weren't right. And neither was this poem! The flustered vice commander was ready to tear the page out and scrap it, but something told him not to. His hand twitched—no, no, no this was all wrong, all wrong! These feelings couldn't be passed as a deep friendship anymore. Hijikata knew that. And he knew that those kind of feelings were forbidden. Something akin to a doleful sigh passed from his lips. Why did Saitou have to be the only person running through his mind for these past few days? Why, or better yet how, could he have—dare he even say it?—fallen in love with the left-handed swordsman in the first place? Hijikata was about ready to smack his face into the desk when he heard a soft voice call out to him. Of course, that voice just had to belong to the last person he wanted to see right now. Startled and still trying to recover from his earlier embarrassment with the poem, Hijikata bade Saitou to come in, completely forgetting about covering up his book of haiku. "Sano-san had asked me to get medicine for Fukuchou. Are you unwell?" The young man sat down with his legs folded underneath him and presented the bag of medicine to his superior. "A slight cold, that's all. Luckily though, my workload has been very light as of late." "Then Fukuchou should take this opportunity to lay down and rest." "Ha," Hijikata gave a dry bark of laughter, "funny how that works." Saitou averted his gaze, opting to stare at the much more fascinating tatami mats. "Fukuchou is much more important to the Shinsengumi, therefore your health is much more important than mine." "Well I say that everyone's health is important. But if you insist, I'll go rest in a little bit." "Ah," as Hijikata was turning to face the haiku book which he had only just remembered, he heard Saitou. "Do you have a little work left? Let me help you," the young man leaned in closer only to find out that what was lying on Hijikata's desk wasn't work. A surprised, slight embarrassed expression, crossed his usually placid face. "Fukuchou has been writing haiku again?" Hijikata refused to meet Saitou's eyes and could only grunt in response. Suddenly, and without asking for permission, Saitou read the haiku aloud. That darn Souji must be rubbing off on him! "Oh, my apologizes," Saitou backed off a little when he noticed Hijikata's flustered features. "This haiku. What is its meaning? Is it not rather illogical that one would smell blossoms this time of year? It is the dead of winter. Well, unless this may be during a different time of year." The young man leaned forward once more, inspecting the haiku for a second time. As he did this, Hijikata could catch the faint scent of Saitou's hair, which was reminiscent of sakura petals. "If I am permitted to ask, is this poem about a woman you like?" The question caught Hijikata off guard: it was very unlike Saitou to ask something like that. "...I guess so," he managed to stutter. For a fleeting moment, a disappointed look seemed to cross Saitou's features. "I like this haiku," he returned in a voice that appeared to be holding back a sigh. W-Wait, was he expecting something? "Is something bothering you?" "Did Fukuchou meet this woman at Shimabara?" Completely disregarding Hijikata's question, Saitou's curious eyes bore into him. "I've known this person," he made sure to stress the last word, "for quite some time. I think that my feelings are one-sided however. But this person has been a loyal companion to me, so I can't really complain." Saitou was quiet for a few minutes—wait, was he trying to figure out who this person was?! When the young man finally piped up, Hijikata's suspicions were confirmed. "I am at a loss. I suppose then that I do not know this person," he put a hand under his chin and gnawed at his lip pensively. Hijikata couldn't help but laugh at Saitou's perplexed look. That simple, almost innocent, expression of his was just one of his many charming points. "Don't think too hard on it," Hijikata chuckled. Saitou shrugged, "I am curious though. I must find out." "Why?" This simple question seemed to throw Saitou off, for he swiftly turned his gaze elsewhere and uncharacteristically stammered, "No reason in particular. I-I should be going since Fukuchou needs to rest." As he got up though, Hijikata seized the young man's arm. "F-Fukuchou, please release me." "What? Are you too afraid to tell me? I won't judge you, I promise. Won't you trust me, Saitou?" The young man frowned but sat down nonetheless. "I-I want to know t-that Fukuchou will be happy with this person. I want Fukuchou...to be happy." Saitou muttered the last part, obviously embarrassed to be saying it out loud. Was he trying to express his feelings? Hijikata stayed silent for a long time. He really wanted to ask, but he didn't want to destroy their friendship if he wasn't right. Saitou was too precious to him. But if he didn't ask, then he would never know for sure, right? Gah, why did this stupid romance stuff have to be so hard?! After some painful deliberation though, Hijikata finally decided to take a shot in the dark, for better or for worse. "Are you trying to say you have feelings for me?" The question was asked softly—barely a whisper—but Saitou appeared to have heard it as though it was loud as a clap of thunder. He looked at Hijikata with panicking, wide eyes and began fiddling with his hands. "No, no, Fukuchou likes someone else: I am not worthy." "Whaddya mean 'not worthy?!'" Hijikata scoffed harshly. Did Saitou really think that way about himself? The thought alone was enough to sadden Hijikata. "I am...I am not enough. Y-You don't want someone like me." While he was saying this, Saitou did not once look Hijikata in the eye. Silence reigned in the room until the vice commander couldn't take it anymore: he cupped Saitou's face suddenly and kissed the young man on the lips. Initially, Saitou had tensed up and seemed ready to pull back, but he calmed down with each brush of Hijikata's lips against his own. Upon breaking the kiss, Hijikata rested his forehead against Saitou's and whispered tenderly, "Don't talk like that. You're more than enough." When Hijikata finally leaned back he smiled sweetly at Saitou, who stared at him with a confused expression, "That person I was talking about was you." "Wha—so that haiku," for once in his life, Saitou seemed to be at a loss for words. "Yeah," Hijikata spoke in a sigh that thinly veiled his embarrassment. The instant he said this, Saitou's face burned a deep pink. Hijikata laughed, although it soon turned into a fit of coughing. "Fukuchou needs rest," Saitou's voice was tinged with sadness, "I should leave." "I'll only rest if you stay by me." Immediately the young man's face lit up with happiness, as though he was a puppy. Hijikata lay on his stomach, stretched out on his futon. Saitou sat next to him vigilantly, his gaze fluttering about the room. His gaze soon returned to Hijikata though when he felt the other man grasp his hand gently and intertwine their fingers. Bringing Saitou's hand closer to his face, Hijikata gently kissed it. And after a short pause, Hijikata finally managed to gather his courage to speak his mind. "I love you, Saitou." A few calm moments of silence, then, "I love you too, Hijikata-san." Saitou was at a loss of what to say next, and so he seemed to ask the first thing that popped into his mind. "Hijikata-san, does my hair really smell that good?" "Yeah." ~Fin~

slavery born on earth i was sold into slavery by my father.unknown to me or my mother a man came in the house talking about a debt my father owed."you must pay or they pay"the man screamed over and over flailing his arms."take him,he will pay my debt as long you don't hurt my wife"my father said grabbing me with his rough hands he tossed me to the man.this man wreaked of some foreign alcohol it made me sick to my stomach.my brain could comprehend why my own father did this to me.the man tossed me into a wagon which was made out of splintery wood.it hurt my feet and i wanted to get away but i could not.he put a cold metal thing around my neck connecting the two ends so i would not get away.now i knew there was no escaping my doom.i sighed as the wagon jumped and i could now see my home far off in the distance.my eyes filled with tears as the wagon got farther away.this is unfair i kept thinking why did i deserve this i am only five years old.the cart came a grinding stop as the man unloaded a bunch of other people of shapes, colors and sizes off the wagon on to a stand in the middle of the dead looking town.all the sudden he unfastened my collar and put me up on the stand.then a few tall slender half dead people with pale white skin came crawling up.i closed my eyes really tight they scared me so much that i squatted down."hey boy stand up time to go i sold everyone but you"the man said drunkenly i stood up quickly thinking this is a good thing.he grabbed me by my hair dragging me mercilessly across the cold hard ground.the side of my face burned and my ear started to bleed."ahh"i screamed in pain! he throw me into the cart and put a collar on my neck that was closer to the bottom of the wagon.the collar was a bit warmer then the one i first wore.i touched the side of my face and it stung."oww"i yelped in pain as my eyes felt dry so streams of warm tears fell from my face into my lap.i wondered what the future held for me. years later same story but i got a different man who wreaked of cigarettes.my hand where in front of me wrist in handcuffs.he was dragging me by the arm with his slimy wet hand.there was a massive black space ship parked in the huge station.on farther inspection it was a dark grey because the paint was burned in some spots and there was blood and claw marks on the side of it.we stopped and he handed me off to another man who put me in place.a click noise happened this let me know i was not going anywhere."watch him advertise him whatever i have to go do something"the greasy man said and the younger one nodded."anyone want a slave boy he will work for free"the young one quivered as he said this. __________________________________________________________________________ catboy curled up to my mother i felt warmth.she gently called my name and awoke to look into her kind face."my sweet son soon it will be time to find your ship for the bonding ceremony"mother said in a gently soft tone knowing i was not awake fully.she licked my nose which was not wet.i stretch out my arm fingers extending as i yawn loudly then i sat up.my tail flicked back and forth i then stood up waiting for mother."mother"i call looking concerned."i am coming my son"she said trying to stand up but she could not."mother"i call again my ears go down and my lip puckers out like i am going to cry."i am sorry my son"she said in a sad tone.she never says she is sorry i thinking to my self as my tail stops moving all together.my eyes get watery as i run over to her hugging her neck."mother please don't die"i say now crying due to the thought of losing the only family i have left on my home planet."i am sorry i don't want you to be all alone,i have been sick for a long time i never wanted you to know because you will worry and may not pick the right ship for you my sweet son"she tried to say without crying."please dont go"i said in a kind of demanding way."stop being selfish you little brat"a woman said snottily."i am not being selfish"i said a bit said."my son is not a brat and i am pretty sure if all your family die on you,you would be sad too"mother said in a slightly angry tone.the woman huffed"well at least i would not demand they not die"the woman said smugly as she walked away.this made me angry my blood felt like it was boiling and my face turned red. i tried to chase her but mother gently picked me up holding me in her arms."anything they say is wrong you are not selfish it hurts to die"mother said as she hugged me her great tail wrapped around me it was so soft also warm. the next day i woke up knowing i had to go alone.i ran down the soft gravel path mother had shown me.at the end was a vast array of ship of all shapes, sizes and colors.how will i know which one is mine i wondered as i walked around a bit.i finally found a massive black one the doors open throwing gravel everywhere.i cover my eyes with my arms then a loud sound goes off that i have no clue what it is."boy"a man says walking up behind me."yes"i say moving my arms so i can see him."touch the ship"the man said."ok"i say touching the side of the ship.i am pulled in by the light inside there is no words to describe how weird it felt.the massive doors close it is dark and cold on the grates where i lay unconscious. walking through the crowded ship station i try to find my way back to my ship.this man that wreaked of faggots(cigarette)bumped into me knocking me to the ground with a loud thud."oww"i said in pain as my knee had a shock wave of pain.i get up quickly and dust my self off but my knee almost falters."thanks a lot guy"i mumble under my breathe as i stagger on."anyone want a slave boy he will work for free"a young boy said wondering back and forth on the plate form.i stop when i see a filthy boy barley wearing in clothes with handcuffs binding his wrist this was all fixed to a wood stand.this makes me mad i feel the same as i did when that lady said that stuff on my home planet."i will take him"i speak up walking up the young boy."boss"he called and the smelly man came running back."he wants to but this filthy thing"the man said i show my fangs and hiss at him."yes i do"i say angrily."fine want him like he is or free"the man said looking me over."free thanks how much for him"i said impatiently."100 hundred"the man said with a smile."here"i say handing him a hundred dollar bill.the young one took the off hand cuffs the human boy."come on"i say in a kind voice with my hand out for him to take.he finally does his hands are so soft when the boy turned i could see the they where rough on him.i take him too the cock pit where i see not one soul.

The shrill whistle of the rocket was even here, nearly thirty miles from the front line clearly to hear. At least for him, who was hiding between the abandoned houses. The front has been here a few weeks ago already had pulled through and not left much except a few ruins. Actually, he wasn’t enthusiastic about coming here, but the rumors that had been tenaciously spread in the area had gotten his attention. Two years had passed since he abandoned his troops, being sure that they wouldn’t exist any longer without him. And he was right, shortly after his disappearance they dismembered, just to be newly created not long ago. A unit being lead by HIM according to the witness reports. And exactly that was the reason he was curious. The “God of Nibelungendeath” like his enemies used to call him vanished 2 years ago from the battlefield and yet there was this excitement and gossip that seemed to be true when he regarded his surroundings. The few people he had met on his way here had been on the run, delivering him in fear only brief reports but all had been equal in their content. HE had visited their village and then moved the front line with his unit almost forty kilometers ahead. And the fear in their eyes had been real. He remembered exactly the situations the panicked looks and cries when he emerged from the bushes on the roadside and approached them. Although the uniform had rather suffered in the past years within his hiding game, it was still recognizable as the SS uniform it had once been. And in these days people feared this uniform, related to his face. The young man sighed and shuddered when another whistle followed by the hard explosion disturbed his thoughts. For his senses the sounds of the war where closer than for others, he could feel the seismic movements of the earth whenever a bomb hit the ground, heard the pondering sound of the machine guns. Just to be entirely sure he needed to get closer, had to take the risk of being discovered and caught. He narrowed his eyes as the memories floated in from his first attempt to flee. The threats and humiliations and the pain. They had promised that he would never forget them, and they where right. He just wasn’t sure about the part of him that remembered. Was it the last part of humanity that was left in him or just the electric wires? The brown-haired man sighed while leaning against the wall in his back. The fleeing people had told him that the German unit was cornered and it might not take long for their defense to fall. Proto sighed; he really was tired of fighting. His gaze went up to the sky, clouded but no rain was falling. The slight breeze was filled with the scent of gun powder. Yes, this was war and it wasn’t over at all, even though he had always told himself that it would be over soon. After Elena’s death he had tried to convince himself to be able to end the war, the fighting and suffering. And later, when he noticed that he wasn’t able to do as he had hoped he had wished for it to happen with his disappearance. And now the SS had been able to find and create his twin. So far he still wasn’t able to believe it. The young man straightened up and got onto his feet again. Strolling through the abandoned houses he was caught in his own thoughts, thinking about what he had become and how everything had happened. Not even two years ago he used to be a human being, a normal soldier. Well, not that normal at all being the leader of a troop of guerilla always taking action when other troops of the SS weren’t able to handle a situation. Everything had been just fine, his military career and even his private life with Elena, his fiancée had just been perfect. Until one day changed everything. Elena was killed in an assault and he hasn’t been there to protect and save her. The memories still hunted him even though they where supposed to have vanished. He had suffered for months till he made his decision. He wanted to forget and a new research project had caught his interest. The troops where trying to find a way to create a super soldier, a cyborg but they had been in need of volunteers for the test phases. In exchange for his memories and normal life he decided to become a machine, with more power, more knowledge and faster reflexes than anyone else in his unit. In a moment of despair he had hoped to end the war sooner, to forget Elena’s death and to make the world saver place for everyone he had ever cherished in his life. But it didn’t work out the way he had hoped for. After his change they used him, even more than before. They scheduled the actions into innocent cities, commanded raids and death. And every try to ignore these orders ended in punishment. When he then found out that his highest commander of his old unit was part of the assault that had killed Elena he had seen red. He killed the man and was faced with even more punishment, having the satisfaction of revenge even though it wasn’t enough to give his souls some peace. At this time the idea to flee came into his mind and grew just waiting for the right moment. A few months later he was able to seperate from his unit and vanish. He never know what the scientists had changed on him, the young man he once forced for information wasn’t able to give out more than just a few codes and scenarios. Now he was on the run for around four months and nothing had happened. He had suspected some self-protection mechanism to prevent that he could fall into wrong hands but nothing happened. And honestly he hadn’t really thought about it at all. But when there was the talk about him on the battlefield he became curious. And that was the reason he was here now, crawling through the ruins getting closer meter after meter to the cornered unit. This was the way they had come and this would be the way they had to take in case of fleeing complete destruction. A series of detonations shook the ground and caused Proto to grab a hold on a wall. This didn’t sound like a positive attack on the enemies. He kept hold of the wall for a while longer till he was sure nothing would follow and continues his path in a faster way. An uneasy feeling grew into him when it was silence. There wasn’t a fight back to hear no further attacks. This didn’t sound good no matter for which part. The brown-haired stopped and listened. He tried to hear any sound, anything that would prepare him of what he had to expect. But nothing happened. Just silence. He sighed and thought. Was it really a good idea to go there now? Or should he wait till he was sure that nothing more was going to happen? So the minutes went by without him moving and just getting the result that it would be better to wait. The sun was about to go down, even through someone couldn’t see it became darker as with the clouds on the sky anyway. He wouldn’t have any problems in seeing in the dark but since he didn’t know what was waiting for him he felt that approaching at daylight was a lot safer. Another night under the sky. He looked around searching and decided on one of the houses that still looked like it wasn’t falling apart any minute and located slightly away from the main street. If someone would pass by at least they wouldn’t notice him so fast.

If you knew there's a time limit. That it was impossible to exceed that limit. What would you do? Life is short. What if it wasn't just a saying? For Rafa or Rafael Dioneda, life was LITERALLY short.

Summary: Bookworm and short tempered lone wolf. Mahiro's life unexpectedly went into twist and turns, as he met the person who will bring color to his black and white world. ----------------------------- 「Once upon a time there is a beautiful prince who lives in a castle far far away. He was the only son of the King thus making him precious to everyone in the kingdom. All of the people in the palace is too protected over him; that even going outside the castle is forbidden to the prince. "It is dangerous outside his majesty. Dragons are soaring the sky. You can be eaten or be roasted with their fire breath!" The King's adviser fret. "But... The book says that there is a really vast field out there! Way bigger than the ones painted on the dining hall!" the prince said while spreading his arms as wide as he could and continued, "Please tell my father that I want to go out of the palace! Please sire~!" He begged. Unable to say refuse to the young boy, the nobelman sighed and said, "Alright his majesty, I'll see what I can do..." Even with the little possibility for his request to be approved, the prince jumped over joy and head straight to bed. The next day, his majesty received a sad news that his request has been, once again, rejected by the king......」 "No." Mahiro ripped off and crumpled another page of his notebook. He is sitting on a bench under the big maple tree, with a bunch of crumpled paper beside him. Suddenly, a strong wind blew the papers which he will soon trash once he gets home. Dang it! He thought to himself and then shiver from the cold breeze. Expecting without anyone around who would lend a helping hand, he sighed and began picking up all the papers from different places instead. Sudden suprise came to him as*he was about to pick up the last piece of crumpled paper. A guy who seem to be a bit older than him picked up the thing on *the grass, opened it and began reading its content. Caught up for a moment by surprise and panic, Mahiro's body moved on its own reflex and threw the book he's been reading beforehand. It was direct hit on the face thus making the stranger let go of the paper his holding and curled out in pain. He then picked the crumpled sheet and dashed his way back inside the school buildings. _________________________ The school bell rings as a cue that the class will already begin. As the teacher entered the room, a beautiful guy follwed behind him. The students began whispering to each other curious of who the guy is. "Alright class this is Takeru Yamato a transfer student." The teacher presented him to the entire class and intructed him to introduce himself. And so then, the guy began introducing himself with a bright smile, "Good morning and nice to meet you. My name is Takeru Yamato, 16 *years old. A transfer student from K University High School department. Please take care of me." As Takeru ended up his introduction with a really gorgeuos smile, the girls in the entire class began sqeeling thus making Mahiro extremely annoyed with the noise. He then slammed his hands on the desk, glared at everyone and said "Noisy people is making my head hurt. I'll excuse myself." As he stand up and began to approach the classroom door at the back row, the transfer student shouted, "AH! Anata~!*" Mahiro made a halt to make a quick glance at the Takeru who is standing in front of the class, and resume walking again to exit the room ignoring what just happened. ______________________ Fall is just around the corner which makes it chilly to stay outside. But Mahiro has no choice but to go the same spot every break time, under the maple tree at the back of schoold building, despite the cold weather because of his bad reasoning that "My classmate will just annoy me and it will be surely loud in there. I won't be able to focus on what I'm doing.." he always end up being alone on that place and inside their class. Sitting at ease on this cold weather on a b bench while having his lunch, someone called,*"If it isn't Mahiro-chan!" A postured guy of the same age as him sat beside him and threw his arms on Mahiro's shoulder, "Eating alone again?" he asked, "Why not try visiting the Student Council room sometime and have a lunch with me and Mari." Making a glance at the girl standing next to the guy, Mahiro pulled its hands off his shoulder, "Thanks but NO thanks. I'm fine having my lunch like this Kyou. Besides...." he went on a short pause, "Aren't you worried that talking to me like this can create a bad image to the student council?" Kyou smiled gently as he slowly pat Mahiro's head, "Silly Mahiro-chan.. Still crying over a spilled milk?" he went on a little chuckle and continued, "People just don't know it but your actually a kind and considerate person. I like that about you..." he spoke in kind and gentle voice. Shoving away the President's hand off his head, he began shooing the two away. As Mahiro finally persued the two SC officials to leave him be, Kyou paused walking and said, "There's a spot on the student council if your interested... I want you beside me all the time so think about it.." then waved him good bye. ___________________ The teacher instructed everyone in class to pair theirselves for an activity. Unlike his usual routine during group activity, this time Mahiro will have to work with someone due to the appearance of the transferee which made their previously 21 student class into 22. But then as he looked around the room everyone got their own partner already. "No one will dare to approach me." He breath out with ease and began working with activity until his attention was called by their teacher asking him, for the first time, to pair with the transfer student. Left with no choice, Mahiro let eveything slip and go with the flow. Good thing it went smooth and sound with out him getting annoyed over his partner. Rather than being annoyed, he's actually amazed of how Takeru did every task perfectly. Relieved from the unusual day, Mahiro gathered all his things and left the facility in a bit of a hurry. "God how could I forgot that today is the due date for that book----" He then realized that the book he was about to return is no where to be found in his bag, making the young men rushed his way back to his classroom. Under his desk. On the locker. School field. In the back of the school. The book is no where to be found. Panic and on the verge of crying from giving up, a voice from his back shouted, "ANATA~!" As Mahiro turned to see who's making the annoying call, he saw Takeru charging towards him while holding the book he's been looking for all over the place. It was a blessing in disguise for him to finally get the book before the library closes on its due date, but, because of his hate with any human form, he tried his best to pretend that he's not relieved nor happy to have his book back. "Well thanks...." he spoke with a poker face, "....now would you mind giving me the book?" he then attempt to snatch the book from Takeru's hand, but then failed to do so. "I won't." he said while raising the book higher to the height that Mahiro won't reach it. "Dang you! Give it to me!" he glared. "Anata..." the beautiful guy went on a long pose and held Mahiro's hand then continued, "Allow me to take you out of the palace." Mahiro the jolt in surprise and pushed the guy away. Takeru lost his balance from the sudden push making his back fall on the ground and letting go of the book. Spotted a chance to escape. Mahiro rushed over the book, picked it up, and ran as fast as he could trusting his feet to bring him to a place where he can be safe. He kept running until his hand opened a random classroom door to hide. Catching his breath, he lean towards the wall and looked outside throught the door window. As Takeru finally passed by the room in search for him, he finally relaxed himself and fall off the floor as his knees weakened then passed out after being worn out. "Hang in there Mahiro-kun!" this words are the last thing he heard after passing out. Grasping for air, Mahiro finally gained his conciousness. With his mind still in haze, he tried his best to gather his thoughts and realized that Kyou sitting next to him. "Kyou?!" he exclaimed, "What are you---" coming back to his senses, he realized that he's in the student council room. "What happened?" the president asked. Tried making some excuse to leave the room and avoiding the topic, he stand up and rushed his way out leaving on his sorry. To be continued.... ___________________________________ A/N1: the word 「anata」can be both translated as you (refeing to the other person during conversation), or darling (for couples). In this story, Takeru called Mahiro "anata" in the sense of 'you'. A/N2: please excuse my english, I'm not really that good with grammar. (;∀
